Castle 9 is a cozy restaurant that serves a variety of cuisines- Indian,Chinese as well as continental. The quality and taste of food is exceptional. The option of drinks and deserts is also there. They provide happy hour offers too. Location is very good therefore the place has got good clientele even though they are overpriced.

Probably one of the best place to see the view of CP.... Good ambience, tasty food as well but service needs to be improved.

It has good ambience. The lighting at night is good. They offer both veg and non veg food but the veg items are not that upto the taste and so doesnt value the price. They offer liquors too. The non veg items are good in taste.We ordered daal makhni and tikka paneer gravy from the veg items and daal was not even matching the normal taste of daal makhni so talking about any difference is a far away thing.

Five stars just for the view this place offers.Not as luxurious interiors as most other places in CP but the atmosphere is great nonetheless. Best to visit in the evening for unbridled view of Connaught Place. It feels like an oasis amidst the chaos of CP. Prompt and non intrusive service, the food is ok and drinks cheaper than at other places.

Nearest to CP metro station. Not many cocktail varieties. If they insist on service charge then become adamant and remove those charge depending on your experience.

The place gives u great vibes particularly at night.....this fits best in budget restaurants and bars....the prices are comparitevely less than most other famous bars in cp

Its good for small gathering. Can get separate space too within restaurant if expecting 15 or more guests. Location is also convenient.

Place is really awesome in case you are visiting their bar. Pretty decent environment inside and live music makes it much more better. Loved it must go with your loved ones in order to enjoy drinks with lite music.

Nice place to dine out with family and friends. Spectacular views of Connaught Place from the window. Staffs are also very welcoming. Dining options is also limitless. You can enjoy both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian foods here. Interior is little crowdy though. Could be better. There are different spaces to sit and dine or drink. Those who dont drink might find themselves in odd situation.

I like this place because of the view when you sit on one of the window side tables. The street shops can be observed and you can look at different faces moving across CP. I like to have lunch here. Although they can improve on the ambience a lot and attract good crowd, it is a decent place. The staff is good too..like no questions asked. The food is kinda okay...but a few things in the continental menu are really good. Overall, a good place to hangout.

A friend of mine threw his anniversary party in Castle 9. The food was very good. Place is lovely too. The dj played the best songs that made the mood of the party really light and happy. To top it all the service was great too. I loved the overall experience and I will come back here again when I am in Delhi next.

A decent place in the mid range fine dining options around Connaught place.The menu is not that expensive and the food quality is also decent.The dance floor is most of the time occupied by the private party clients.The restaurant area doesnt run happy hours and where it does the prices are substantially higher.So thats not the logic of happy hours.But its a good place to visit once or twice.The picture attached is the view from the window where I was sitting.

Not worth it. There are better restaurants and pubs in CP where someone can enjoy food and drinks for the same amount. It seems like very average restaurant..There are two restaurants on the same floor, both share the same kitchen, in castle 9 the food is cheaper while knight is slightly costlier. The usher explained that knight is fine dining and castle 9 is regular restaurant.If both restaurants have the same kitchen, its like cheating customers right on their face which ethically is not right.

Went to Knight Restaurant last night for dinner. Loved the food. and service. Continental finger licking, Indian food though was one of the best but could have been a little more spicy.service was good and prompt, even with restaurant fully occupied. But had to wait for 10 minutes to get the seats as the restaurant was full. I think it would have been better to reserve my table before hand.Ambiance was just too good.. loved it... romantic candle lit dinner with my wife, with on demand live band performing... could not have been better...will visit again for finger licking food and awe inspiring ambiance. just loved it..

Good place to hang out with friends

The place is there doing business just because it stands on an immensely posh location....else to be in the competition in an area like CP it has to work on its sitting area and ambience.Drinks and food are just okay....enough to stand through an evening...View is good only for couple of sittings that are on the window side...there is stuffiness and suffocation when the place get filled with beer drinkers.Yes...three stars for a perfect live music station.Karaoke could be added to it...

Castle 9 is a place to eat authentic food. I might be a bit biased when I write this review as I have been coming to this place occasionally for the past 13 years. The quality of food has not changed (in a very good way) and I find it impeccable. However the songs that they play have not changed either😁. Even the waiters and manager are the same.

Best place to hang out with your friends. What I like most about this place is their ambience and food. They have a separate lounge area where music is not loud and you can sit comfortably with your friends or family and talk. There are very few places in CP where u find such comfortable ambience.

The food is fantastic @Castle9. Everything is served fresh and comparable with good quality restaurants across the world. Highly recommended if you’re craving fish and chips or enchiladas.

Fine dining and bar. The happy hour abd advertisement on entrance doesnt actually apply on your bill they charge as per menu. No smoking room, one has to go out to have smoke, smokers beware!

Not a very tidy place, yet, was crowded during the weekend. We had been here just for dinner and not drinks. Although, comparatively the prices were better than other bars/pubs in Connaught place. Didnt like the ambience much, as it reeked of cigarettes. Live music was on when we visited, I was thrown back to some nostalgic memories via the songs played by the artists.

This was a good place at the mid of main Delhi. We had family gathering with around 12 members. The food was tasteful and the service was prompt. Only thing we missesd was music.

A nice restaurant to hold private parties as it has four separate areas. The only issue is that it doesnt have an elevator despite being on first floor. The service is fast, quantity is good, bar is well stocked and music is fine. The decor needs to be done up.

A very dull place... Neither the food nor the music is good.

If you want to have a conversation with your friends over drinks then this is the place. The music isnt loud. And if you get the table by the window you can see the crowd in cp. I personally find it better than the dark ambience of other pubs.

Went there on 07/09/2019 , just because of location restaurant is doing gud job , but if you will talk about food and service quality it is pathetic . Order one beer in happy hour it was one + one offer along with three starters, only two tables were sitting there including our table , server was so rude even he was not giving proper response , we got our starter after thirty minutes , we were feeling that they are giving complimentary to us , finally we ordered our bill it was rupees 1620/- then I told him will pay by card and he finally come along with card machine he dialed the amount as I checked the amount he mentioned rupees 16020 /- .I told him its rupees 1620 /- not 16020/- but he said sir its not my fault its machine folt , even he was not excepting his mistake and continuing arguing with us , point is that if I will put my password without check the amount then who was the responsible for it , ofcourseme . Its my humble request from all the guests please check your bill and telly accordingly .finally had word with the manager regarding this issue , we were in hurry and left the place immediately and finally paid the rupees 1620 /- cash.

This is a quite place to sit with friends and chat. The drinks are also resonable here and they also have cheaper rate before 8 pm. There is also a club section if you like foot tampering music along with the drinks. The rest rooms a clean and aromatic.

They are not providing low cost bear which is come in budget ....just imagine who will drink one point in 600..... better to go out from CP and have fun ....

Not a very tidy clean place, food was average to be honest.Also I am not sure if Old Monk is served in its original form, it seems fake or something else !!

I had heard about this place so decided to give it a try during one of our friends meet. I would say their cost ambience is the only point which was positive. The food wasnt great (chicken was a bit chewy, dal was too spicy, less of salt). Service was too slow, even though the guys were roaming around bit your orders and requests took too long every time. To top it all the hefty pricing makes the experience even worse.Today when there is a cut throat competition in the hospitality and restaurant industry, they are bound to loose their old customers too. Couldnt click pics as the mood got turned off from the experience.

A restro bar, which serves alcohol till late. Good place to watch sports. Food and drinks bare very reasonable. If you want to spend romantic evenings then this is the place to be. Connected by Delhi metro and motorable roads.
