The food and drinks are mostly okay. I liked mushroom cheese rolls, avoid having any mocktails. The place is budget friendly however the service and ambience are just below average.Tip is to not go with boys only, if you do then the entry will not be allowed also the staff become extra rude with you if the ratio of boys and girls in your group is not equal. Beware of fake feminist also.

This place is not hygiene and sitting arrangements are not good. We booked this place, It was an office party and the owner said that the place is too species but we didnt found like this. Toilets are not clean and have not maintained basic ethics. The bartender behaviour was too rude during serve drinks, we asked him for a cocktail he said they will serve on the table as per covid-19 norms. We were okay with that but they didnt serve us, they put only a beet bucket and one vodka jar on the table then my friends asked to tender to give us vodka shots glass at least we will make shots for own if you cant but he refused to give my friends. Even they didnt serve food properly when my friend discussed the matter with the pub owner he showed arrogance to him. I will not recommend this place to anyone in future.

A really good place with absolutely lip smacking dishes, the only thing that I found to be a drawback is that the place is very dimly lit. Due to the place being poorly lit, we were forced to use flashes and torches of our phones to get some light to show the food and the ambience. Had lots and lots of dishes here including pizza pockets, afghani chicken, chicken tikka, mustard fish, mushroom and cheese cigar rolls, chilli basil chicken, penne arrabiata (red sauce) as the starters and then dal makhni, paneer makhni with butter naan. All of the above mentioned dishes were really good especially cigar rolls, pizza pockets, afghani chicken and dal makhni. They had this really creative way of serving food (as unique as their name), most of the dishes were served in small wooden suitcases and even the menu was enclosed in a small wooden suitcase . Apart from the dishes we had several beverages as well including fruit punch and virgin mojito. All in all this place has a good ambience, just need some more light so that food could be captured in a better way.

This bar is Good to give 3 Stars. The bar staff is okay. When you ask for something they might be fulfilled it. Just like child water bottle when you guys are having drink.

Yesterday I visited this place with my friend located in CP. The ambience and seating arrangements was good. The food was okay not that much good. Whatever I ordered wasnt available. So I ordered drinks and chilli paneer. Overall the experience was not good.

I didnt like the service and food was also okay okay, I asked them for milk shake and they told there is no milk and this was on 15 august which was a dry day so they should have proper arrangement of substitutes.

A 5 star experience, 4 for service time, Pasta was enticing, although we recieved Veg instead of Non veg. Virgin Pinnacolada is very refreshing. Garlic bread is a must try. Terrace seating has good ambience, no view though. Indoor seating is a bit too dark.

I had heard about this place and so was excited to visit here because it was my friends birthday party that we had planned here. I would say it is the perfect place to have parties and hangout with your friends. It has a dj which we enjoyed the most. We had lots of food. The pasta was not at all tasty. Kebab were very yummy. We had a great evening.

Food, music & ambience was great. Drinks also ok-2. It has dancefloor too & an open backyard area with few tables if sm1 wanna feel airy. Reducing 2 stars coz 1st I didnt find washroom hygiene friendly or you can say clean to use and 2nd i found it budgetwise not friendly; hence, I wont prefer revisiting often coz comparatively I have better & budget friendly options available in CP only.

I have never seen a restaurant insult a guest like they did to us. Me and my wife were waiting for a couple of friends to join us and so we just ordered a starter in the beginning and then just after 20 mins, we ordered a drink. This did not go well with the manager, Dev, who asked us to leave saying to my face that he has other parties waiting who will spend more than us. I seriously couldnt believe my ears. Obviously we left but not before saying to him that restaurant like these deserves to be shut and deserve no sympathy in Covid. Also, ended up spending 4k in another restaurant and although its not about the amount, I hope the manager reads this and feel some guilt if he has an ounce of shame left.

The food was mediocre and the ambience was not very pleasant as its a cramped and long space. Fine for casual hangouts.

Nice decent cosy place with good food, good ambience although servicing could have been better. But one thing that stands out is the elaborate and well thought out menu. Also a special mention for the open terrace setting at the backside that lends a charm of its own. A good place for economical partying packages too with the DJ knowing his beats.

