Due to some personal emergency I had to stay here for a few days and the staff esp Gyaan ji were extremely polite and helpful. In the heart of Chattarpur, Hotel Anantkoti is a nice place. Their ginger tea and aloo puri for breakfast became my comfort food!

I was totally disgusted after seeing their offered service.Bunch of looser having no etiquette about how to talk with customer.Below par arrangement.. although food quality was okayishOnly concerned about their payment.Will never visit again

Value for money, you get what you pay for. The hotel is kind of inside of a residential area, but that barely matters once you check in, from inside the hotel is pretty good, didnt try the food, the room was clean and spacious. Good place for couples to go.

Very friendly and cooperative staff

Thought we were safe with the number of good reviews but it was a poor experience all round.Firstly, they attempted to slap us with a 600 rupees charge for the ‘gvt form’ on check in. Luckily, we have already been in India a month and knew this was a complete scam, so outright refused.Secondly, the ‘deluxe room’ is subpar quality. The walls had plenty of marks, evidently not cleaned in many areas but was just about passable for a one night stay.Thirdly, we had paid for included breakfast and was called at 11:30pm asking when we wanted our breakfast and what did we want. This is not an appropriate time to call whatsoever, and unfortunately the English was not clear enough, so we could barely understand each other. The breakfast ended up being 3 pieces of cold toast and a coffee so sweet, I could hardly taste the coffee flavour.Would I recommend this place to anyone? Absolutely not. We have stayed in other places that are half the price and twice the quality in India.

Very dissapointed with service. It seems only one person doing everything. That too stating that he is not supposed to do some of the things like taking back trash from the bin, etc.Any order takes lot of time, in fact need to remind several times. Even for tea, we had to remind after 30 minutes.Apart from this, there are technical faults:1. Its 4 floor building without lift2. Lots of mosquitoes3. Very poor ventilation in rooms where split AC is installed. Otherwise you will find window AC which gives air in single dimension. Rooms at basement are worst of all.4. Two receptions, active one is inside5. Lack of proper restaurant. Preparation starts on order.6. No complementary breakfast7. False ceiling damaged in bathrooms.Personal experience was too bad to give 1 star either.Please dont visit if you are not feeling well and want to relax. Good to go only when you want a room to sleep.

Awesome stay experience at this wonderful hotel. Welcoming staff always ready to extend assistance, especially Mr. Gyan. One would definitely get surprised on seeing the room size, decor and cleanliness. I can bet that here rooms are spacious than a 4* or 5* hotels first two room categories or more. Being a solo traveller I pick standalone hotels after checking the reviews and pics but, this hotel is ideal for families as well. If planning for Delhi just book rooms here without any second thought and that too at a very reasonable price along with basic in room breakfast. Thank you for making my stay comfortable. And, yeah chhotu(smiling boy) is also there to assist happily.

Starting from check-in always ask them to recharge the set top box as they wont do it until you tell them so repeatedly it took them 3 hours to do so.And Beware There are frequet power cuts in the hotel. Power went off twice on last night I was staying there and even in the morning.They will find all chances to not help you.Like while check in I was at the hotel by 8.30 and my check in was at 12 so I asked them for an early check in which they said will charge you half of the one day booking charge and at the end refused to even give that.They wont provide the AC remote directly and initially were trying to avoid me saying this isnt the season in which you require AC.In my three days stay they didnt even tried once for room cleaning even for the bedsheet.I had booked an executive room and they had to provide a fridge with it as mentioned but it was so stinky and not even cooling and I wasted the perishables I was carrying.And always check while entering that they have provided the soap as if you ask afterwards they will say the whole kit comes for 30Rs. I think in few days they will even start charging for the air customer breathes.On asking for a late checkout for few hours they rejected saying we are booked but infact rooms were available online but still got a much much better deal just nearby.Book it only as a last option and try avoiding as much as possible and dont be misguided by the images they have posted.

We had a wonderful time for a team building one day trip to Anantkoti Hotel. It was very nice experience. When we reached hotel I was quite skeptical about the quality of stay & experience looking at entrance ambience but I was wrong & our program went extremely well. Staff was very cooperative. Management is also keen to help if required on any matter. Overall very nice experience. My family also enjoyed a lot & was very happy too.

Property is worth praising because of amenities, cleanliness, decoration, customer service and more. Food quality and breakfast is good. Room tariff is economical. Once you visit here, you would love to revisit again. Should you compare this hotel to any similar property, you would find interior designing at its best. I would recommend this hotel to all travellers.

