The car is with service centre - Hyundai Punalur, Kerala and the south India office is not responding to my queries. I wish to draw your attention to the excessive noise and disturbance experienced by residents in our society due to nuisance caused by Lakshmi Hyundai Car Service Center Whitefield next to our apartment.The car service center people wash and clean cars outside their premises/shed with heavy air pressure jets and vacuum cleaners, which makes intense noise and disturbance to residents living around. It is quite difficult for residents to bear such noise the whole day, right from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and that too daily. Children having online classes cannot hear properly and concentrate due to excess noise, people who are working from home cant concentrate on their work and attend meetings, old or sick people cant take rest peacefully. We always have to keep our windows closed due to the intense noise creating by Lakshmi Hyundai car service center. Overall, it is unbearable torture and harassment to the people living in our society and nearby.Despite making several requests to the service center to reduce the sound of noise, they are not ready to take any action and simply refuse our requests.I again request you to take immediate action and necessary steps against Lakshmi Hyundai Car service center for the remedial of this issue. Please accept this mail as an official written complaint against Lakshmi Hyundai car service center, Whitefield and kindly do the needful at your earliest possible.

We have booked creta on 29th Dec from Trident Hyundia in Banglore & we have been asked to pay more than minimum booking amount to get our car delivered in 2 months. Now inspite of paying its been more than 3 months we have not got car. Each time we call showroom person says they have no update from production. I have pathetic & worse experience with Trudent Hyundia. You guys just fool people & nothing else. Dont ever go for Hyudndia. If you take reviews seriously & value your customer then provide assistance immediately.

Very Bad Service 😞I have booked Creta E Diesel black variant on 22th August with Rs 30000 advance booking amount, at the time of booking dealer Punj Hyundai Gagret HP assured me that car will be delivered within one month,but now to be approx three month I have not received my booking car. Dealer give fake commitment in every call/time, they deliver. I think dealer have delivered my car to any other person for his personal benifit. Or if not sent by Company that means Hyundai is give very bad service to customers. If I dont get my booking within 10 days then I go to consumer court. And want my money back with interest.

Dear HMIL. DEE EMM Hyundai is not customer friendly Hyundai dealer. I have purchased NIOS on 12th July, 2020 and got various assurance for accessories but delivered with great pain to me. Their employees ask to transfer insurance and RTO amount in their personal account. When I resist it then they agree to transfer in company account. Now 2-1/2 months passed I have not got RC. When inquired from RTO office they said the file is incomplete submitted by Dee Emm Hyundai and I may got no RC till one year if I not inquired. See how Dee Emm making a prestigious name of Hyundai in Market. Why customer should not go for other Automobil players. They deserve A BIG Zero rating.

I never took the delivery of my car hundai venue sx o and the sales person mr tushar jagtap and madhuri mam get disbursed loan amount from finance company without any intimation and never provide the expected product to me till date and i am baring emi from last 3 month and they used customers money.and i am having loss of 1lac rs bcz of this kind of chaters but they dont care of customer and they just want to sell their car and cheat people and complete their target . finally today i hv cancle the car and get huge loss thanks panchavati hundai for the best service. best of luck panchavti hundai for future endeviours and cheating customer ....Never buy from this dealer..

Sir I am in very much troubled by my car . There has been a problem of steering Polling in my car for one and half year. I am not getting solution of my problem from your company and workshop team as more than one and half months have passed away. Once after my complain engineer Mr. Amit Srivastav came and sort out the problem but after 2 or 3 days I found my car was not giving expected average and the pick up became down. And the behaviour of engineer is not appropriate he used some words which i think he has not supposed to use for the customers. After that number of times I have complaint about the issue but not getting any satisfied response from you and your team side. Company and the workshop department is not helping me out in my problem. My car was in warranty but the workshop team hold my car in workshop for 18 days. I am requesting you to please help me out as soon as possible.

I dont know why you guys are selling cng cars if you cant service or install them properly.Every 5000km ylcar rpm goes up n down and car goes off. Your sevice engineer says you need to ger your car service every 5000km and some n filters will be cleaned.why did you not mentioned that i need to service my cae every 5000km.Also engine check light scanning agency cgarging 500 rs.. Why are you looting customers? I will definitely not recommend anyone to buy your cars

I went to Superon Hyundai to give my car for washing. And I was waiting in Que and Service Manager (Naresh Kumar) took another car and parked the car in front of mine car and when I asked to follow some rules then he started abusing. I went to reception to complaint then Naresh Kumar came and thrashed me with his another colleagues. I called to senior management but no one is taking an action to save their reputation in the market. I am using Hyundai from last 10 years and I have 5 Hyundai cars and this is how Superon Hyundai, Gurgaon behaves with their customers.

I had got a newly registered Hyundai i20 from hyundais authorized dealer (MGF Hyundai Alleppey, kerala) 2 months back. The dealership sold me the new vehicle to me withholding and hiding the fact that it had some engine problems. The car broke down after I drove it for less than 100 km. The dealership took the car in thrice for repairing but nothing was repaired. Now when I try to contact the manager of the showroom, they dont return my calls. The sales people and the whole management did not disclose the fact that the car had all engine problems and cheated me into buying it.

Website is useless the toll free nos. on customer care website is switched off for nonpayment of bills voice message says, no response for mails either, this is about customer relationship not complaints. if customers facing issues God only can help..

Dear Sir/Madam,I have purchased a used Santro Xing, bearing Registration Number WB 06 F 1519 from Saini Hyundai ( located at New Alipore Kolkata ) on the 22nd of Feb 2018 for a price of 125000 Rupees relevant invoice no. 766. The concerned employee to carry out the sales procedure was Abhishek Rana.Since the purchase , Saini Hyundai has refused to carry out the RC transfer of the vehicle. In spite of repeated insistence , the said Abhishek Rana , has come across as very rude and denied all responsibilities to transfer the RC.Since I am aware that the onus for this transfer lies with Saini Hyundai , I am extremely dissatisfied with the unscrupulous behaviour that Saini Hyundai has shown me.Since all my requests have fallen on deaf ears , I have run out of all patience and hope that you will take immediate action to resolve the issue as soon as possible.Thanks for your cooperation.
