They do room service twice a day. But cost is higher side as it is 5 star hotel. Breakfast comes as complimentary for most of the room bookings.You can check out till 2 PM as a complimentary, then they will charge.For black n white, you have to pay 37 rupees for single page, it is just 2 rupees outside. You can imagine how cost this hotel is.

The hotel is used for Governments regular events.For instance Felicitation ceremony of Tokyo2020 players were hosted there..The Ambience is good..rooms are classic.best to stay.

The hotel is very clean as expected from a 5-star hotel. All the staff are wearing mask. there are sanitisers everywhere. The restaurant is very nice clean and hygienic. The tables are well placed following social distancing norms.The place is very near to the airport as well as the government offices. The noise levels are very low and help in good night sleep.

This hotel is in perfect location. Very near to diplomatic area and if you come here for a visa interview, this is perfect hotel.Courteous staff. They give you what you need. Breakfast is very very good. Beds are nice and comfortable for a good nights sleep.

Well hotel is average not that much impressive as it looks, rooms were good but i found lack of hygieness as i found long red centipede in the bathroom that was completely horrible, hot water is also not working i ask them to fix it but hotel staff cant help it with however they give hot water in bucket that was completely disappointing their prices are high and service are poor i dont blaim hotel staff, i think hotel need renovation and need many changes. if they maintain there things that i would say it may become the best hotelsat the end i think there many different hotel which are cheaper then this and giving good hygiene rooms.

Everything was good. The food and the service was top-notch. However, the wifi was horrible and the hotel room just seemed old. The water took a while to be hot and all the hanger points in the bathroom are not so fixated but rather loose. Plus, most of the time, the water from the shower doesnt go down the drain quickly and ends up flooding the entryway of the bathroom, where the toilet is. I think it is safe to say that the hotel room is more of an antique- type look room than an actual 5 star hotel room

The Ashok Hotel is one of my most favorite hotels in Delhi. It is very economical with all comfort. Apart from only hotel it is a master piece with blend of heritage of Delhis historical events organized here. It is very big architecture with big lawn and in-house shops and ATMs. Seating space at reception is very magnificent and fabulous. Restaurant is awesome for food and snacks. I love this hotel very much.

The hotel is great. The employees need to pull up a bit. Especially the front desk, they behave as if it is some government office. Otherwise the stay was very relaxed and satisfactory.

Decent hotel with grandeur which is now being lost to old age. The hotel also doesnt seem to have a customer-first attitude as they failed to provide adequate security to dignitaries that had come and allowed the media to gate crash the event as soon as the officials taking care of the security were not there.The staff also seems to think they are above others as the not only misbehaved with the people organising the event, but also took the food away as soon as the allocated number of food were given out.If the client is paying a huge amount of money to take care of 80+ guests which includes many top celebrities, do you really think they will not pay for 10 more?

Quite old hotel but they have maintained it well. Hotel seems big with more than 150 rooms I guess. Pool side is my favourite place to relax at this property.Their in house bakery has some delicious varieties of cakes.Staff are courteous.Rooms are big and comfortable. My room had good garden view. In-room dining food was delicious.Overall had a comfortable stay.

This was the best hotel I ever stayed in. The rooms were good, maybe slightly small for some people. The staff was awesome and did room cleaning in the best way I ever saw compared with Ramada and Sarovar or Lemon tree where I usually stay. Only Radisson may be better at chosen locations only. Could be called pricey though. 5-7000 should be a competitive rate, according to me.

Five star ITDC run hotel is located in Diplomatic area of India’s capital New Delhi. This is one of the well maintained hotels in New Delhi with all modern and latest facilities. The round the clock coffee shop laundry salon bar health club gift shops swimming pools conference halls etc are available.

The hotel is grand but old. Its rustic but not just in a good way. Small things need repair like sliding system of bath door and wardrobe shutters etc. Lobby carpet not only looks old but dirty too. Rest all seems fine. If youre booking the hotel with breakfast dont expect too many options. The buffet is small. I give 3 stars.

Stay was extremely pleasant. Location is great(near to US embassy) for people who are going for visa interviews. The only thing disappointed us was the food which is extremely pricey and not at all worth the price without taste and we are not allowed to order food from outside. Drinking water given in the room is limited and they charge for extra water which is again a little disappointing.