As nice, as mentioned on their website or what others described in there Reviews..I usually dont write much!..But, I am very much Excited to write a detailed review regarding this property..Here is my Journey with this Property..This time I decided to really treat myself and I booked a very Special and Exclusive holiday for me itself...As after reading different positive reviews on different web portals I had decided to book Hotel Anant-Kothi, as had the least amount of bad reviews.But, What a Find, Everything Complies, that needs a 4 Star Hotel..Four major points that I would like to bring:- the room..- the breakfast/dinner..- the services..- last but not least the the exclusives..1. Room- I had pool side view room on the third floor, nicely furnished and plenty of space...- windows with scenic view (U will c Pool with lush green Marriage Garden and Beautiful, Lights Running Road View)...2. Breakfast/Dinner- dinner was excellent with lots of choices, For dinner, they specially made non spicy food for me and it was delicious...- but it is quite Expensive but Pocket Friendly...- breakfast very basic! So dont expect too much, no selection...3. Service- warm welcome and advice, from the owners, about what to do and where to go in the city...- the wi-fi speed was good throughout the day...4. Exclusive- scenic views from terrace garden, and a cozy place to chill, after a hectic day, but for that, you have to stair up to the top floor...- bolly-wood theam restaurant, for family get together and and a pleasant Hang Out with Friends..Hats-off to Mr. Raunak For a wonderful Creativity...- the Reception staff & Manager is wonderfully kind, they are helpful, polite and friendly, daal-chawal is yummy must try this desi Dish of this Property...- i had visited this place during Navratri and the most religious moment i saw in that hotel the two most adorable ladies were organizing the Kanya-Bhoj at that place in between there hectic schedule of duties, this is very Exclusive and Heart Touchy Moment For Me. That Time I was in hurry so cant take the Prasad, but definitely in my next visit i will gather it from the ladies...- apart from this, the holy temple of CHATTARPUR is also within walking distance approximately 01 Kms only.A 4-star hotel at best...This place is definitely cosy and modern boutique hotel with a personal touch, as I was expecting after reading Reviews from different travelling Portals...So, I would always recommend to take this Property for Cozy Stay near Chhattarpur, Mehrauli etc..

I stayed here for 4 days. Nice and cozy place. Room was spacious. Hotel staff were courteous and polite. I booked Direct room through Anantkoti Hotel and got a 30% off during the Holi festival. Morning breakfast was the same menu every day.

Great experience!! Loved the ambience and the comfort, rooms were delightful and service by the staff was up to mark. Best part was waking up to that delicious breakfast buffet you could smell from a floor up. Would always come here if ever in New Delhi.

To start with, the vibes I received at check-in were kinda negative. Secondly the rooms were not as shown on OYO rooms while booking the room, bathroom were kinda clean with geyser facility shown on OYO Rooms page but have to pay extra 300 to use it. The location of the hotel was also quite off. Overall experience was good with 2/5 stars

Poor quality service in the rooms and horrible condition of toilets for a hotel standard. Maharaja suite on 4th floor has broken taps and stains on the toilet ceramic. Booked the whole place for guests stay and everyone complained about the condition of the rooms. Only good thing about the place was the terrace and the seating arrangement there, nothing else !!

Spacious rooms with all working amenities like TV, AC, hot water geyser, free WiFi, complimentary breakfast, etc. Service is very poor. Food is very expensive. Breakfast is predictive with same dishes repeated everyday. Hotel is registered with Oyo rooms. Leading roads to the hotel are very narrow and poorly maintained. Boards in the hotel reads outside food is not allowed unless you pay 50% of outside service charges to the management. If choices are available, do not choose this hotel as there is no value for money paid.

Few points about the Anantkoti hotel.1.The location is quite good. Well connected by bus, metro, cab. We can depart the metro 🚇 at chhatarpur Station and then from their hire the taxi, cab or shared auto. Just around 1-2 km from metro station. The bus stand is near the hotel.2.well maintained and clean rooms.3.Not much crowded place.4.can easily eat street foods as well as in resto as their are many good restaurants and eateries near the hotel.5.value for money.

Worst costumer service from front desk officer (Aachal). Other staff and room was good. But, she was so rude. I booked from oyo for 9 people for 5 days but she asked extra money Rs 250 each for each day, saying we are foreigner and they have to give our id report to delhi police, later we had words with OYO (Navneet brother).... we had to go through lot...later Navneet managed.And, on last day while we were about to check out she asked for our phone, some gave to her.. later she was giving review for this hotel by herself thru our phone.

