Stayed here back in 2018. It was my first time in Delhi and this Hotel made my stay comfortable and amazing. The room was very well maintained and very nice. The breakfast is also amazing with lots of options and staff also helped me during check-in and check-out.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. My experience was not good. To begin with, the bed sheet was not fresh. In the cold winter, neither they provide an extra blanket not they have heating facility. On demand, they brought a convection fan heater which was very noisy. I refused to accept this blower. They brought another one which was only little less noisy. On the second night, guests in other room were so noisy till 3 am in the morning so I couldn’t sleep. The only saving grace is the location. And also, whatever food they served was tasty.

Nice hotel at good location... Just next to metro station. Though hotel was good, but management was very poor. I went there to attend a seminar, but the things were not organized properly, very limited space and not prepared for big function or seminars. Food was good.

On a narrow street separated by a fence from a busy road which is in a *nice* residential area with security guards dotted along the street.Rooms are comfortable, good bed and although a little dark and dated, it was pleasant.It was also quiet in spite of the traffic, had a good shower and there were refreshment in the room.Breakfast wasnt amazing, but the omelette was good.We didnt eat dinner here. There were slim pickings for food. We were very lucky though and stumbled across a place called pochki table just across the bridge and a little walk.

Its a decent 3 star hotel. Service was good. The ambience of the hotel is quite good, specially the lobby. The food is also fairly good. Rooms are neat and clean. Just that the age of the property is now showing up. It requires maintenance. The woodwork requires painting/polishing. The paint is peeling off at several places because of dampness. Good thing is I saw that the work has started. So hopefully this should be done soon. But I still liked the overall experience.The best part is that the metro station is just across the road, doesnt even take half a minute to reach.

Rooms are neat and good. It doesnt give transport arrangements since it is very near to Metro. Service is moderate. Please dont expect them to help you whenever needed. It is supposed to be a three star hotel but it will make you feel that you are staying in a five star. I had the costliest black coffee and eggs of my life. One black coffee (fyi: without milk and sugar) costed me Rs. 140 plus taxes. Same coffee powder is given in the room as complimentary, but if you order seperately it will cost you as much as a Starbucks one. They bring eggs from Mars, hence each boiled egg will cost you Rs. 150 plus taxes.

Spacious rooms, good buffet and prime location make this hotel a great place to stay. True value for money at competitive rates.

Situated very near to Panchasheel park metro station. Luxury hotel with cordial staffs, clean rooms. However the room size are a bit disappointing. Breakfast options include variety for all taste buds. Easily visible from outer ring road.

I have been living in this place for the last 6 months and I can vouch for it that its a great place to stay. I get regular room upgrades. Very warm and hospitable staff and great service. Food is very good and the location of the hotel is just peefect. You cant get such a luxury experience at such a decent price anywhere else in Delhi!

The ambience and the staff of the hotel is really amazing. Being close to the panchsheel park metro station makes it easily accessible. The rooms are quite spacious and comfy. The excellent house keeping and the facility makes the experience quite nice

The most low key & economical hotel in the very posh panchsheel area of New delhi ..rooms are simple and sober(almost no frills- the television barely works),a downer is that all room balconies are blocked so for fresh air you got to step out of the hotel,the breakfast was basic but not bad,staff were nice and co-operative..all in all ...its no luxury stay ,its a reason driven economy stay!!

Advantages: great location in the city, attached to metro station the facilities are o.k part of them need repair/rechange the hotel crew was kind and helpful.disadvantages: price high for what you get. the breakfeast was undiverse, no space in the room and in toilet i was in the room in first floor near the reception no privecy i heard all the talking outside.if the price was little bit lower it was fair to what you get.

Nice and cozy place in a posh locality but nothing luxurious about it compared to the price they charge. Stayed for a official visit paid by company, so no problem but wouldnt stay by myself by paying almost 4500 per day. Breakfast was okay. Thanks!

For the first time in 10 years in India, this hotel (Justa) gave us the worst experience of our lives, not even worth a star. You reserve the rooms three weeks in advance and yet on arrival you are informed the rooms are not available and asking (not requesting) you to adjust for the night. Unprofessional and rude behavior of hotel management staff was even worse, not even ready to say sorry, at 2:30am on arrival wanted us to either adjust with 3 persons in one room (single bed) or have the choice to book elsewhere. Sleeping on the floor yet paying full room charge. Never ever going to stay here again, nor recommend it to others.

Great food here. I went for a friends party which was in a small banquet hall ideal for about 40-50 people. It is having a good ambience overall. The food including main course and starters were awesome. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Panchsheel Park is a very nice and posh locality of South Delhi. Close to Sirifort auditorium and Ansal Plaza. Close to yellow line metro station and Hauz Khas Village, all amenities are also near.

Located very close to Panchsheel Park station. The rooms are clean and the bedding is neatly ordered. Has all the elements for a comfortable stay for business / leisure purposes.

Worst hotel I have seen , water also chargeable even after paying lot of money . They charge 7750 for twin shaving room ,which costing 2500 in make my trip. No ventilation in rooms... the knowledge of the staff about billing is zero. Please don’t stay in touch this hotel. It is 2 star hotel not 3 star

Poor service, hotel messed up our group reservation thinking they could get away with substituting our request for single beds by having my colleagues and I share double beds. No compensation offered. Apart from that, pretty dodgy cleanliness throughout the hotel. Dont stay here, very poor value for money, and impolite staff not willing to account for their mistakes.

Pros: Decent suit, with a huge toilet, and helpful staff, enjoyed the stay inside the hotel than venturing out, restaurants available outside incase food needed from outside, prominent place near to Metro station, call taxis always on the road, Just a Park is closer to hospital in case of any emergency.Cons: Unresponsive front office, had to wait for hours, even after booking online. South Indians might find difficulty to as they more speak in Hindi than English.

Nice place to stay in south Delhi.. I came for 3 days so far so gud.. food was good. The service and reception person was very good.. the buffet breakfast was ok..with all the Indian food.

The hotel is good with all amenities. However the rooms on the rear side have no natural light at all. So if you are going to spend substantial number of hours in the room, then it will give you a gloomy atmosphere unless you are okay with the flurosant lights.

A nice hotel with very nice and helpful staff. The residential neighbourhood is also very nice. I can recommend The Brown Box (5min walk) for a nice coffee or lunch!

Hotel cheated on dining bill. We dined in restaurant and charged as dine in-room. Then added another charge for room without any reason. Wasted almost an hour to sort out. The manager let the waiter deal with us then after 45mins he stepped in. He also cheat us with service tax with GST. So in short, avoid this hotel.

This is an overpriced hotel not recommended for personal stays. The rooms are wary and old. Wooden flooring is dirty, bed and linen are in poor shape. Washroom is not maintained well. Food is overpriced and doesnt justify the quality w.r.t its price. Only good thing is buffet breakfast.

Terrible experience!!! The hotel room was unhygienic, poor quality bathrooms and room supplies. The walls were not clean and hotel room had an unpleasant smell. The hotel is overpriced for those booking with flight centre (Australia)

Good rooms, good service. We are a big group attending a wedding in the city. The location was not so convenient for us, but the stay over all was a good experience.

It is luxury place. Metro station are quite new as it is on pink line metro. Just next to hauz khas metro station.

Budget hotels where you find clean rooms and decent breakfast spread. Connectivity by road and Delhi Metro is an added benefit. Only recommended for short stays.

Comfortable rooms. Breakfast was OK. Nit too much variety but tasty and healthy.
