I really enjoyed it even though it was an official purpose. The rooms were neat and tidy. Quick response from room service guys (were friendly too)Nearest to almost every place I wanted to be in Delhi. So for me it wasnt much complicated to find places being from South. And also the breakfast was too good with multiple choices. Even though I had been in Delhi many times I never had a good Poha and Park Inns Poha was good and I really enjoyed it. Only thing is the weak pressure of shower water Other than that nothing.

It’s one of the best hotels at a reasonable price in Lajpat Nagar. The service of the staffs are really good and they address any concerns right away.They don’t have much choices for breakfast, maybe because of the current situation, but the food are really good. The price is on a bit higher side though.

Rooms are small, Staff is very rude. Management needs to be trained, no support staff available. Their rating of four star should be removed. They deserve less than 1 star rating.

Centrally located with Moolchand Metro Station right outside the hotel. Very courteous staff and extremely fast check in. Room service is slow and can be improved. Buffet breakfast spread is decent. Entire South Delhi connectivity is very convenient and airport is around 30 to 40 mins on a normal traffic day.

Hotel staff is brilliant. People at reception were helpful . I checked out just now with a real good experience. Nothing needs to be improved. Room service were strict on time. I had the best experience staying there for two dayz.Room service were upto mark and so quick.

We had two deluxe rooms for the family, the location is great, next to the Moolchand Metro station in South Delhi. The food options were limited but quite expensive, you may better off exploring various options outside. The AC and the quality of the mattress and the bedding it terrible. The AC is not effective and each day we had to call someone for help, the mattress is old, if hoping for bigger bed you are out of luck as they have joined two-single beds together, the bedding is so warm that you cant sleep with covers on. Overall, we did not get one single good sleep in this hotel. The staff is ok, breakfast options are acceptable, we enjoyed the personal service we received during the breakfast service.

I wont say it is a gud hotel. Its an average one having problems in sanitary system

I had a 1 night stay in this hotel but it was truly beautiful, safe, hygienic and comfortable, No complaints what so ever, everything was up to the standards and the location is incredible, metro and bus stand is just within 100 meters and there are many places you can visit nearby.

Have stayed here for 10 days. Worst Food and Rooms are of old infrastructure. Electrical switches keep on coming out. No charging location near bed. Have heard they used to serve good food, however presently the food quality is worse . Housekeeping does not respond on time. The rooms they show in Reviews are totally different than what you actually see.

The old world of Vikram is now ParkInn by Radisson. Still maintains its quaint appeal.

Hotel is good, Hygienic, Safety precautions are been well taken care. But its old infrastructure. Switch boards are old and easily comes out while pressing switches. Taps are old are tight for first use afterwards easy to operate. Food quality is best. But not Butter chicken 🐓.Overall I enjoyed my Stay in this hotel. Looking forward to visit again 😊

Below standard hotel.Not near by radisson in any manners. Situated Near Moolchand Hospital Metro Station. The hotel is not at par. Quite clumsy and small hotel. Not recommended.

Recently I stayed there in the month of June, the room was exactly as shown in pictures, neat and clean, well hygienic ambience. Staff were also cooperative.

Were here for about 10 nights, the rooms are decent but the service can be a tad lackadaisical. They give two small packaged water bottle per head everyday. Outside food is allowed But has to be picked up from the gate, even the parcels. Olas and Ubers can easily be found in this area. Moolchand Metro is right next to the property. Its centralised AC with flexibility yo control the temperature in the room. Hot water id available in the washrooms. Breakfast buffet is decent, has something for everyone. The few drawbacks being handing out keys/duplicate keys without cross verification or anything. The tiles falling off of the bathroom wall. And the wifi speed.

I went to this hotel on Sunday. Though this is smaller than other raddison which I have visited but service is great. They gave us extended one hr. Stay for free plus service was great. It is on prime location so markets our too close. Safe for woman to travel alone and yes reasonable too.

