Our one night stay at Crowne Plaza was comfortable. The check-in process was easy and convenient. The staff throughout the hotel including the restaurants was friendly, helpful and efficient without being intrusive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped and of a good size. The room service took more than 45 mins to deliver two drinks and an appetizer to us. The food at the restaurant was below par. The ingredients were fresh but the taste was average. The selection/number of items at both the dinner and breakfast buffets was good and the counters were refilled on time.

I had an amazing experience in this place, the management is really good and it feels like you havent missed on anything. The gym and pool area is highly sanitized with great trainers like Bhagwan Das.

My Stay at Crown Plaza has always been excellent. Never had any issues so far! be it with the front end receptionist, house keeping or the food quality. My special thanks to Atul and Vivek for always making my stay comfortable.As mentioned before during the survey it would be excellent if the in-house restaurants delivery time is taken care off... As in my recent stay I did request for just plates and spoons for which I literally had to wait for at least 20 mins to get them...

Well, it was indeed one of the best hotel I have had in the last couple of months. From entering the reception area and to walking to the room the whole experience was delightful.I felt invited and ambiance was really great. Staff was really helpful and they were following the covid protocols too.The room size was big enough to accommodate two people. I enjoyed the breakfast the other morning. One thing I would regret is I couldnt stay for more than just a day.I called the reception to check whether the pool or the spa was open but unfortunately they both were closed due to pandemic.Nevertheless I would not mind going there again. Recommended to all the couples and business executives. families are good to go too.

First day I reached very early for which they made it chargeable for early check-in when I called at hotel before booking they said no charges would be applied if the room is available and then after reaching I was asked to pay 2500 plus taxes I created some issue in which the at reception mr atul and other person at reception laughed at me and made me embarrassed for which I made a big issue so after making issue the charged me 2000 including taxes. the room is comfortable and well designed but their is issue with AC and curtains and I asked to replace the pillow as well but denied as pillow was vey old and uncomfortable and first day I arrived their was only one lift working and currently 2 out of 3 lifts so sometimes the wait time gets increased food taste is okk but buffet spread is quiet less maybe due to covid 1) staff laughed during check-in felt embarrassed2) hotel is old so room quality has gone down issues with curtains, ac , room locks engineer had to come thrice in room sometime for ac or curtains or lock which is quite frustrating3) asked to change pillow as it gets thinner then the blanket but no response on that 4) should have told me the amount for early check-in and late check out when I called before booking because after coming to hotel they blamed me that tell the name of employee which no one asks they should have kept proper details and share proper details 5) lift should be maintained properly 6) everyday some or other repair work is their

Not recommended for family stay, specially if you are with children.No playing area, no indoor games, no outdoor games.No garden nothing for entertainment. Just only room and TV thats all. Also, a major concern is the Toilet sheet.Toilet sheets dont have any inside or external jet spray which is very frustrating to deal by Kids.Many elders and Kids do not feel comfortable on Toilet sheets where cleaning jets are not available.So overall stay with Kids and Family is disaster here.For any business trip or meeting, this hotel is okay. But for family stay, youll not survive here for more than 1 day.Advice to Management:1. Keep some space for kids to play.2. Install some games like TT, Pool, etc so guest do not get bored if they have plans for long stay. 3. Install Toilets with jet spray in some rooms, so Kids and elders can feel comfortable if they are not okay with romanian style Toilets.Everything except Room and Food.

Crown plaza is among the best hotel in Mayur Vihar and Noida. Its near to Noida, Akshardham, next to highway. They have bigger room, courteous staff, extensive food menu (considering lockdown). Special mentions for In-room dining and support staff for making our stay comfortable. Staff at reception can be trained on customer service. Pro tip - Go for even #rooms for better view, odd number room are towards water sanitation plant. Higher floors are better as Metro is next to the hotel.RED FLAG 🚩 - Rooms are used for parties over the weekend. loud noises and music is common on Fridays or Saturday. if possible, hotel can give room for parties on a different floor

A good place but could be better. The hotel remained quiet comfortable during my stay but there were lots of bits and pieces that need a proper look on.Room are well made with everything at the right place. Room service was great. Everything felt premium with no compromise on quality.There are a lot of incidents with which I got annoyed with. The check-in experience was not great although it was at late night. The power sockets in the room never worked. Even after complaining they came up with no solution. The food served in breakfast in the second day of my stay was not freshly made but reheated

The room allotted to us was with an eye pleasuring view and the beds were super comfortable. There was 24*7 assistance available. The towels and sheets were hygienic and clean. I would definitely recommend this property for stay and would love to visit again.

Beautiful ambience and rooms.Loved their hospitality. Staff was so helpful, courteous and professional. The way they take care of their guests is just amazing.Food was delicious too.

There was no person to take the luggage till the room.The bed sheet had a low quality and was not upto the mark, had to get that changed.When asked about the kitchen timings, they said it closes by 11 PM however when called in room dining, found out it’s open 24*7. Information passed on wasn’t correct initially.When ordered food, they wanted us to pay then and there. Asked if we can pay at the time of check out, won’t make a difference since I haven’t experienced this in 5 star hotels, but this one wasn’t 5 star and still couldn’t wait for it. I had to pay them in the middle of having dinner and the guy was rude.The hotel washroom had no hand faucet or jet.At the time of breakfast, the lady actually forgot that I am already waiting, I had to remind her.This hotel is poor in terms of hospitality and really needs to work on it. New staff should be hired and they should actually take ownership in guest satisfaction. Never booking this place again.