Recently been to luggage room and i had a really good time. The ambience and decor is beautiful with dull lighting. The best part is they have quite a spacious dance floor. It is based on the theme of luggage and you can find them hanging on walls, Not only that but they also serve their starters inside a cute little luggage. So yesterday we planed to go shopping in caught place.. as during this period of time almost all brands offer huge discounts.. after that we went to this Lit lounge ‘The Luggage Room Kitchen And Bar’.I loved their concept of serving the food in suitcase type container.. presentation was amazing totally loved the ambience and music vibes.. the staff was couteous and nice ... loved the food too.We ordered Honey chilli patato, Chicken kali mirch tikka and Slim Trim Health choice salad in the starters.We ordered Penne Arrabbiata non veg pasta and Special mix pizza in the main course.Staters were very delicious and were served with nice amount of veggies. Me and my friends visited this restaurant yesterday at lunch time. We loved the ambience very much. Its a dark and luggage theme based restaurant where you can find carry bags hanging on the wall and even the mini wall of bar is made up of pile of luggages. Its very attractive. If I talk about food, it was amazing. Each starter that we had were served uniquely and each dish was mouth watering. Would love to arrange some birthday party over there.

After hearing some great reviews of this restro I thought of visiting this most talked about place. The moment I entered this place, I was impressed with the decor and absolutely loved the ambience. I tried some of the recommended dishes which included chilly paneer, honey chilly potato, Margherita pizza and garlic bread. Margherita pizza was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Chilly paneer was well cooked too and the crispiness added to its great flavour. Honey chilly potato were prepared so well that it left me craving for more. Garlic bread were soft and I devoured them as soon as they were served. I got to try their special mocktail which I absolutely loved. The shakes were thick and refreshing. The presentation of food in antique boxes was something really unique and attractive about this place. I would recommend this place to foodies who would love to eat some authentic food!

I have been to luggage room for my office get together. When I enter it it was small actually too small for 100 odd people gathering. Later my experience was very bad, staff is not polite at all. Which is strange since that is the primary requirement from any staff in hospitality sector. They kinda lied saying that most of the tables are reserved. The outdoor seating does not have a good ambience and feels like an extension to their storeroom. Food was not good it’s okay find. I must have advice to DJ .... dude update your track list. And your choice of old song is not good. There are very good old song you can use if you want old songs. We had enough bad experiences to leave this place without enjoying it.

Yesterday i visited luggage room by sandoz cp.This outlet has the most amazing ambience for party people.Like there is dj playing some good tracks you can enjoy there alot.About food i ordered , i had chilli chicken , quesadillas first.Which were so yum and delicious that i ordered it twice.Then later on i had paneer tikka and chicken tikkaBoth were perfectly cooked and had a perfect flavour of spices .Then i had cheese potato finger (similar to dahi ke kebab) . Which was really so yumm and delicious.About drinks : I had blue iced lemonade , sandoz special ( which was really very special and delicious) , oreo shake.Everything was so delicious and yumm there.That best starters are serve there.Must recommend place for all to had best food in cp.Staff service was also very quick and gently fast.I really enjoyed there alot.

Music, Ambience and food is very good i found it is litbit expensive but over all good place to hangout.

With the most irritating part: Rooftop seating is just for the sake of it. The rooftop/outside feels crowded, seating large groups is impossible on rooftop and the ambience is a total buzz kill.Now coming inside, the furniture is old, upholstery is in bad shape and serving time was a blunder.Somehow the overall service and customer satisfaction has degraded here since 2018.I have been here many times in large groups but I think Ill avoid making future bookings here.

Went to The luggage room with friends and it was amazing. It is a perfect place to have some good food. Their concept is innovative. I ordered jacket potatoes , tacos , cigar rolls and they serve food in small luggages (the best part). Their sandoz special , cigar rolls and jacket potatoes are must try. I also tried their kitkat shake and brownie , which were very good but they should have some variety in shakes and deserts.