Am staying in the hotel right now. Totally let down by the services. With an internet speed of less than 0.3 mbps and a lousy service , this is the worst hotel Ive ever been to. Unless you are in some official contingent, pls dont book this. Am so stressed and frustrated.

The hotel doesnt have 5 star standards. You will find issues like a regular oyo room or a dingy motel. When we traveled, they had switched off the centralized ac because there were few bookings and the room light buttons wouldnt work. It took them 3 hours to fix it in the night. Room service food is bad, you better eat out if youre staying here. If youre looking for a 5 star standard stay experience I would not recommend this place.

At the first instance hotel will look very good but the moment you interact with reception and reach in your hotel, the reality will come out. Staff is very casual for COVID behaviour, things inside room broken, inadequate. Kettle lid, hand shower was broken. Hand towels not available. 21 inch old styled TV. Torn and dirty menu inside the room. In cafe shop, waiters wear dirty masks. Overall experience was really bad. Straight way NO for future.

The hotels hospitality was great. You can definitely count on staffs help. The location is great. But as far as the room goes, it really needs a serious upgrade. Breakfast was good. I dont believe this hotel will be in my top 5 it I am visiting Delhi again but it wont certainly be my last option.

Very close to India gate, parliament etc.Here are things I disliked:1. No shuttle services by the hotel2. Rooms are not well maintained (my rooms bathroom door was kind of broken, batteries for TV remote were dead)3. Room service guys barge into your room without caring for privacy

Pros: i was over all a good hotel.i choose it as it was very near to USA embassy.many tourist places like redfort,nehru park,India gate was very near to the hotel.Hotel staff were good.complementory breakfast was good.there was a late check out option too.cons:There were 2 issues ..one A/c wasnt properly working..inspite of complains it wasnt solved..2nd just before my interview time the card key stopped working-issue was the key slot battery was dead..i was a panicky situation...the housekeeping staff though promptely responded. overall if the complains were resolved would have given 5 stars...my family was ok with it..

3 stars based only on the proximity of Embassies.Stayed 2 nights for Visa interview so had to choose this hotel.Positives - Reception, Service, location and food in coffee shop (Masala chai a must try)Negatives - Lets do this in detail1.) Thermostat - Yes I understand the concept of centralized AC and heating system. But when temperature outside goes down to single digits you cannot expect to have 18 degrees inside the room as a common temperature. (We got a room heater to stay warm)2.) Room Cleanliness - A big thumbs Down probably a 1 star. (Expect a lot higher standard for a 5-star hotel)

Not at par with 5 star facilities

Very lively place , consists of many restaurants and night clubs. Breakfast was delicious and they gave complimentary foodstuff also in the room . Very clean and hygienic place to stay during covid19.

Unfortunately it took an hour for me to write this review because the wifi sucks at this place considering 4,500Rs/-night. They charged me 75Rs/- for a 2 page printout. Its ridiculously expensive and they are Five star in terms of charging customers but not in providing the service. They will rob you and its Not a customer friendly hotel for sure.

The best hotel I have seen where a lot of diplomatic people keep visiting regularly. Ofcourse procedural check will be there.If you are looking for optimal cost on food better eat outside in Connaught place (you can go for shopping as well there. All kinds of products available near Central park)

Attended a wedding at this place and the aura was as expected. The place is quiet and big enough for wedding gatherings and the rooms are comfy as well.

Calling it five star is really a shame. It will probably not able to compete with 3 star hotels as well. Its only because of its size and previous legacy, that its called 5 star.Food over there is pathetic. Sanitization techniques are even worse.You can park in a hap hazard way anywhere and theres no Valet facility too.

The staff is manning the hotel efficiently, however, saw very few guests.

Great place for meeting and stay

This is a five star hotel and has almost all the facilities within, located at a prime location in New Delhi. Rooms are neat, hygienic and tidy. Pools are available on during the season. Complementary breakfast provided and the choice in abundance. Room services for food and laundry is available. There are couple of things that needs improvement considering it as a five star hotel. One being WiFi internet which is available but its very slow and keeps disconnecting. The second being TV where you get very minimal channels. You would expect decent STB in such hotels where the room rent is charged at premium.

Reception counter staff is Not much cooperative. All other services are very good and other staff is very helpful.
