Very nice service and pleasant stay. I stayed here for almost 20 days, so I think I am now at a good position to review the hotel.The way this hotel treated all the guest and following of covid protocols is all first grade.Very friendly and hospitable employees. Special thanks to Mr. Alok for warm hospitality.They seriously need to work on there cab service, its not up to the mark, they kept us waiting for so long.

Small budget hotel with decent spacious room for family and business visit. Also provides conference/ party Hall for doing meeting or party function. Small beautiful outside sitting area for enjoying the early morning tea or coffee. Nehru metro station at walkable distance. Good service by staff to make your stay comfortable. The staffs are welcoming, warm-hearted, and very cordial. In this pandemic difficult situation, they try their best to maintain a consistent level of service. Hats off to them. Food is awesome. Due to low occupancy, the menu items in the buffet dinner may have been reduced a bit, but is very tasty ( I take my lunch outside). But you should never miss the breakfast. Youll always find your preferred items in the breakfast.

During my visit at the hotel for a meeting I felt that the hotel staff and management is too cautious about the COVID protocol. They have removed the sitting at reception, food is only available for internal guys. In case you coming for meeting with someone you have to wait outside the hotel till the time the in-house guest come and take you with him.However, staff is trying hard to convince its guys to do a meeting outside the hotel with outsiders. Further, I appreciate the management to not think about profit generation but giving more importance to the in-house guest’s safety

Nice hotel with an apt location. Staff was courteous. Food was tasty. Rooms were clean. The only drawback was about less choices in food.

I visited the hotel for IELTS exam, although i just needed to contact the IDP staff still i can say the hotel is very nice, neat & clean and nice ambience.

The dinning region need better cooling system otherwise a good hotel. I was sweating in dinninig area so had soup only and prefer to have food somewhere else.

A standard 3 star hotel around the Nehru Place area. Clientele is mostly corporates holding a seminar or conference, and are interested in staff accomodation.Very neat and clean but surely seems like a block booking kind of place, with a very budget 3-star facilities.Is presently somewhat difficult to spot as it has The Muse written at only one spot on its outer edifice and that too at quite a height.I need to clarify that I was myself a part of a block booking with buffet breakfast and dinner.Professional and helpful staff, nice simple food.

I went there for IELTS speaking test. From Nehru Colony metro, its 10 minutes walk. But even if you come in your vehicle , no problem for parking.

Peaceful stay. Nice Accommodation. A little away from market area. A pizza corner is near by (if you dont want to have food in the hotel).

I completely hated the stay. I believe the hotel used to be good at a point but everything is super outdated and old now. There was water leaking in the hallway floors, the pipes in my washroom were leaking, I had the tiniest t.v in my room which was no clear and had to be replaced. I feel sad writing a review like this because the staff is amazing and thats the only reason Ive given the hotel 2 stars. The upper management are not taking the customers who are paying 3000rs. Per night seriously.Kindly improve.Didnt expect this from sarovar portico.Very sad

The staff and management left no stones unturned to make sure my daughters wedding,hurdhee and mendhi function was a success.Whats amazing is that the whole sarovar staff gave the martial couple a lovely party on the day we were Leaving. So sweet of them. Omg and the food is absolutely amazing. We where treated like royalty from the time we entered the gates to the time we left. The staff became like family. Well done The Muse Sarovar portico. We will be back again very soon. Till we meet again. Keep up the good kind loving work. Miss youll lots.

Awesome ambience and tasty food. Loved the experience.

The place is decent with courteous staff but they need to be attentive as well. At the dinner table wrong types of spoons were kept alongside the service dish. Even I ended up picking a soup soon to eat my dinner 😬 but then I continued eating with that. Rest all was fantastic!!

This is a beautiful hotel and I had stayed their for a month or so in 2017. They have nice plush rooms and good food. I loved the food there and room service was great. The free buffet breakfasts were amazing too. However I faced a couple of issues regarding the service there. I had to always ask for drinking water and it would take a lot of time for them to bring two tiny water bottles. How can I one live without water and why did it have to so hard to get some water! Also another time I was sleeping and the staff unlocked my door to bring me a cake 😐 and Im not making this up. Anyways it was a pretty lovely place to stay at and I enjoyed it.

Its a good hotel. With facilities good. Staff is also well behaved. The rooms are tidy. I was recently here but the water in tap stopped all of a sudden in morning. But it was rectified in about half an hour.

The room was clean and comfortable. 5 minutes walk from nehru enclave metro station. conveniently connected from airport terminal 1 via magenta line metro.breakfast was. ot lavish but was sufficientstaff was very friendly and helpful..!!!checkin and checkout process was extremely smooth and efficient. however its strictly a business property. do not expect any frills from this property.

It is a small but good hotel. It has one restaurant on ground floor for the capacity of about 30 people. The hotel has 42 rooms, 3 in the ground floor and 13 each on 1st, second and third floor. On the ground floor there is a small committee room. In the basement there is a committee room for about 20 people. There is also a small banquet hall in the basement for about 50 people. The hotel is kept well. This is a small hotel in a posh locality near to Nehru place.

This hotel sells coupons through his agents and when you go to avail these coupons then they say these are not valid and will give you thousands of illogical reasons and ask you to come through that agent, this hotel is full of cheater, try to avoid this hotel as you can get better deals in Aerocity in the same price and better location.

There is valet parking available. the staff is very humble and very good at their work. they are fast and efficient. there are many rooms available. the price is moderately expensive. you will have a luxury stay if you book a room in this hotel. it has many branches but I think this branche has nearby facilities like Metro,autos, taxi services and also computing from here is an easy option.

Great breakfast buffet and located close to the main areas of Greater Kailash. Very cosy and comfortable rooms. Glass bottles for mineral water is a plus.

Located in key bussiness hub of Delhi. Easily approachable. Hotel is small. Staff is unprofessional. I waited 40 minutes for check-in to my room. Room are just okay if you intend to stay for business purpose. Not recommended for families.