Visited this place with my friends.Eye catchy interiors 😍The ambiance was perfect, with rocking music!We had a great time here.We ordered Mix sauce pasta - Rs.289/-It was mouth watering and very tasty ❣️We ordered Chilli potato - Rs.349/-It was crispy and served hot 🔥We ordered Paneer tikka - Rs.286/-It was yummy and fingerlicious 😘Virgin Mojito - Rs.199/-It was served chilled and was delicious ❤️The quantity of the items was appropriate too, as compared to the prices.The staff is very professional and courteous.It is a perfect place to celebrate your birthday or anniversary.They also have party packages available at affordable prices 💰A must visit place.I would definitely recommend this place to you

Amazing place in the lane of Connaught place for the people who loves great food, live music. Luggage room and kitchen situated in CP is one of the most amazing and a must visit place.• Potato mozzarella Fingers-which were fundamentally nuggets with some amazing mozzarella fillings and I loved it.• Mushroom n Cheese Cigar Rolls-they had stuffings of mushroom and cheese which were rolled and deep fried and were presented beautifully in a shot glass with some sweet sauce in it. I loved it.• Caesar Salad- It could have been better. Likewise lacked bread scraps• Spaghetti Aglio E Olio-simple spaghetti with some flavors. It was alright.• Stuffed Tacos-Veg tacos with some stuffed cheese beans. Loved them• Special Mix Pizza-double cheese pizza with some onions, bell peppers,olives and diced tomatoes. Lovely pizza, loved it!!!!the drinks I went ahead with-• Margarita-combination of tequila, triple sec and lime and I was in love with it.• Oreo Shake- this is one of my fab. drinks. it was really awesomegood service so that you can enjoy everything without any interruption, last but not the least tasty and mouth watering food. ambiance is very nice and staff is very supportive.thank you

I had ordered Chilli Paneer Bhatti, Honey Chilli Potato , Nachos with Salsa, Virgin Mojito, Blue Iceland Mocktail, Mix Veg Pizza, Special Dal Makhani, Kadhai Paneer, Chocolate Shake, Strawberry Shake.All of the dishes were really good, hygienic and delicious. Really love the taste of Honey Chilli Potato, Chilli Paneer and Nachos too. Drinks were refreshing.Chicken is always been my favorite. So i also ordered Smoked Chicken Pizza, Chicken Tikka. Both of the dishes was yummy too.Apart from that service was not to good they were not listening to us and not even cleaning the table.Apart from that me and my friends have a great time over there. We enjoyed a lot, food was awesome, drinks were amazing.Its an ideal place to do party, get-together with friends and all the other stuff. 😊😊

The place is small and too loud. Can’t come here with children. Food is pricey for the service rendered.

The place is alright, really. Extremely dimly lit for my liking, plus the staff seemed not so enthusiastic or happy. Not that they didnt serve us well, they did their job adequately but overall, they seemed a tad sad for some reason! Maybe the dimly lit ambience is to blame, who knows!Nevertheless, the food was good & thats what matters. Our order included - kung-pao chicken, paneer tikka papad, quesdilas (vegetarian), kadhai paneer, daal makhni, and host of naan. Drinks included Sandoz special, virgin mary, and an aerated drink.The food did taste very nice and we enjoyed each dish to the fullest. Quantity is also pretty good & unfortuntely at the end of it all, we werent even able to finish the main course as much as we wanted to. I love a well made Virgin Mary & I am glad to write that the VM tasted really nice and well made. The Sandoz special mocktail was alright.Overall, it is a nice cafe to go have some starters majorly and drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic, both, whatever you prefer). The only grudge that I had was the extremely dimly lit ambience which makes looking at each other tough! 😳😃

● THE LUGGAGE ROOM KITCHEN AND BAR is located in M - block of connaught place. It is a theme based restuarant on luggages and suitcases. The tables are in the form of luggage and their bar is in the form of luggage ,completly loved the ambiance,perfect for parties and hangouts. Ambiance was full peppy and perfect for jazz up your mood. They serve there dishes in small suitcases which is there best part,i completly adore that part. Service is quick too and the staffs were helpful in suggesting the best from the menu.Coming to our order - we had• Red sauce pasta - Creamy red sauce pasta mixed with veggies, served with garlic bread was lip smacking.• Dal makhani - It was thick and taste good with the right amount of spices. I completly enjoyed it.• Paneer butter masala - Perfectly cooked, juicy and moist from inside with the hint of cream. I had this with breads. Vegetarians must try this!• I also enjoyed there drinks, margarita,virgin lime, strawberry ,pina colada, oreo shake,chocolate shake are few of my favourites there.Food - 4.5/5Taste - 4.5/5Service - 5/5Ambiance - 5/5*** RECOMMENDED ***
