Very poor service...faced lot of hurdles1- No person was available at Hotel during check-in...waited for 1 hour.2- Driver was not available when we wanna go to Mall road for shopping, hired another taxi & did payment to him.3- Last day driver changed after 100 KM.4- Changed drivers behavior/attitude was not good, driver was known about routes...stuck after Moorthal & having scheduled flight & driver responded that he cannot do anything in that.So overall very worst experience with Ghum India Ghum...

They were easy to communicate with, they return emails and texts quickly. Very accommodating to our requests and when there were problems, they solved them quickly. The cost is great for the tour, much lower than the other ones we looked at.We did the hotel upgrades, and they were good quality. The hotels in Agra was excellent, western style and clean. The hotel in Delhi and Jaipur were also good. The only mediocre one was in Varanasi but it was fine.The driver we had through the golden triangle was good, his English wasn’t amazing but enough to get by. He took a bit of time to warm up but in the end was friendly. The driver in Varanasi was nice, and felt like he did have our best interest in mind, and took us to eat some awesome street food. All the cars were clean and the driving felt safe.The local guides were mostly good. The guide in Delhi was amazing, very informative and thorough with his explanations. He went out of his way to bring us to dinner and return us back to the hotel, he was excellent!The guide in Jaipur was good, but not as amazing. He didn’t do as much explanation but did give us enough time at all the sights.The guide in Agra was a disappointing though, we felt really rushed through the sites and we felt like he got annoyed with us that we wanted to spend a bit more time taking photos and absorbing everything in. We felt like he kept rushing us so he can get us into his family’s gift store, which we were then very pressured to buy things inside. There will be “shopping stops” from the guides, which is expected.The guide in Varanasi was also ok, he was very nice and friendly and really got to feel the vibe of the city. But we were then left half a day by ourselves to see the sights without any explanation, so we felt like we missed a few things.As a tip, do your research and know the itinerary before hand to make sure you get to go to all the places that were promised, at times we were asked where we wanted to go and there was no set itinerary. Also, when communicating I did have to correct a few errors along the way, but it they respond pretty fast.But overall, I thought they did a good job. We felt safe and saw most of the things we wanted to see.

Out of the many times I have been in Agra never had i had such an amazing time and the information was specifically catered to my interests! Mr. Joshi is not only a tour guide but becomes a brother. In Varanasi we had Mr. Prakash Chaubey. Who not only toured me the city but made sure i saw the very best Varanasi has to offer. And Mr. Saurav personally makes sure that everything is taken care of so your experience is beyond memorable. The GIG team is not just a company they become family!

We had a great time exploring the golden triangle with Ghum India Ghum. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked and they were very flexible with our dates. Pick up and drop off from airport was especially useful. Our three tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly and our driver was lovely too. The hotels were comfortable with good breakfasts.