Nice and clean place. The overall hospitality was nice and the place was easy to find on maps. However we faced two issues:1. There was no lift in the premise and our room was on the third floor which was an inconvinient endeavour.2. We had to extend our stay for 6 more hours (till 5 pm). On contacting Uber it was told to us that we could extend our stay for the stipulated time by paying 30% of the fare of the next day depending upon availability in the hotel. However, the hotel demanded and charged the fare of full day from us. It wasnt reduced even after some mild negotiations.

GREAT EXPERIENCE...Stayed @Anantkoti Hotel last week. A great experience from the minute I arrived. Although it is located a bit inside (1 minute walk from main road) but it helps you to sleep peacefully at night (no noise). POSITIVE POINT.Lovely entrance. Quick registration and friendly welcome and a welcome drink. I had pool side view room on the second floor, nicely furnished and plenty of space.Food was excellent with lots of choices, For dinner, they specially made non spicy food for me and it was delicious.The wifi speed was excellent throughout the day.Excellent rooms with scenic views from terrace garden and wonderful staff will make your stay feel like home.Open garden Gym was far better than a gym in a room.The staff was cheerful and friendly always with a smile and checking that everything was okay and that I was satisfied. At the time of checkout, I had currencies of 7 different countries; the hotel accepted all the currencies to clear my bill. The Hotel also exchanged 500 pounds to Indian rupees on the spot.They even booked Ola cab for me for airport. I was Served With Such Great Hospitality by Aantkoti Hotel. Highly Satisfied.I shall certainly return sometime soon and have already recommended this hotel to friends of all ages. Booked it for a Family Function (Stay+ Food). It was excellent experience with regard to hospitality. Owners treat you like friend and keeping in view your budget manage accordingly.!!! One pit stop for someone near Chattarpur/Vasant Kunj/ Qutub Minar and nearby area!!! Food is just awesome.

It was a pleasant stay over here for one day. The room was clean and staff was supporting as well. The host were warm in welcoming as well as getting us through the room. Overall , a nice experience.

Pros:1)Good rooms2)Good room service3) Delicious food4)Easily accessible5)Support and polite staffWhat can be improved:1)waiting time. Had to call 4 times in 2 days to get DTH recharged. And the recharge activated all hindi hindi channels and being from south india I usually prefer regional or English more. The package even got deactivated before i checked out. Advise to add global channels in packages.2)Washrooms had leaky faucets and showers. No hanging line to put clothes and no toilet papers wrre available.

Its a good hotel but the only issue that I had is that they didnt give me water for drinking themselves. I had to call the reception and had to tell them to give me drinking water. Otherwise its a good hotel.

The hotel was in a great location in a nicer part of town. The beds were big and comfortable and the rooftop was such a relaxing escape from the craziness of the city. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend staying.

Stay was good. Clean rooms and other accessories. All the facilities were available there was wifi, in house restaurant was good. Online booking and in house booking available, good room service, there were few thing which needed to taken care of rest was fine.

I will not recommend this Hotel to any one.Dirty washroom, damage camode, geaser not working, allout/goodnight available with empty refill, TV not working, bedding dirty, breakfast not proper, staff giving breakfast at 9:30 Am in morning with lot of discontunity and at 10 AM saying its over poor quality of food only chola was good.Spare room not available to exchange with it.Staff at the time of checkout was very poilite good behavioural but at the time of check in very bad experience i had respone was very lazy.

Very bad experience..,when we were outside hotel change our room without our permission from grounf floor to top floor they touch our luggage without permission.. Room type mentioned in booking and what is given is doubtful.hotel allot the room is ordinary while booked was special luxury room. Staff was very incooperative. Nobody even attend the room service.. even water is not provided .. parking facility is not suitable it is in dirty ground besides the hotel .. anybody can steal your vehical in night .. parking at own risk.. overall very bad experince.. never recommnded forthese type of hotel * Waste of money... Mentally torchered !

Not the best hotel. Just good enough GH as a place to stay. Breakfast is so less and not what we expect, Plus no choice is given. Either bread or roti. Plus there is no lift available.But the food on menu is nice but pricey

Not up to mark. The access to the hotel is not prominent. The rooms are not well maintained. Basic amenities (geyser) are not functioning properly. The property doesnt have a lift. It becomes tedious if you have a room on the 3rd floor.

Hosts are very decent and understanding. The rates are reasonable. Good rooms. The only problem is that they doesnt have lift/escalator.

Staying was good and the terrace place was amazing had a good time there..But the prices of food was not worth according to locality. OYO should allow the outside food in the venue else should drop down there prices.

Highly unprofessional hotel. Staff behaviour was rude. Breakfast quality was pathetic. Due to there internal dealing with online portal they made me stand 40 mint at reception. If you go with the reference of any online portal they will try to convert you direct. If you will refuse the offer they create issues.
