Worst customer service by any 5 star hotel in Delhi. The staff is arrogant, rude and dont care a penny about the customer. They will outright call you a liar and never admit to anything that they have done wrong.I had called few days ago to make a reservation for 13-15 people in their restaurant and was told by the lady on the phone that we can simply do a walk in as reservations are not required. So, we did and the staff would harass us in front of our guests and other guests in the hotel by saying that we never made a reservation so our group will have to split and sit on multiple tables. They were at no point willing to listen to us and were directly calling us liars.No decent hotel would have such terrible staffs. They have no decency on how to talk to the customers. They dont care if you have to cancel your celebrations and leave, because they have too much ego and arrogance to even look into their mistakes. The senior staff wouldnt even talk eye-to-eye and would just keep talking while walking past us. They never looked into their call logs to see who received the call. They never discussed it with the staff why someone had told us that no reservations were needed. As soon as we told them about the call, they immediately started dismissing it. No discussion, no looking at the records.This is not how you build reputation. You are not the only 5 star hotel. There are far better places in Delhi, where the staff actually cares about the customer. Never visiting this place again.

Cafe 24 has god food and ambiance according to north delhi

Ambience and food qualtity is good. But one thing is badly missing is baby diaper changing platform/area. People with small babies who visit restaurant, will face this problem.

They have an in-house restaurant called 24/7. Outside food is not allowed in the hotel.

I had come for dinner at their restaurant. The staff was being so stubborn for just cutting the cake . And when told them that we hold a discount card they said until we see the card we wont deduct the same . Seriously i will never visit their restaurant or hotel city park again. Once u reach this hotel in any function the Indecent, worst mannered guard welcomes you. Mostly all guards at the gate especially the Darbaan dont know how a manners. They lack basic manners how to talk to a guest. Avoid this hotel. One can find best services at this rate. Worst hotel guard and Darbaan I ever faced. This hotel dont deserve even single star.

The valet parking there Got big Scratches on My brand new Honda City car. And even after evidence they are not doing and Not Giving compensation properly. Worst.Dont give them your car 🚗

City Park is one of the best hotel plus banquet. Very neat and clean, completely hygienic. Food is really very delicious. Staff is very much cooperative. Even a gaurd is very good, nice and gentle person.If we talk about rooms, its hygienically cleaned and with all the facilities. Good fragrance in room.Its a best hotel in North Delhi which is pocket friendly and as well as with good facilities.Definitely I recommend this hotel.Always top of the list.

I came looking for a decent cake... At around 12:30 in night and got one for roughly 630 post 10% discount... Which they offer post you enauire .. half a kg cake for 630 might sound a little overpriced to some people ... But the cake was really good... I fact better than the expectations... Management not at all bothered about the service.Salads served when we were about to finish meals,one dish was served when refused to eat.Please avoid getting being cheated.

Duping customers in the name of cancellations .I made a booking for one room booking no 111708 for 22nd of april 2021 with 100 percent refund in case of cancellation done within 72 hours before the stay. It was specifically told to the sales Staff and she confirmed it with the MAnager Mr Dinesh Malhotra.Due to covid Restrictions , i called them for the cancellation and Mr Dinesh MAlhotra is teaching me the menaing of cancellation that it means we will not refund the amount but will give you Stay voucher to be used before September 2021.Beware of this Hotel and their false promises.

Wonderful place next level experience

As I was from Groom side so outside while dancing I faced so much traffic so finally all our mood got down n we entered directly as they have only single road for both ways n moreover Mkt is attached with this Hotel City Park so cars were there so they were also leaving at same time. Huge Jam n Mood got down at that time.. I never recommend anyone.Thanx

It was a business meet over coffee. Hotel City park is a fantastic property. I liked the hospitality.

Please be careful when you visit this hotel, check all the things like minibar and tea making area ( kettle and glasses) before you check out from the hotel. While we checked out at the reception, the staff went in the room to check if everything was fine and they kept a broken kettle and blamed us for breaking it and paying Rs.1500 for it, although the section was not at all used and was very much visible to the hotel staff. The manager was not ready to believe that it had not been done by us and kept on arguing us to pay for it. It was a complete waste of time and I was almost at the end of missing my flight. Very disrespect-able attitude of the manager towards us for this entire situation which was very disappointing. The photo of the unused section of the kettle area has been shared after the manager argued and took us back to the room again to show us the broken kettle. Please be very careful of such incidents.

Had one of the worst experience on valentines day. Went there with my family. In whole of restaurant there is hardly a waiting staff of 10 people. Tables are empty but still 20s of people are waiting outside for table. After getting a seat, water was served at our request after 10 minutes. The operations manager Mr. Manish (the bald guy) was so arrogant that he almost scolded my dad for sitting on the table which was not cleaned yet, which he could have asked nicely.Not coming here anymore. Neither recommending anyone this restaurant.

I recently went to the coffee shop with family on Sunday here, pathetic service, they have a fixed menu on Sunday , and they are serving as if they just want to complete serving all the items and want you out ASAP so that next customer can come.

We hosted a wedding (marriage) here. We are not from Delhi, and stayed in the hotel + the functions were held here. Summary: this place is a fraud, a cheat, threatens you and your family.. so, stay away.1. Theres only one decorator they have tied up with. The vendor has zero creativity and charges a bomb. During booking, they say decoration for 50K but later, after youve paid advance (~80% of total amount), and have no way you can back out, the vendor shows you the crappiest decoration available for 50k. Everything else is ~1lakh, and even for that, what you get is probably worth about 30-40K tops. The vendor acts extremely snobbish throughout the process. They use the same flowers over multiple days and more often than not, the flowers are stale and drooping. You complaint to the senior management and they THREATEN YOU that theyll serve bad food if you dont just go with the flow.2. The staff is UNCOOPERATIVE. Anything you need (and you need a million tiny things when you are planning a wedding), is suddenly off limits. Even getting an extra cup of tea takes a couple of hours - by then, youve probably fainted of your migraine anyway.3. The room service is ridiculous and super expensive. Sometimes they bill you but never deliver the food / drinks.4. The lift / pathway to reach the wedding venues on first floor are dark, tiny hallways and poorly lit. You are assured your guests will not get mixed with guests from other functions (the hotel has 3 venues) and the management will take care of it, but that never happens. Half of our guests were lost and there was nobody from their so called management to assist5. The baarat was forced to wait for 1 hour outside the hotel as the hotel management could not figure out who belonged to which barat and what time was allocated to each. Again, the management had promised that multiple weddings in the hotel has never been a problem, we know how to handle it very well6. The food was BAD. Some of it was stale, most dishes were cold and the waiters were extremely stingy. People had to ask 4 times to get a normal sized serving on their plate7. The management only accepts cash for big events like this8. The staff is rude, and has been given zero training in customer delight (satisfaction). They do not shy away from making curt comments and telling you that you can take your wedding party somewhere else on the evening of the wedding. And why? Because they did not deliver certain critical arrangements that they had promised in writing they would.9. The manager almost got into a fist fight and said dilli me ho, jante nahi ho kya kya kara sakte hain hum yahan. So, violent.10. The employees have a take what Im offering or go to hell attitude. They dont even try to assist.11. Next days breakfast spread was same as last nights dinner. As many of our guests didnt have dinner (it was a day many guests were fasting due to a festival), they shamelessly served biryani etc for breakfast!!!Any simple, respecting, honest family that just wants to host a peaceful family function should stay away from this ridiculous, poorly lit, hideously managed hotel. The employees behave like goons and the management has two faces - one that you see before youve made non refundable payments, the other, after. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
