I sent a speed post on 31st August 2021 for sector 14 Rohini from East Of Kailash, New Delhi - 11065 (Local ), its not delivered till 10th of September. Very good service. They dont pick the phone. They should be given President award Padam Shri for their this poor service or Rajeev gandhi award..

In this post office different types of parcel facility are available like registered post, speed post and you can also send printed book through there parcel service at very affordable price (approx 60-70 rupees for 5kg). Staffs are good and cooperative, but working speed is very slow and one have to wait for long to get work done.

I visited few months back Corona times no social distancing was followed hundreds of people were queued up with some not even wearing masks.

There service is worst. The server is always down. They have private agents posted outside for befooling and taking money from innocent people. Most corrupt post office.

The post office staff nature are good and always ready to guide and help other for resolving queries on time. Now token system also introduce in sec-7 post office branch to ease the daily Post office activities and customer are so happy for this wonderful step. Thanks for implementing token system after such long time. I appreciate the whole staff for dealing of customers in very ease manner and staff members are really so polite in nature.

One of the most Corrupt office of Indian Post Office.Theyre running parallel delivery service, first theyll say the door was locked, so the Parcel has been returned to Post Office, and then theyll ask for bribe to get it delivered to you through parallel service.Even the Post Master seemed suspicious to me personally.

Not maintained well, even the entrance gate was not properly opening. Staff is ok ok, speed post is available here.

It is closed. One of its neighbour said it opens only monday tuesday Wednesday due to covid.

No any service topically government no power backup

A typical government office where the staff is rude and no one does their job properly and honestly. I entered the post office to post a letter and I saw that there were 7 different counters but there was only a single counter on which an employee was collecting the consignments to be sent by the customers. There was a huge queue but no other staff member bothered to open another counter to possibly make the work happen faster. The staff was rude as usual and filled with people who think they own the place. Instead of going to this place visit the post office in rohini sector 5 they have a better quality of staff there.

Delay in work

Not worth for even a single star. Such lazy people that consignment lying in their custody since 5 days as per tracking record still they are not bothered to deliver the so called speed Post. It would have been better if the govt. Shuts down this unit and give the space on lease to any other courier service.

Post office staff is very much rude to talk he is showing his anger on client even he should to understand that he is govt or public servant.IPS office need to educate all young staff that how to talk or behave with clients.

Its been 4 days since they received my speed post. Try calling them and they wont pick the phone. Dont know what are they waiting for. Just deliver my parcel already. There should be an option of minus infinity in rating for these slowpokes. Dont know why they are the nearest post office and why my product arrived here.

Time for drastic change either via privatizations. Service in Govt arena has earned a bad name. All look for extra money for Passport/ RC / PAN card deliveries. Else if returned, consider those to be lost in some other world. No one cares as they are least bothered. Babus are getting their salaries for nothing. Sigh

Very bad staff not attend phone

The whole management is so busy with their work that they dont even have time to attend others. They dont even pays any heed. Such an irresponsible behaviour. I would give the rating in negative if I get the option. And management there is so puzzled that they dont even have any information about anything. Ahh! Really frustrating. 👎

Very poor.. we dont have option of 0 or else this 2.6 rating overall would have been under 2. Tracker shows they tried to deliver at my home and my door was locked . I have on leave today and still at my home. There has been no attempt made to deliver my assignment.

I went there to update my aadhar but they said the guy is on leave. They dont pick up your phone beforehand so that someone can confirm if the aadhar guy is there or not.

They are now using a new token system in the worst way possible. Staff is now doing their work in the worst possible way ever, people are made to stand in queue for hours to get a token and then 1 token is worked upon in half an hour. Its really pathetic to see people coming at 5am in the morning to stand in queue for hours.

They are open only from 9 to 4pm.

Aadhar correction service is available on second floor.There is an ATM. The lady at the Speed post desk is lethargic.

Mixed Lot. On a Tuesday afternoon at around 2.30pm, it took me about 30 minutes to get a Registered Post, with some 10 people queued before me. The attitude remains the same as all government clerks ~ sarkari baaboos elsewhere - there were 6-7 counters; two of these were marked as Registered Post/Speed Post booking counters but work was being done on only one by a young chap while the old witch sitting at the other counter started screaming in her shrill voice if anybody approached her counter; she was doing nothing at all, just sitting, staring at people blankly or pottering around the Post Office. In fact, that was the worst part; except this one counter managing Registered Post/Speed Post for everyone, all the other counters had no work and the clerks manning them were simply sitting vacant or dozing or sipping tea, when they could all have shared the workload among themselves and cut down the wait time considerably. No wonder people hate going to Post Office unless they absolutely have to, to send official communications I guess.PS: 3* for that ONE person who was working [on behalf of every employee!] ... the only redeeming feature of this place.

According to recent postal regulations, outgoing international parcels require a a copy of id proof for postal offices record.But this post office is asking for aadhar card and aadhar card ONLY and they paste a copy of aadhar on the parcel, leaving the aadhar number and all other info vulnerable.Please shut down this stupid place.

Please dont visit this God forsaken place between 12-3, someone or other seems to be on lunch, personally wouldnt recommend any of their services, to do anything its a nightmare of paperwork and standing in line, worst was I saw people standing in line when the person in the empty counter was on break, I mean come on!!

I waited for an hour in the queue as they were taking the queries related to the letters and letters(parcels, speed post etc) in the same counter, they should at least have a different grievance counter for the public, in spite of waiting in the line my parcel wasnt taken because according to them it wasnt packed properly had to go the private one.
