Good hotel to stay, good ambiance, food is quite expensive, but fully hygienic. Every thing is placed perfectly in the room and bathroom. Stay is very comfortable. Service should be improved. Over all rating is good. Complementary break fast is also so so, if it is not good not bad also. Rating 8 out of 10.

The first impression of the hotel was the room which was of good size and exceptionally clean with free wi-fi and complimentary water. complimentry breakfast was limited but good. the bed was comfortable...and rooms had all basic amenities like tea maker,safe locker and hair dryer. since we really liked the hotel..we shifted our family function to this hotel from venue. we were highly impressed with the services provided by the staff. Ive stayed in other hotels around this area and the room quality with the price offered is unmatched. would recommend the place.check out their online prices.*spa was ok ok.*gym is small but had all basic amenities*toliet a bit small but very clean.

We had booked 10 rooms for a family function and the service quality was great. The complimentary breakfast was good and though we had to follow up a few times to get housekeeping/room service, they took care of all our requests willingly. It didnt feel like we were in a hotel as we also had enough space at the reception to spend time together as a family. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good hotel in prime location with good services. Complementary breakfast is nice and fresh. Wi-Fi is not very impressive. Signal strength is very low inside the rooms but if you manage to figure out the selected areas, chances of receiving strong signals is high. Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is well build and the rooms too are spacious and comfortable. Thet have clean rooms and the service is quick as well. However, the parking is a problem as this is located in a side lane and has houses all around. The car is safe at night as its protected in a gated colony. Its located in central Delhi on the outer ring road so there are ample options around for food and exploring.

I had a comfortable stay at their hotel in Panchsheel Enclave. Good food, comfortable rooms, quick service, and friendly staff. You get a complimentary newspaper in the morning. I also got an upgrade to the room, probably because this was my second visit. Good for a stop over when travelling on business or otherwise. Good ambience, good service except during the peak dinner hour when the in-room dining service goes for a toss. Took 40 minutes for simple Dal Roti dinner. House keeping staff is quick in service and courteous too! Morning buffet breakfast also has huge scope for improvement.

Though the hotel belongs to Rockland Group, in terms of hospitality the management need to act very smartly. I was staying in Room No 229, I could not use the internet for which they gave me password , they were telling there were certain problems in internet, for the whole 72 hrs they never replied back me positively regarding internet. I will advise the working class people to avoid this type of hotel, as we are in the year 2017, and acting as if at 1995, when the people used to browse at reception area!They have not changed the pillow cover bedsheet and etc in whole 3 days. Rest ok

It is a nice place to visit. I went there for a two day stay and i got one if the deluxe rooms. There is free high speed wifi which is awesome and the facilities available are awesome. The room service is great and they have an ground floor restaurant. And yeah... The food tastes amazing. A place one should visit

The hotel location is the usp for this place. The management, esp Mr Prem Dubey, was courteous and friendly. We even got an upgrade to a suite. Though house keeping guys were hard to be found yet it was not a major pain. The only disaapointment was being asked to checkout an hour in advance that too on a short notice. Overall recommended and value for money only if booked on an promotional offer.

So booked a room where i got a dinner and breakfast conplimentary, my last stay was a lovely experienece, but this time the room given was horrible, single occupany, fouble beds, the ac was not working, the fan regulator was broken, the towels were not changed. I request the hotel, if dinner and breakfast are complimentary, please dont consider this as a favour to your customers, we are still paying for our stay, otherwise do not provide such complimentaries which you cannot ful gill in the future.

Decent hotel in general, located at a a great place. But very overpriced. Very basic restaurant in the basement with limited options for food. I faced severe mobile network issues. I had no network at all in my room. Rooms had no ventilation or balcony. Very limited options in breakfast. However the taste of food in dinner was excellent.

Hotel is good and location wise it is very convenient. Rooms are clean , services are good , food is good. Hotel amenities are proper. Value for rating. I stayed here after getting very good feedback from one of my friend.