I stayed here for one day and it is a decent option depending on where you would be travelling further. Though its a 4 star hotel but one things which I noticed - there is no privacy, I was able to hear other room chit chat loud and clear. I have been to many hotels and never faced this issue. But the reception guy did tried to help me by calling all nearby room to talk slowly(I heard phone ringing all around my room after it).Rest things are good - staff is polite, they would help you in their capacity, complimentary breakfast is fine. Upon asking they did allowed me to early check-in and late checkout.

I have been in both deluxe and superior rooms if you are looking for a big spacious room then definately go for the deluxe one but if you are looking for budget friendly 4 star hotel then go for the superior one overall awesome experience with both the categories

I dr naveen saith had been organising cme and rtm activities till last month in park inn at Lajpat Nagar. Recently on 25 th march21 I took my family with me to celebrate my birthday, and I was shocked to see their careless attitude towards us . We waited for full15-20 minutes at the table for them to take our order for the evening and no one cared to take it although it was in front of them that we had taken the table. I tried getting their attention but it was of no use so we got up and left the place and even informed the desk person. I wow not to hold any meeting their and would advise people not to do so.instead they kept entertaining another group of around 10 people who were busy ordering drinks and snacks

This is a great hotel with very reasonable rates, good staff and nice food. The location is great for anyone wanting to commute to south and Central parts of delhi. Also accessible via Moolchand station given that its right behind it .The staff were kind enough to bring us breakfast on days we were a bit off health wise. They were also quite available for all room service.Things to note: if youre booking an ola or uber , people get a bit confused and stand next to the metro station instead of coming to the hotel entrance since its parallel to the station - so do make it clear to the driver where you are .One small issue was that the walls seemed a bit thin so loud neighbours were quite audible.Other than that , it was a classy and well done hotel.

House keeping needs an improvement .In my room exhaust window was leaking with rain water.

Bad service, over priced

Many reasons for just 1 starThe room was clean and so as the washroomAC was not workingThere was TV in the room but had a limited number of channels options(provided only free channels).There was a packet of maggi cuppamania in the room(if they are putting such things in room, the are supposed to be non chargeable I guess). At the time of checkout, they asked if I consumed that maggi....I said yes, They charged us for that. Its not like I couldnt afford 175 INR, but seriously if you guys are charging for such things why are you putting them in the room.....horrible. Another annoying thing...they were coming again and again for taking breakfast plates and cutleries when I was having my breakfast. Not sure if they had just one set of them.

Had ordered Paneer Makhani...was very sweet without any texture in the gravy. The chicken portion was also very small. The keema parantha and chur chur naan were very tasty. And the best part was the ambience !!

Lovely little hotel and excellent restaurant. Pool was dirty. We got stuck in the elevator as the door would not open. Earlier that day I had complained that the elevator was jerking and making a funny sound. Then we got stuck. Staff opened the doors after a few minutes. No compensation was made to us. Just ignored the fact that we were traumatized by the incident. We used the staircase for the rest of our stay. Serious safety issue here.

Its a really nice Hotel. Food is amazing. Ambience is also very nice. Staff is very helpful unlike Shangri-La New Delhi. Its not too costly, nor too cheap.

Bad experience.I like to stay bcoz of its location advantage only n room ambience. Buffet dinner is not up to the mark. Late check-out by 2hrs is fully chargeable n not at all considerable for half day tariff. They never tell the tariff n other chargeable services clearly when someone check-out late. When I argued for half day tariff, the reception official said not to come again to the Hotel.Where as all the Five star hotels at least consider ur request and agree for half day tariff, when guest check-out late.

Went for a meeting and dinner. Staff was unkempt and disinterested. Food (at RGB restaurant) was below average. Service slow.Overall the ambience of the lobby and restaurant were below average.Cant understand how Radisson group have leant their name to this place.

