Nearby Airport and in full traffic area... food brought in if ordered in advance. Desk manager have some taxi prefence which may cause issue. Otherwise nice. There are a bunch of hotels at next door in the same line of road ( not in the reverse area...only super expensive hotels ). There are very nice restaurant s and other hotels with kitchen s will attract you with reasonable price for full breakfast or lunch. Any small things for travel including nice suitcases are also available in nearby shops. Even medicine of regular On The Counters are also available at roadside kirana shop.

Easy access from the airport, located on main road . Room size is more then the basic rooms available on the same categories from many other good 3star chains ,in room dining service is fast and good food overall. definitely they need to work on there Housekeeping, may be change with linen or better quality. Overall a satisfying experience.

Very rude hotel staff.We had booked the premium hotel room for two nights. On reaching the hotel the manager tricked us by giving us a shabby Standard room istead of a premium room. On complaining the manager and staff became very hostile. The room provied had fungus smell in the AC, Bed linens were old ans filled with stains, and the bathroom smelled like public toilet.. despite requesting for the bathroom to be cleaning no one turned up. They have very bad housekeeping staff.. I think the owner of the hotel has no interest in his hotel, he has no clue what is his staff doing in his hotel, that is why the rating of this hotel is so bad.

It is a good hotel for taking your early morning flight. good location, room & washroom is reasonably clean but the bed is not very comfortable. rooms could be a bit more better lit but manageable.

Cheap back street hotel. Very poor breakfast. I am surprised that tourist board has allowed yo do the business. No hot water for shower. Ignorant staff. Torned bed sheet. Dirty rooms.

The staff were friendly, but that was about the only thing we liked about the place. The price was low, but u get what u pay for in terms of the room and the amenities. The room was quite dirty, bed sheets were not clean, which the staff replaced promptly, and the restrooms were quite basic. The lobby had smell of smoke.

Not value for money. We stayed there for 3 nights. And then change the hotel. If you want to stay at Mahipalpur..... just behind Aura ...there are some Oyo hotel. These are cheap and good hotel. Restaurant over there are cheap. For Oyo hotel......use there apps from Google play store. Have a good time.

Very bad food, old bedsheets and blanket, inside almiras were smelling like rotten rats.Admin wanted to take Rs300 more for airport drop eventhough price were included in the booking.Only gets warm water after running tap for 10 mints-no hot water in washroom.All Water pipes were running in the room shaft which was dirty.This shall be my first and last booking with Aura hotel.I guess All pictures were taken while innaugration of this hotel.

Parking problem

The staff (as we found everywhere in Japan) were just lovely. This chain is a great value. The bus system in Kanazawa is fairly efficient and a good way to see the main sites. I highly recommend this chain to anyone who wants something a little nicer than a hostel for less than $75/night.

Despite me booking executive room.the room looked not nice. floor shaby. though electrical kettle was in the room but I was asked to pay for milk coffee sachets.LOL. no shampoo or body wash in the washroom, coz it was not in my amenities they said. i thought it was a joke. the front office guy start to explain me hotel rules when I asked i didnt find a bottle of water in the room. said u need to pay for everything. i was really pissed with these things but somehow managed as my mom was with me an had an early flight.

Dont go for this. Unless you dont find something decent. Hotel staff is very unfriendly. Especially Mr. Anil (watch out for him). I had a confirmed reservation for this place through an online booking and upon arrival I faced some really pathetic customer experience. They flat out said they dont see my booking (as I booked it on a good deal) and made me wait for hours. They finally honored my original booking. I ll say not at all professional and they better hotels down the lane.

Good budget hotel in prime location. Just 4.5 KMS from I G I domestic airport. Well behaved staff. They provide vehicle for sight seeing & airport transportation on extra cost. Food is good but little bit costly. Overall family friendly hotel.

Third class hotel will be better than this. No service at all. Towels given was wet. Rooms are very small, so before book be careful. May be you book executive room and they give you normal room. Beds are not clean , bed bugs may be there, So dont think you can sleep well.If someone used washroom you have to wait for 20 mints atleast coz flash will not work before that. So now choice is urs

Hot water didnt work. I told the reception and they told me to wait ten minutes. I waited, it still didnt work. They then took me to another room that had just cleared out and wasnt cleaned... Still no hot water. So no shower. Also none of my lights would turn on in the early morning while getting packed for the airport. They couldnt fix it so I had to pack in the light of my phone. They wouldnt discount the room. Wouldnt recommend

The only reception who speaks English was rude. He has no respect for woman I guess, because he wont reply to me nicely but only willing to speak to my husband. The room was smelly and dirty. The staff keeps coming to our room knocking asking for something In Hindi. Lucky we were there for only few hours before flight. Terrible place ever.

