We had a good round-trip to Agra from New Delhi.Our driver was a very careful and we never felt at all threatened by the mayhem around us especially in the heavily congested area in and around Agra. He was always on time and we never had to go hunting for him when we returned from an on foot excursion. We had been to Agra in the past so nothing was really new and stunning to us, even though the Taj is in our opinion one of the Top 5 buildings to see in the World.

The best part of the trip was that I could relax and enjoy the tour instead of being behind the wheels. Thanks to ziptrips for making a very comfortable package and yet economical. The driver was very good and the hotel staff very professional and caring. Overall my trip was a huge success. Thanks to all for making it happen.

It was really a Hassle free trip. The vehicle , the driver , driving etc was good. The best part was online support to our queries and the followup from the customer care regarding the arrival of vehicle on time, information regarding the vehicle and driver number etc was excellent. Zip Trips is safe and best. I like Driver (Gajinder). He was speaking good english, very friendly and made our journey very smooth and special. The hotel was good with less paid amount. The car given to us was Swift, very neat clean and awsome experience.

I found my Ziptrips experience to be smooth and relatively hassle-free. We booked a tour package for Agra/Taj Mahal from Delhi the night before we wanted to leave and (miraculously!) were able to get it through. An AC car pick up and drop off at where we were staying made it very convenient, and most importantly, made it possible to see three attractions comfortably within a single day trip to Agra -- all for an amazingly reasonable price.

Three things:1. Driver D introduced us to a guide at Taj Mahal by name A. We do not know who is D or A. This guy is walking with us to the Taj Mahal gate from car drop off point and he says that we should give him 1100 rupees for getting tickets (one foreigner and one indian). We say OK. Then he says we need to give him our ID. We said very politely, we would not like to hand over our ID to someone we met 5 minutes ago and that we will walk with him and show the ID where required so that we dont have to let go of the sight of our passports. He starts getting agitated as we continue walking. We told him twice to stop talking about this and let us enjoy the trip, but he wouldnt let go of it. So we let him go with 50 rupees to stop bothering us.2. Our driver D was preoccupied on the entire return trip with business of his own. He was calling some subordinate of his and shouting angrily on phone, calling someone else to ask for a loan. We paid more than 7000 rupees for half day, we deserve full attention. We asked him to drop us off at a different point (distance to which was less than the distance to our original drop off point). He appeared irritated. When we got stuck at one traffic block, he stops the car near the side of the road and tell us I want *to request* you to get off here and take a tuk tuk. We said why would you request us to do something we do not want to do? We want to get off where we want to get off. Then we got stuck at another traffic block and he stopped the car and asked us what should I do. Annoyed we got off.3. The Indian phone number for customer support in the email was a wrong number (or at least the person who picked up the phone said it was wrong number).These three incidents marred an otherwise smooth day.

The best part was the booking and other details handled by Natasha She was very cooperative and understanding.The best stay was at Dehradun at Vicerroy Inn.Zip Trip is excellent agency for arranging such tours.Thanks to ZIP TRIP.It was great experience.

Hassle free booking process. Exceptional support on the chat. Kudos to Amani. She stayed late in the evening to assist me thru the payment process when I ran into issues. She then called me to confirm if everything was correct. This level of dedication is simply amazing. Alam, our driver was very friendly, and guided us during the trip. The car was very clean, and well maintained. We had lot of places we wanted to cover in a short amount of time, Alam made all that possible, and could still get us back to the hotel before time.

My parents had a great time travelling from Delhi to Agra and back with Ziptrip, they had a really nice journey, the driver was very friendly, on the whole I would recommend ziptrip to anyone for a hasslefree travel.

Saw the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort with a very knowledgeable guide and was picked up and driven to both locations and back very efficiently and conveniently. Driver: Kushlesh ChauhanThis has been the most memorable experience i had in life as it was the 1st time i took my parents that too to a Hill station - lansdowne. The driver was an excellent gentleman (quite talkative and entertaining) and never made us feel odd about driving in the night or on hills even though he wasnt too well through the trip owing to a back pain. He made the trip so smooth that we cannot even realize that we made a round trip of over 600 kms in just 48 hours. The lady who helped in booking was amazingly professional alongside while booking the order for me and made it sure that we had the best driver for hilly & night driving times. The complete tour was well planned and organised. Pick up was in time and the driver Mr. Vinod Dogra was very good and co-operative. Yes,I was worried that my Agra trip may not be possible because I did not had enough time. Finally I decided and had a chat with Ms. Sneha, on-line chat help and she was very helpful and I booked my Cab at around 11.pm for next day morning 7am Ms. Sneha assured me of getting good cab and driver for this trip then only I went to sleep around 12 midnight. Belive me the cab driver Ravinder Singh was on time at Ginger IRCTC Hotel with his Indigo. We had nice trip to Agra and returned at around 11pm. I was happy that I could book a cab at midnight and get service next day morning, that was a real short notice. I got Rs.500/- discount because I was Facebook user.

The procedure for booking with online chating option is most convinent in Ziptrip. Particularly my experience with Ms. Amani for travelling to Naintal was coordinative. The vehicle and the driver was the best part of our journey and one more important point - during the trip, the representatives from Ziptrip was always in touch.
