Pathetic customer service.. I wanted my Tv back from them in the same condition it went, its been a month now they are saying itll take two business days for few weeks now since I have asked them to give me my tv back.

Pathetic service by Jeeves. Dont spend your money here to extend your warranty. My laptop is not working from last 10 days and everytime when I call or mail them their representatives tell us to wait for two business days. I dont know what is the definition of two business days in Jeeves. They are doing nothing but just misleading and making fool of the custome. I suggest Jeeves to either shut down your company if you are incapable of providing services or fire the fool sitting out in their offices who cannot resolve the issue.

Pathatic services provided by Jeeves. After continuous follow-up there has been no response. Each time we reach out to their representatives they would just apologise rather than giving a concrete solution. They have no twitter account wherein you can raise on a public forum. If any replacement is required in a product which requires services from Jeeves they provide NO support. Im quite sure the way they have made us to struggle there must be many more people at large who are struggling with the similar issue.

Alright, Jeeves- Guys I wud strongly recommend to NOT USE SERVICE of this company. Dont extend your warranty with them! They are disgruntled. They dont have any WAREHOUSE!! They just fix the appointment with SO CALLED technicians and they purchase the spare parts from LOCAL SHOPS and then they get it installed in your product. Meaning they are just making fool. Good service centre with polite and helping nature of receptionist. It is located on plot no. ED127, Tagore Garden. It is 750 m of walking distance from Tagore Garden Metro Station. This is the only service centre of Smart Buy located in Delhi. Yesterday, I went their for repair or replacement of trimmer. Their team checked the trimmer, and asked me to give my old trimmer to courier boy and take new trimmer set from him as the product is under warranty. They have placed sanitizer bottle near the entry of the service centre.

Nice location of center. No over crowded. Got to location directly via GPS. Parking also there on road. Overall good experience.

Flipkart Smartbuy Warranty verification centre. The product does not get replaced here, just inspection. Product gets picked from home. Flipkart could open more centres to serve more locations.

Only verification center for flipkart warranty, they have no parts available or service facility. Therefore it takes too much time to replace or repair.

This is an absolutely pathetic company with no work ethics!!!!I as a customer am fed up with Jeeves. I dont understand how many times will the company change their statements!! More than 2 whole months have passed and there is not even an inch of shame or remorse from Jeeves or Flipkart for the worst service in the world. I shouldnt even refer to it as a service since I havent received any!The company is so faulty and fraud. It only wants to exploit the customer and take advantage. There is no code of conduct or management within the team! Every phonecall misleads the customer.I did a mistake purchasing an expensive two year warranty for my device from JEEVESFirst, I wasted more than a month trying to reach the service center calling every no. available (most of which were out of service) raising complaints, writing emails, visiting the service center TWICE to be able to be heard. The customer service is absolutely irresponsible and lousy.Then they made me suffer to get an engineer to pay a visit to inspect the damaged laptop. He came after 2 weeks. After more than a week the same engineer and Jeeves support team informed me that the laptop parts will be replaced and the company has approved for it which will take a week to process. I waited so long finally feeling a little relieved that I will be able to do my necessary work after all. However, to my disappointment Jeeves NEVER delivered what it claimed. I called the customer service hoping for some good news upon which they tell me that there was some MISCOMMUNICATION WITHIN THE ORGANISATION and that the parts are too expensive to be replaced.More days pass by and the customer service lady calls me, not hearing my concerns, with an arrogant tone talks to me in such harsh manner and confuses me by offering a 50% refund then says 60% refund and after a long discussion and confirming with her seniors she finally settled on 55%??? How is this even in the company policy?So they offered me a 55% refund on my laptop price and emailed me the breakdown of amount charged and the refund i.e 55% of 68,719 = 37,250 - 1000 (charges for God knows what) = Rs.36,250. May I remind you that this is a loss for me as the laptop is worth Rs.68,719!!! Nevertheless, I gave in feeling hopeless and being miserable seeing no way out and finally sent an email of my confirmation with bank details on 24th July20 to get the refund.On the morning of 27th July20 the same lady contacted me and asked me (in the same harsh tone by the way) for reconfirmation which I gave and informed me that Ill have to submit the laptop (which is also not in mentioned in the terms and conditions)In the evening, she called me again saying that there has been ANOTHER MISHAP from their side and that THEY are SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE and tells me that the amount that will be refunded is now 55% of 36,186 i.e Rs.18,902.Is this a joke? What am I expected to do? Succumb to yet another shameless and desperate act by the company to exploit the consumer??I will never recommend it to anyone

Flipkart Smart buy products replacement/refunds are generated here in case the product behaves defective under warranty.They approved my replacement/refund of smartbuy power bank (20000mah) here and within 30 days I got refund on my bank account.

Flipkart smart buy products warranty related issues are checked here. There is no rush of customer but sometimes the person who have to look the issue are not present.Then it took hours to wait their to resolve your issue. Rest everything is fine.

They will resolve ur problem instantly they are good at solving issues regarding Flipkart regarding product or anything else regarding product. This place is nearly 400 meter away from tagor metro station. They have good staff for solving issues and they are very professional about things.
