I have visited yesterday at Radisson Blu Marina which is located in Cp . I have tried their mughlai cuisine food in Kabab factory which was in Second floor . Tried their different types of kababs and curries and they were really awesome and i specially thankful to Mr. Kunal Bhola for making the availability of all my needs .

My experience with the hotel was made wonderful . All credit goes to the Mr. Saurav and Mr. Rangan , the most helpfull and caring people I’ve ever met in my stay with any hotel . Food is excellent . Wi-Fi and Printer facility is good.

We visited Radisson Blu Marina on 11th of august 2021. We were surprised that our room was decorated very nicely and perfect as it was our anniversary and they provided us with a complimentary cake as well. Specially Mr. Dinesh from Housekeeping department was very polite and he decorated our room and was very nice and good. Also want to thank Mr. Anmol who was in Kabab Factory restaurant as he gave his 100% in the service. Will surely come again and stay for long. Thank you radission blu Manesar. Cheers 🥂

They dont provide service like a star hotel. I really regret my decision to choose this over any other good restaurant. It left me embarrassed before my guests. There was some marriage going on so they made us seat in their Bar and the seat was very uncomfortable, if you dont have seat then why to accept advance reservation? The food was mediocre. The butter nan we ordered was Crispy like a Papad and I seriously doubt the freshness of the undercooked chicken we got. Can one believe that they were running out of prawn, the items mentioned on the menu were not available and the experience was more of a Dhaba. Really disappointed, even at the end there was confusion regarding payment and they took more than 30 minutes to confirm the online payment. I wont recommend anyone to eat in this restaurant I cant comment on their room service.

Reviews appeared promising. However, actual experience was not even worth a single star. In spite of confirmed reservation, hotel denied accommodation at the time of check-in, siting technical glitch & full occupancy. The way front desk executive responded, it sounded like a regular practice for them. There was not even a willingness to help. So, if you are new to the city & do not want to take a chance of being stranded, there are better hotels in the proximity of just 500 meters with better quality, availability, service response & all at the same price.

We had terrible time at the hotel. I have raised complain by separate email. We were not getting hot water for two days, hence I requested room change. Since similar room was not available according to them, I accepted downgraded room. But to our another surprise, the A/C was not working. And similar hot water problem started for third day also. I sent email again but was really not satisfied about the service till last day. Only on last day, I got hot water without complain. Due to this every time I had to waste my minimum one hour. The answers provided by front office and engineering department were really funny and were not matching with each other. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst stay i ever had in my life. Ambience was worst. Service was poor which can be imagined just by a small example, requested for empty glass and had to call thrice which took more than 30 minutes. Breakfast was another challenge, as the pans on counter were mostly lying empty. No one even cared to refill them. Had to request multiple times and after waiting for 20-25 minutes was able to get something to eat which delayed my personal stuff in morning. Refrigerator in room was not working. Despite severe hot season had to drink warm water in the roomWorst stay i ever had in my life
