I have exchanged my OLD TVS Scooty on 20 March 2019 and bought TVS Ntorq at the same time and submitted my whole documents like original RC, books Policy and handover my OLD Scooty. But now after 1 Year I got challan under my name again and again. I request everyone dont exchange scooty or purchase scooty from this TVS company. They always lie and never resolve your problem.Check 2 times without helmet challan came under my name as I have exchanged this scooty from last 1 Year directly to TVS Showroom.RC Still under my name ( Asim Jamal)

Really really disgusting service they are giving.Its more than 1 month now they are not able to provide the full helmet which comes with the bike and even not the toolkit they given.Dont buy from this showroom guys.

Worst service center of ahinsha tvs. I went last Saturday with pre appointment but they treated just like normal customer. I waited 2hrs for the service. then I came back my home without service. the staff behavior worst while I was coming back at my home one of staff said जाने दे क्या होगा बहुत आता है ऐसा !

Nice location, easy to spot on the Aurobindo Marg. Their head showroom is in Khanpur, thats where you go for repairs and insurance claims. They dont provide servicing here either. There is an authorised service centre near the IIT flyover, along the petrol pump. Nothing exceptional about the service and staff here, the process of purchasing the vehicle was fairly hassle free. Didnt offer any discounts or freebies. Processing of paperworks for RC could have been done faster.

My Ntorq scooty was left at Ahinsha Automobiles in Khanpur on 26th July 2020, for accidental repair, insurance through GoDigit. The replacement of items were front panel, both side bottom panel(front), left side panel rear and exhaust guard. It took 36 days for everything to be done, it was understood due to unavailability of parts. There is a Lathe charge mentioned on the bill, not sure where & why a lathe work was required. I was asked to pay Rs.600/-, but no bill was provided for that. Anyways, the disappointment was when the petrol tank was empty in my scooty; whereas i had left it with 3 sticks of petrol. I was given 1 litre of petrol. The other disappointment was that the vehicle had gathered dust and it was dirty, the supervisor asked the scooty on my request; but he didnt dust it properly. 3rd disappointment was that after i came back from there, my self-start is not working. I brought it back on 2nd Sept and its been 4 days now.

Verry nice tvs ahinsa office verry amiable staff and all things was good when i visited this place and now i purchased two tvs apache 160 in bs4 And bs6 anyone can go and visit prime location.for everyone.

I have attended by alka negi . She is very awesome and calm in her work a customer will be relaxed just watching her way of work she has been a great assistance and other services are all good .

Showroom is big and spacious having tvs vehicles readily available no need to wait for getting delivery staff behaviour is also good.

Pathetic staff.. They sell scooty/bike like sabzi.They dont tell customers about the specs, features. Only thing they tell is price.They dont know anything about their vehicle.I just asked them why there was ex-showroom price difference (big difference) on their TVS website compared to their showroom, instead of answering my question the lady told me to website se he kharid lo humare yaha itna he price hai.Ive visited twice this showroom both the times got same kind of response from their staff.If you are a Tvs fan, do not ever visit this Ahinsa (deoli) showroom. Youll lose your faith from TVS.Good Luck.

I bought apache 200 ABS 2.0 from AHINSHA AUTOMOBILES. I like the behaviour and customer care service of this showroom. They are fully cooperative and helpful. The only thing I faced is that I didnt get my bike registration no. On the date they promised to me.

There is a short guy who wears a TVS shirt and he think himself to be a multi millionaire. He talks to people looking at the dress, money you can pay and the product you want to purchase. Higher the amount, higher the respect. The way he disrespected a lady in front of me and my wife was too shameful. The way he humiliated her (Chanda, who is also a manager) was absolutely disgraceful.How can someone treat a colleague, and most importantly a woman in such a disgraceful manner in front of some unknown people. Why is he even in the job !!! Gosh !!! Creeps all around !!!I immediately changed my mind of not purchasing anything from this shop.Thank you and God bless this gentleman.
