Sofa seats were too low and tad uncomfortable to sit.- Washroom was clean but felt stuffy and required freshener

Pros: nicely decorated Hall and food taste was goodCons : sofas had stains... Cleanliness of place is below average... Washrooms are not clean... Serving stands had old oil residues and that looked so unhygienic..making one wonder if the food will make you sick.. Need to improve cleanliness.. Banquets are supposed to be spotless clean.

I visited Dr. Syed clinic in Delhi a few days ago for my skin problem. It was my first visit. I was quite impressed with the warm reception, polite and friendly attitude of Dr. syed. He was very much caring and listened to my problems with great patience. He also asked me about the previous treatments and medications I recieved. He examined the session carefully and explained to me the root causes and treatment one by one. He also explained about the effects and side effects of some of the commonly used drugs for treating my problem because I have other health issues for which I am taking medicines. He prescribed few options for local application and some therapies from which I noticed some positive change already. I have visited many renowned doctors so far but Dr. Syed holds quite an exceptional prestigious position and honor because of his humanity.

I have attended 3 events here and hosted one of my own. The service is good and the valet parking is a major help! Food is good as well. Service to the guests has been prompt and theres always a marshal available on the floor, in case any quick cleanup or service is needed.Pricing is competitive, considering the other banquet options nearby.

Royal Lush is multi storey nice place to arrange a marriage or other functions. Have attended a family function and enjoyed a lot. The place is quite enough for around 250-275 people. Snacks and main course food both are good in taste and quality. The ambience is good too. Free valet parking is also available. The place is easily approachable and located on ring road towards azadpur to punjabi bagh road.

A Good banquet hall and have great staff who serves well. The food is delicious, and served hot with having nice etiquette service personnel. The management is experienced and dedicated towards clients satisfaction.I attended 4 function, The only problem I faced was at the end of a function the central AC unit, at one point of ceiling was draining a little stream of water Near staircase which could be slippery to walk.I believe this could have been once a in rarest while thing that happened.

Worst banquet. They have zero values towards consumer. They have taken an advance on pretext that in case function got cancelled due to covid they will refund the amount. But now they are denying to refund the amount. Manpreet is the manager. Don’t get fooled by her.

Although the place is okay but the staff is not friendly at all. Moreover staff is not aware about the free dates. We specially came to Delhi on request from Royal Lush and we communicated our booking dates to their team over call.Team agreed with the dates but when we visited the place, they told us that they are not available on the dates and staff was not aware about the same.

Waiters were deliberately slow, it was obvious that they were following orders from upper management. Not recommended to anyone at all...
