Place overall is big & decent, above to an average. Decor and flower works were good. It has multiple size halls to host multiple events together. Food staff were well groomed and adequately staffed. Parking is also on roads only which to some extent was compensated with free valet parking. Washrooms were neat but hand dryer wasnt functioning well

Nice banquet with delicious food and very good ambience and decoration ,having facilities for accomodating around two to three hundred people.Location is near Shakti Nagar Telephone Exchange opposite Gujranwala Town, Model Town, Delhi.Ample parking space is available nearby.

Courteous and attentive staff, not suitable for disabled, it is apparently located in an industrial area so the vicinity is not too polished, parking not organised but the banquet offers free valet parking. Food and snacks good.

It is a great place to have your wedding/function in. Cooperative staff and neat surroundings.

We had our family function at grand dreams recently and I would like to say that the management is not at all cooperative...They do big promises at the time of booking but in real they are pathetic....They dont value their guests and are rigid on their terms ....I would never recommend this venue to anyone...inspite of our continuous request they did not restarted the dj which made our guests very upset and top of it they switched off the AC 2 hours our function end time ....this was ridiculous...

Its a good banquet adequate enough to organise a party or function for 200 people. They have their own catering facilities. So no need to worry. The other good thing is that it is in the city near to Model Town Metro station. Cabs are also available if you want to return from their late in the night.

Had very annoying experience with them if you are taking your own stuff for decore to put in that extra effort to make your party look and get better ... they will take away your things and hide it.... and smartly escape by saying our manager will do the needful of finding it and she will call you back and it will be months and they will never call back.. .... would never recommend for this banquet nobody here is responsible for any theft from their premises worst banquet ever

The lighting is on point. Service is great. In starters Chicken was good but fish was not up to the mark. Vegetarian was ..just Vegetarian(who you guys joking with). Milk shakes loved them although if the bar could have been a little visible to could have been easier. The space is plenty. All and all good experience.

A Luxury banquet with delicious food..

Great vibe here but relatively small in area, but yes good for a small family function or small or medium events, Vibe is impressive and the food was great too.

The place is pretty spacious for a gathering of 100 people music is very good good rates very nice it has nice waiters for serving and the packages are also just fine..

I attended a wedding reception here. Its a nice extravagant banquet. The place can easily accommodate more than 300 people on each floor. They have vast and delicious range of food items and drinks. Wall art is something to really admire. Staff is well organised and courteous.

They show alot of commitment before getting the payment, but the service was worst and items were missing in the decided menu. The staff is too clever. We even paid extra for 8 crackers but only 1 blowed at the required moment. Dont go with the brand name. They are just looting.

The place is well decorated and managed. The appetisers are just fine. The Menu is wide but unfortunately unsatisfactory for me. The Main course tastes well. Sweets like Jalebi are a must keep on your list. For functions with small Gatherings this is one fine place.

I visited this place for my cousins wedding located near gt road, a good banquet hall, with capacity of around 300-400 people, there are 2-3 banquet hall we went on 1 floor so i dont know about others. Entrance of banquet is quite good you will find 3 big statue with Egyptian theme. I didnt like the food, there are lots of variety but only few things are good. Overall nice experience visiting this place.

This is a banquet Hall. Its really hard to locate this place. A good area & stage. Food is okay but during season they hire service staff & they are very poor. Supervisors dont stay till the function is over.

Highly dissatisfied with the hospitality service provided by grandreams.As it was my daughters first birthday and unfortunately I have choosen grandreams gt road.While booking they said yes the can do the shifting of sofa and the changing of the assets can be as per your need.But while on the function day they refused to do and their manager Mrs heena, Mr Dinesh and Mr Pawan refused to do so and say d that you have to bring your own labour for shifting of the sofa and doing the set-up of the hall.While asking for keeping the birthday in the refrigerator they refused and after sometime when they said yes we can keep then before cake cutting the cake was broken and when I asked to show me the cake they have shown me the broken image then I requested them to show me the cake they said no. Requested coffee the manager waiting 45 minutes andathen a reminderrthen also coffeechavent received.Would like to request everyone please dont book grandreams for not booking and special thanks to Mrs. Heena, Mr Pawan and Mr Dinesh for making my day so special
