Worst experience of my life in banking , very bad staff , give u only excuses, they dont want to do your work,They have excuses, they dont even do your kyc even you are their customer because you dont have a huge bank balace and u are not a preority customer in their bank, they have a lot if excuses, my account is in delhi and they saying i have to go my hometown in uo for kyc, even aadhar , biomatric based systems are there, but they dont move their hands , but only lip service, sadar bazar delhi 110006**They will make u feel so bad and harrassed and helplessly that you will never want to go Icici again**

Very poor service from mr yogesh terrible experience took application for opening my account he came to my home and told me to transfer money through upi to open account i done that after that saying sorry sir your 30 thousands is freezed because upi dont works , then i told him why u told me to do upi later on he told me to send money through cheque after giving cheque from many days giving excuses and false hopes my 55 thousands rupees are trapped help me
