The rooms were really neat & clean. The staff was really friendly & warm. The property has a safe parking space. The rooms are inclusive of complimentary breakfast. But the menu is very limited. The location of the property is right in the center of the city which makes it really convenient.

I am an Advocate at Supreme Court and member of SCBA. I went to stay here for 2 nights for cbi public prosecutor exam in Delhi from Chandigarh and some work in supreme court.Good things:--Nice place for safely staying in good locality(Sundernagar) in Delhi and in proximity with Central Delhi area.-Adequate and polite staff.-Rates are also good for luxury in budget.-Room service is available.- Toiletries are provided.-Breakfast in restaurant is fine.- Lamps and lights in the room give a beautiful touch to aesthetics of room and it looks pleasing.Things they can improve on:-1. Provide slippers and bucket in bathroom.2. Prepare all items on menu for room service. I didnt get Chana Masala and Chicken seekh kabab when ordered. Staff bluntly refused.3. Give complementary water and not just 2 ten rupees bottles in name of complementary. I paid extra to get water while leaving at reception and also room service was charging extra and then took back two water bottles4. AC remote not working. Person who took me to room climbed on chair to switch it on and said no cells in remote. AC didnt respond to remote and was of logicool company. No regulator for fan and it causes lot of noise on full speed.5. TV channels not available as it was not recharged. When I asked a person to recharge it, he said he is going to do it and never returned until Iate and I waited and slept.6. Restaurant is dead in rest of the day other than breakfast. They can keep some snacks and cold drinks or mocktails there if people want to come and eat.

I liked my stay here, the location is good, the staff is helpful and it had better rates than most hotels in this area. The food could be better, but I was still okay with the quality. If I had one comment, it would be that one room that I stayed in during my second visit smelled mouldy for some reason (303), but it could just be me. Anyway I would recommend Ahuja to others.

Stayed here last year when I was on an official trip. Location is good. The rooms were well maintained and service was great. Food was good. Roof top dining was the best. The reception staff were well informed and everything was done smoothly.

I chose this place as I was looking for a budget stay. But paying 4k for such rooms and services was not worth. The deluxe room had two single beds joined. So I ended up utilizing only one. Only 4 to 5 items were available for dinner. The dining area was probably under renovation and hence they had converted a regular room into dining area by placing 3 tables.Breakfast was good and only thing I liked about the place. The area is quiet and peaceful as well.

Excellently placed in the city. Spacious rooms, tastefully decorated. Quite neat and clean as well. Its location puts you at a great position to visit many of the sightseeing locations in central Delhi. Would highly recommend.

This place is decent and quite comfy albeit a little bit stuffed in the normal rooms (not suites) as compared to the suites which are almost double the size. A couple of problems are apparent though. The WiFi is quite hard to get if you are not an Indian with an Indian phone number as the WiFi has no country selection for the added numbers at the beginning and instead only has +91 (Indias Code) making me not able to get the wifi code through SMS without an Indian plan harder than it needs to be as multiple other networks that send PINs through SMS have a country selection. The solution is there of course, I went to the front desk and they set me up after 5 minutes but it is much simpler to get WiFi on your own. The room services food is also terrible but on the contrary the breakfast food was quite good in the morning.

Hotel Ahuja is in Sunder Nagar which is a posh area. Nearby there are many places to eat and visit. Nathus is near where you can take food. Nearby places to visit are Purana Qila, India Gate, Zoo, Science Museum, Humayun Tomb etc.

Ahuja ResidencyC-56, Sector 44, Noida - 2013031) There was no board/hoarding on the hotel building.2) Rooms were not having any lock system for the main door. Any guard would walk-in in that living room without knocking.3) Bedrooms had key lock system and the balcony attached to the bedroom had locks which did not work at all.4) Even for the bedrooms, there were no internal latch. Doors were having locks but it can be opened from inside and outside and they had duplicate keys, which means, any of their staff members can easily reach inside bedrooms too. Very poor on security front, especially for ladies. Not recommended at all.

The place is nicely built and staff was very courteous. Facilities were also good. Food was also good and homely. Only thing I did not like in the hotel is their elevator. It was very small and can hardly accomodate more than 2 persons. My review is based on my visit to meet a guest living there.

Decent one or two days stay place. Service can be greatly improved. Please ensure you check the room before it is alloted. Some of the basement rooms are quite claustophobic!
