Very very poor service. DONT RELY ON THEM. I purchased a New battery from Ms Veena, manager at this service center, battery was not good, within few days it start draining, it took almost more than 3 weeks for replacement. After 3 weeks , instead of giving new battery, she gave another old Hp battery and said its not my duty to give you service, you go other center...She was extremely rude....

Very poor experience. Sales person fools the customers. Prefer any other shop. If you have no options then buy computers very carefully from here. Never give them a single penny in advance. They dont return the advance booking amount even if the laptop is unavailable.

We visited the shop on 8th march 21, selected a model after much deliberation, however when we asked for it, they couldnt provide the desired model, they said we hv to bring the laptop from the godam, and the person who is suppose to is on leave, so we were told to visit tomorrow to get the laptop, and when we visited there today on 9th march 21, they told to submit 500 rs for booking so that they can bring the laptop tomorrow from the godam, sounds weirdjust wondering how much time do they actually need to bring the laptop from the godamvery poor service,hp team need to look into this matter to improve customer service and satisfaction

One of my worst experience. The staff people are highly unprofessional and never give full details at the first instant. They are merely there to con people. Specifically this guy named Gaurav whose job is to shout at the customers and give false information. Everyone please beware. Do not go there.

Worst experience. I visited the store and a bald person was sitting there. For the whole time he didnt left his chair like he was sticked to the chair and even not explaining the products properly. I was standing and asking ques and he was just sitting there and not able to explain.

They are not at all welcoming to customers. During Covid they just hung up my call when i asked for particular models availability in their store or not. Very bad and rude experience. Obviously before coming so far to their store during covid one might enquire beforehand itself but they are rude. Poor service.

I called asking for Printers..they were so indifferent to customer, when they saw they cannot sell 18K printer, banged the phone. Once earlier I was calling for HP Laptop , received similar response.. Showroom pe a jayie..phir batayenge..Worst salesmanship..I bought Laptop and will buy printer also, but will never recommend anyone to call these guys..

Hp world only outlet in Dwarka, I Purchased Celeron laptop in August 2020 RS. 27000, with pirated window, now its asking key after 5 months, Now they just cracked window key. Today i saw the price on hp online store its showing Rs. 25,512 with original window. i m feeling Unhappy.