So we attended an engagement party.. The food service was good. Snacks were cold. Chocolate Moose was very delicious. Overall decent venue for a gathering of 150 ppl

The place is located just at heart of moolchand metro station .The property is based on standards of parkinn which has almost same patterns all over the world .Rooms are comparable small in size as compared to other location we have stayed . Otherwise it’s neat clean n cozy. With a great experience everytime in terms of room cleanliness.Only issues was they we’re charging extra water bottles per litre at Rs 145 + taxes which is bomb price .Secondly breakfast timings are 7-10:30 a.mWe were at breakfast area at 7:15 half of things were not available staff was missing too so had only fruits n sandwich which also went out of stock . Thankfully they had options right at door step for quick food which was great.Need to be more productive in terms of services!!

We have a booking for a regular room, but we were surprised when we were upgraded to a business class room, it was lovely, quite value for money. The interior ambience was lovely. The hotel must have spent a lot of planning into designing the rooms. We really enjoyed the stay. The only issue was that, it was a central AC, and the temperature could not be changed according to the customer.

I travel a lot stay at many hotels, Park Inn is one of the best place i have stayed at. The ambience, the staff and the service is world class. The price although a bit high its worth your money. Do stay hear if youre in Delhi.

I drove down from Lucknow . The approach to the hotel is congested because of the Moolchand metro station thats bang opposite and also the presence of one of Delhi s most famous Parantha wallahs in the metro station complex . Parking inside the hotel is available but sometimes at a premium because it is a small hotel . The rooms were comfortable , we started in room no 203 on the second floor . A special shoutout to the housekeeping person who ensured all my requests were taken care of . The food was also good , though as mentioned earlier there are super options bang opposite . One suggestion to the hotel , please please stop giving out such small plastic bottles of water . We must all try to reduce use of plastics as much as we can . I suggest you first check with the customer whether they are ok with reusable glass bottles . If not , then please given out 1 litre plastic water bottles instead of two 500 ml ones . Also the quality , and quantity of toiletries can both be improved . For instance in this day and age dental kits should not be on demand but be part of the toiletries set . All in all a good experience ! Will return

Nice place. Hotel rooms are very good. Not many food options in the restaurant but breakfast is nice. The best thing about this place is it is right opposite to moolchand metro making it very easy to commute.

We were at the Park Inn by Radisson Blu, Lajpat Nagar for a week in December and enjoyed our stay there.The staff (reception, restaurant, housekeeping, guards) were polite and helpful.We used their room service and dined twice in their RBG restaurant and the food was delicious. Their breakfast buffets variety is good as well.The room size is good enough for two people without feeling cramped and has the necessary amenities like the safe, free bottled water, tea/coffee and toiletries.Its in South Delhi, shopping malls are nearby and transport is easily accessible, be it taxis, the metro, bus service, autos or rickshaws so, no doubt the area is a bit noisy and crowded. But overall, an enjoyable stay in Delhi for us. =)

Average Stay, not a Five star hotel. Its a four star budget property. No valet parling and parking space is cramped, plus very limited buffet breakfst. Otherwise staff is very humble, very good, very polite, very professional anf very helpful. Overall good

An average hotel for 4 star category. All amenities expected from a hotel of this category are available. Location is nice, helpful staff, healthy breakfast. Little bigger room for this category would have been more welcome.Just adjacent to the Mulchand metro station.... enough parking space.

The hotel is modern clean with friendly staff. Rooms 8/10 modern, clean with amenities. Not overly spacious but extremely functional and suitable for business and leisure travellers alike. Location 7/10 Although not in the centre of town, its 1 min proximity to the modern metro (pleasant when taken outside of peak times) makes it very accessible to the whole city. Location around doesnt offer a lot although defence colony has lots of restaurants and is a 20 mins walk or short uber away. Breakfast 8/10 good selection of cooked, fresh and baked dishes both local and international. Table service for hot drinks

Nice hotel staff are very supporting

Hotel rooms were nice, housekeeping was good, cleanliness was good, people were humble. I stayed at hotel with my company tie up which includes breakfast and dinner, I changed dinner with lunch and the food was really awesome when they made all which I ordered from menu, but from the next day, they started serving buffet in dinner, buffet was not satisfactory. Taste of food was no where to what there chefs were capable of making. Thats they only reason Im giving 4 star so that they can improve taste of buffet items.