Hotel ambience is great ,lord Buddha n spiritual aura of reception is excellent.427 room was good n bigger than lastime this was my 4th visit in 2 month thanx Front staff needs to be more attentive most of the time she is at back office Punendu from housekeeping is good face at front.Poor rating is because the food served was not good in taste n amount ,for dinner package restrictions are there ,bathroom fittings were old broken n not repaired, hygiene faucet was defunct ,we have to tell them to get complementary kettle in room it wasn’t there.

For those who havent tried the Reflexology at Tuscany spa are truly missing out on something. I head here at least twice a month straight after work. Their massages are a blessing! Its relaxing, soothing and makes you get back with yourself. Always a great stress buster!

The room is average in size. Good a/c and cable service. Free bottle of water daily. Room and bathroom are clean. Housekeepers and other staff of the hotel were very friendly and very accommodating. One problem though, the people at reception are not even aware if you are still in or have checked out already. My friend and i had a misunderstanding because the receptionist told my friend that i had checked out when in fact, i was still in my room.

It was an ok type experience to stay here as the room was good but the service was very poor. The extra bed was provided to us at 11:30 pm. We wanted to have dinner in hotel but after waiting for half an hour just to place the order, we had to go outside for dinner. The service is really slow.

It is affordable hotel for common people. Thats the nice part of it. Overall experience of this hotel is good but not excellent so it also have some downside of it. This hotel is located near pancheel park . Nearby Metro station is Pancheel Park Matro Station of Magenta Line metro. A really poor service from the hotel.Arrived at 11:55 for my booking, was told to wait 5 minutes before the room was ready. Had to wait till 12:30 before I was given the keys.Poor service from the staff as well especially the receptionist, had a guest with me at the time of check in, they asked me to give his ID proof as well and asked if he is going to stay. Told them that we are going out for some shopping and will arrive at 10 pm and he might stay till 3 am that is when I will be checking out so that he can drop me at the airport. The staff at the reception said that it is fine. Received a call at 12:30 am and I was asked to pay Rs *****extra for the guest. I said that it was already communicated at the time of check in and no one mentioned anything about the charges but the person refused to that.Very unpleasant stay, and the condition of the room was not good any either.

Helpful staff clean rooms and good food at reasonable price

Its in the middle of nowhere, no marketplace or places to visit nearby. We walked 3-4 km looking for momos (dont ask). The rooms are nice, and got a good view too. Good for solo travellers and couples, rooms too small for family stay.

They dont stand on their words.

I have to come here on a Sunday with my wife. We get the Couple Care Treatment and its such a rejuvenating experience. I really do recommend this place and suggest you to come in with your spouse to relax together.

We booked a room for triple occupancy for a night, it was a normal size room which seems to be uncomfortable, but the staff was good and they immediately switched the room with a better one, staff was courteous, food was good, its on main ring road, parking in front of hotel with guards all the time.....

The worst Hotel. No hospitality. 2 of us had to stay outside in the car, in the cold weather of delhi, Just because they couldnt provide us an extra room or extra bedding. Worst, The Flush doesnt works, Shower knobs coming out and the whole morning they spent to repair, even after repeated requests to provide another room. At the end, We were forced to use the hotel lobby washrooms. Then they also kept reminding checkout timings in this mess. They are UTTER LET DOWN and worst is even after being so bad......

Relaxed and reasonably priced stay. Its a small place but good service, clean rooms, tv, Wi-Fi, in room service and a nice restaurant makes the place more comfy. The area is not bad too since the Chirag Delhi Metro Gate 2 is ryt opposite to the building. There was a lot of road excavations and construction going on here right in front so that was a big hasstle to get cab/ walk around. Overall good exp.

Centrally placed. Easy access to HKV. The rooms are not as great. Definitely not how much you pay for it. Same goes for their room service menu.
