One of the best hotel in naraina. The location is very good. I liked everything about this hotel including customer service, hospitality, cleanliness, staff behaviour. Food quality is good. The staff is really humble.

We have done an event in Aug 2021. Food taste and quality was very poor. Hotel management is deaf, not gave the good service. Value for money is zero. Dont go to this hotel.

I booked 13 rooms for my in laws on the occasion of marriage..I was really looking forward to the hospitality as the rooms were really good..but It was a shock to my expectations that the hotels service was really poor and they even charged my guests for water even after having a discussion with me. Moreover, Ms. Madhu who was heading all this never bothered to respond to my concerns once the stay was over.Hence, wont recommend it. Pls, Dont just look at the rooms and book. Hospitality and services also matter!

Giving one star because zero is not possible. No words for explaining the poorness of this hotel not even available with drinking water.

Have stayed here multiple times. But this time it was really bad. No security Guard at the gate. No strict checking. Safety Protocols not followed properly. No sanitation while entering. Even the main entrance was pretty messed up. Also, you need to figure out your room and carry luggage by yourself. Nobody will come to help you. They dont have staff to help you with this service.About the room there was no hot water available. Even after putting the tap on for almost an hour as told by the receptionist there was no hot water. Bedsheets were dirty. There were stains on it. And even the phone was not working properly.About the food, I ordered ginger masala tea but they served normal tea which was pathetic. For dinner I ordered non veg thali, but as there was some party going on they served whatever was available. The food quality was just so poor. Very disappointed this time and would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Staying here since one month now for official work here in Delhi. its corporates tie-up hotel for all MNCs currently in market. also almost full occupied with all corporate worker. but no work done on repeated complaints given at reception. Internet speed in premises is so bad that you can do any work with hotel wifi connection. for TV, only free channels are available which is of no use & not upgraded even after repeated complaint.

This one star is because of weddingz manager( tarun) who initially at the time of booking showed me a different decor picture and later just 2 days before the event he told me this is the only option I have for decor. Food was ok ... Please keep everything in writing before booking the place. I wasnt given things as per the commitment

We had a booking for wedding. The things which were promised, were not given. Tarun was incharge which whom I talked and when I gave him the review, he did not even bother to reply my message. The food was good but the decoration was pathetic as compared to the amount they charged. The staff was less. They promised to give sanitizer and masks at the time of the wedding but nothing was there. They promised to give fulo ki chadar and even that was not provided. They provided the swagat malas after the baratis reached and after half of the rituals were performed. The jai mala broke intro several pieces before the wedding even completed. Extremely disappointed from this.

The hotel gave me more than I expected. The hotel on the whole is very clean. We were able to see Delli Haat, Connaught Place, India gate and some nice malls within a half hours drive from the hotel. ***agement was quick to resolve any difficulties we encountered.