I had come for a staycation on a single occupancy. The sole purpose of visit was just to relax and have a calm day off from work, but to be honest a pathetic and a totally ruined experience.Never seen such hospitality from any of the hotels, since i belong to the same industry.FRONT OFFICE staff had a different attitude problem itself, specially the FOM on the Front Desk.After being request for Smoking Room specifically on the OTA and in person at the desk, he was in his own mindset only and was repetitively mentioning about availability and stuff like that. Though later got the smoking room, but the room was dirty. Some greasy and smelly liquid was oozing out from the shower cubical. Complaint was attending after a long time and got no solution, as the housekeeping staff said that this problem will occur as there is a problem with the grouting.Requested the Front Desk to change the room and they asked me to wait for 15 minutes for changing the room, but it didnt happen for an hour until i called back the front desk twice.Finally got the room changed, but then got a non smoking room. Though they allowed me to smoke lightly in the room but seriously it was not worth. The room cleanliness was again an issue. Could clearly see pan supari near the sheers and a girls hair on the bed side lamp despite of no girl being present in the room. (Have a proof for the same) Room amenities were not placed properly. No Coffee, no creamer in the room.IHG CROWNE PLAZA IS LIKE GREAT CRY LITTLE WOOL.Never plan to visit the property again.

Absolutely outstanding hotel and perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was my birthday during our stay, which we had not mentioned, but they obviously saw that at the check in. It was a lovely suprise when they left a bouquet in the room! Also an excellent breakfast buffet. We will definately come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a 3 days 2 nights stay, and i was surprised that they didnt do any housekeeping on any of the days. I was never told at the time of checkin, whether they were not doing it because of Covid, but found it strange, considering they consider themselves to be a 4 star hotel. I even had to ask separately for drinking water, which was highly irritating. The hotel seems to have lived past its prime, and the rooms clearly show signs of ageing, lack of maintenance. But all this doesnt bother me, as much as the basic housekeeping which i definitely expected.

Good Hotel, Small property, Food is good however being an Indian hotel lack of jet sprays in the toilet 🚽 is a major turn off.I understand the massive urge to westernize all amenities however this could be avoided as its unhygienic and may cause people to switch or reconsider choosing it again.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was no bell boy to carry our luggage. We got rooms on 12 floors, it had a bad smell of cigarette smoke throughout the floor. Rooms were ok basic things like electric kettel and hair dryer were missing in the room. Another most important thing missing in the bathroom was the water jet, they only have toilet papers, which I think most of the people dont prefer in India. The quality of food served in dinner and breakfast was below average, you certainly can get much better food from a roadside eatery. All in all, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. You certainly can get a much better and comfortable stay experience in the same price.

The room and bathroom weren’t very clean, the wc and tub was so dirty and there was hair under the pillow. Breakfast was the worst part. Literally never had a worse breakfast at any hotel. No variety, no taste. Really poor quality. Absolutely not worth the money they charge. I’d never stay here again nor will I recommend this property to anybody.

Im going to start with the conclusion.Overall, the hotel is bang for your buck a hundred percent. Getting dinner and breakfast under that 3500inr mark is the USP of this place.However, I would really want the supervisors to brush up their staff. Nothing big but these small small things does matter. For instance, I called up the guest service and asked for wine glasses. The service was quick but the two glasses were of different size.Secondly, the cutlery was also weird. Got two spoons one was regular but the other one was a soup spoon.Looks like they hardly care what theyre putting on the plate.( hope theyre not following this fasion while cooking) The god damn curtains! The bathroom curtains were to be manually operated. TV was of no use.The mini fridge was barely cooling. To cut it short they need to fix all their electrically operated equipments. Breakfast buffet B+Dinner buffet B-Rooms are quite big, huge I must say.A nice view from the window at night.

The propertys location is a big plus. Beds are comfy and everything spotlessly clean in the room. I am staying here with two kids, hats off the housekeeping guys ali and pancham to keep it neat and tidy for kids.

My brother in law hosted a reception for his marriage in this hotel. The decorations right from the stage to the layout of the hall to the decoration of the tables were spot on.The food, especially the starters were so delicious and mouthwatering. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful in organising the party and making it a grand success.Some items of the main course could have been better.The party was non alcoholic, so cant comment on that, but overall the experience, the ambience,the food,the staff and the overall vibe of the party was extremely joyous.We also had a room booked on the 6th floor of the hotel. The room was spacious and had the view of Delhi skyline which was extremely breathtaking. The rooms toilet was spacious while also accomodating a grand bath tub.We had our after party in that room with liquor bought from outside and had a wonderful time.

We had a function organised at the hotel ,Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar for which we coordinated with Nishant. He kept us updated and coordinated in the best way . The check in check out process is kind of messy. No one to escort the guests to the room. No clarification on anything. The intercoms and useless. You will have to call 10 times and then they will answer it and the service is also delayed. Not much options in the food menu and all are overpriced. Cleanliness is something which should be taken care of and staffs behaviour is something that should be taken care of in the first place.

Due to limited buffet system , they had limited quantity.Food was ok... could have been better.Limited deserts too and no ice cream In dessert.

The main issue was for the room service there was a mess and cleanliness was an issue, on being said to the hotel the reply I got was very odd he said and I quote “Sir apko itne saste mein 5-Star kaha mil jayega humko bhi kaam chalana hota hain”. I always stay at the equal star level hotels never have faced such an issue (might be due to COVID) but his response was even rude after this.