10-15 minutes drive to the IGI airport was the best thing about this facility.

Stayed here for 5 nights recently. The best part is the hospitality at this place. The partner Mr Chauhan and other front desk staff were very helpful.This is a small and simple hotel but does the basics pretty well: clean sheets/room/bathroom, good A/C and good water heater in bathroom. The wi-fi was complimentary but speed was just average.I was able to photocopy/scan/print/email a lot of documents at the front-desk and they always did it with a smile. The complimentary breakfast is provided in the room and it was okay.Though they have 3 floors, there is no lift. Though the location is very good, it is a bit difficult to find the place for the first time as it is in a small nook just off the main road. There are a lot of food options nearby as it is right on the Mahipalpur junction, just below the N.H.-8 fly-over.

Great value for the price, really. The surroundings of the hotel are interesting. The best bed I had during my entire stay in India. WIFI in the room connected for just 10 minutes which was just enough for my to check in online. We would not stay anywhere else.

Hote aura is average hotel.. the only best thing is it is jnear airport.. food is average.. rooms are clean but bathrooms are really need renovation.. i stayed at this hotel 2/3 times it is ok if u want to stay for few hours or over night

Only advise that this hotel is close to Delhi Airport and hou pickup and drop facility. You must have your alarm system, you just cant take a Chance, close to 75 % value for money. You have many options near at less price

A very apt location for my purpose of work. Very good food. The service was good too.the WiFi had some issue and the tv network,but taht can be improved... Overall had a pleasant stay at hotel aura, Mahipalpur. Would recommend it to people who have work in and around that area.

It was a very short stay of 4 hrs of mine to take 6 am flt. Reception staff were very humble and kept waiting me for my checking @ 1am.They served me a very good tea by making self at midnight during my checking.

The worst hotel I have ever visited. Had a 1 night stay, and must tell you that it was the worst nightmare... Room quality is bad.. bed bugs all over.. dirty towels.. reception manager laughing when i asked him for better room as i had paid Rs **for this **** room stating Isse better Kya milega, poor and delayed service... free breakfast buffet consists of poha, paratha sabzi, bread butter and egg.. Which was again a bad experience.. ppl not responding to what you ask or say... overall it was really a bad experience..

Place is OK for a 2.5 or 3 star Hotel. Nice clean room. But ....* Shower doesnt work properly .... has a monster shower head that looks like Niagara Falls is going to spray on you, but only trickles a few drops as long as you keep pressing the button. And theres no curtain so the toilet area gets a shower too. And whats the huge bucket for? Definitely not what westerners want.* The hallway is noisy .... all rooms get to share the noise .... especially at midnight* If you want to go to Taj Mahal dont do it with the hotels own taxi service. Price is high, the taxi is poor and youve got to pay for extras like entry to the Taj Mahal and the guide when you get there pretty much demands a tip.

Negatives: When we arrived, I had to go upto the reception desk and mention that I had a booking, before they sent someone to fetch the baggage. We had to haggle for complimentary breakfast, even though we were checking in early, in time for breakfast and had to leave by 3am the next day. The staff is not professionally trained or polite and is possibly overworked. The toilet had a ball of hair and matchsticks floating in it. When we complained, the person sent just came in and flushed it off. We had to ask for towels and water bottles. Each time, we had to ask for 1 more towel and 1 more bottle of water, even though it is standard for a double occupancy to have two of each.Lunch order was misplaced and room service for food took very long each time. They did not deliver the milk for our kid in the night and still added it to the bill the next day.Positives: Food quality is good and it is very close to the airport.One should opt for this hotel only if it is a one-night stay before catching a flight.

Its NOT 3star hotel,its a budget hotel, they dont give refrigerator ,dental kit,the washrooms r choking, the door got jammed, buffet breakfast had aaloo purithe only saving grace is the staff sply Mr. ANIL ... U have to make a complaint to get the things done. Our wash room was mend at 10:00P.M. This hotel is very near to domestic airport. This hotel is on road, so you can get cab facility 24x7. Staff are fine, food quality is good but little costly. Hotel is good for families.

We are frequent guests at this hotel. We are always satisfied with the service. When there is a problem, the staff is quick to fix it. Wi-Fi is better in the lobby or lower floors. For the money, this is a great hotel. This is a 3 star hotel that is better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed at.

Location is very good. The staff were very helpful. The Rooms and Toilets are good. Morning breakfast should have some more variety including south indian food since the hotel is near the airport on the way to Gurgaon and will have more travellers from all over the country. Also should have english speaking staff.

The main plus point is, it is very near to Delhi International Airport. A lot of Hotels are there near to this Hotel. But restaurant is not as so good. It is okay. Room and Bathroom are neat and clean.

Hotel is good for spending a night before your light, it is very near to the Airport. Also the staffs are very nice. Room was usually nice and bed too. Aircon cooled well and nothing else matters,we had to stay for few hours and it was so hot in Delhi.

The room was alarmingly dirty, and there was no hot water. There was soap in the bathroom and wifi worked just fine. There was no toilet paper or shampoo, but the front desk provided it upon request. I booked a nights stay with breakfast, but the front desk said breakfast was not included. Not a place Id want to stay again.

Worst experience ever. Staff is obnoxiously offensive in the way they treat their customers. Tried to charge us sneakily for pick up and drop which was included in the room rate. Overcharge you once youve stayed there. I would not trust myself with the horrible drop off driver who was supposed to drop us to the airport. We abandoned the plan and got our own taxi when he became horribly belligerent. Photographs of the hotel do not reflect he reality - it is a very run down hotel. Wifi doesnt work. Food took an hour and a few phone calls. No hot water. Just dont bother. Save your peace of mind.

The price was great for what we received. Supportive and attentive staff. There is no public transportation available. The hotel is situated in sort of a shabby neighbourhood. Restaurant/Room service staff did not have a good English. The size of the room was quite small. The noise level is beyond ridiculous.

Hotels location is on NHperfect visible location.Food is good. Room categorisation is not understandable as i booked deluxe room & my colleagues booked standard room but both have same interior & amenities. Only difference was in the floor but that does not justifies the difference.

Although at a prime location, Cabs find it difficult to get there because of some one way traffic mode. Rooms are below average, no toiletries, flush wasnt working, no Central AC, Buffet Bfast was cancelled, very uncomfortable to eat in the room with family, the reception look was also very somber, food is somewhat okay. We spent around 5 grand for 1 night stay, and alacarte breakfast & dinner. With overall experience, will never visit again.

An ideally located hotel for business/ leisure travellers to Delhi, who are likely to stay overnight for next flight or catch international flights. Not really good,its okay hotel but staff was horrible,they will knock the door in midnight to ask do you need anything. Also bell boys will come repeatedly to your room and will not leave untill you pay them tip. Everytime you will find new service boy with same face to get tips.Better to avoid....

It is near the airport and close to the metro station. All those working at the hotel were incredibly friendly and wanted to make sure our trip was good and perfect. We found only negative point of this hotel is that upon arrival we found a single towel in our bathroom, but after a call to the front desk they fixed it so quickly :))

If you are looking for a worst hotel around IGI Airport then this is the one.Bathrooms dont work, No Flush, No hot water and above all flush leaks.We were 5 of us and had to check out without taking a bath.Worst service, Worst Staff, Worst Hotel. And no proper restaurant, had to had dinner in some other hotel.

No matter what its location is near airport. this is the only point in this hotels favour. this hotel is fraud and cheat. i traveled whole world including many cities in india but never found such a fraud hotel. rooms are not clean with full of mosquitoes and broken things. tiles broken badly in bathroom. room lock is not safe.. most importantly i booked hotel room with paying extra ***** for airport transfer and what i experience is they make me wait half an hour on airport with my wife at 12 am and when we check out they ask for another **** as shuttle service provided.. at that time i just wanted to slap the manager but i controled myself. dont ever go in this hotel as it is fraud and you are also not safe here..thanku i will avoid booking from **********  from nowonwards

Guys if you want waist money go to Aerocity in hotels like Lemon tree ,Red fox or Holiday inn which charge more and place you in small rooms but Hotel Aura is worth money as it has good rooms and nice food

Got double charged for a room & they would not reverse it. Told me to come talk to the manager. Bathroom water stopped working mid shower. The bathroom hose had better water pressure than the shower.
