Sirohi Electronics (Mahavir Enclave) - Worst after sale service. They dont stand by their promise. Its better to buy electronic stuff from manufacturing companies directly or somewhere else. If you buy from Sirohi Electronics, the device wont be installed even after a week. They dont even attend your calls. Never going to buy from this store nor I’d recommend anyone to go here. Fake promises made. Energy saving. They told me 5star 2018 but it was 5 star 2017. I will not recommend guess.

They are the cheaters/theif, specially the owner and his Sr staff. I bought a R32 ac but they installed R22 ac. When i reached out to them next day both of them shouted at me and spoke so badly. Said u know nothing and aasking me to explain wat is R32/R22, we sell everyday and there is no difference between these. But at the time of sell they mentioned it differently and took higher rate. They also mentioned dont waste our time go to home.This is how they behave and their after sales service. How can somebody provides licence to such Cheaters/Theifs etc..

I purchased Hitachi 1.5 split ac. We paid on the spot. They promised to deliver the ac on the same day within an hour .Although they did, the ac was faulty. After making 100 calls they did not exchanged it. 4 people from showroom and Hitachi came and checked the ac but it could not be repaired. Even then, the dealers did not wanted to exchange an hour old ac which was not even fitted.Its been 2 days now. I have made atleast 200 calls. Sometimes they dont pick, other times they keep me waiting on call , or again promise me to give me a call back but would not .My parents have paid around 40k and still sitting in 45°c.I would kindly advise everyone to avoid these dealers whenever and wherever you can.

After sale service is not good. we have procured 8 items from sirohi electronics out of which two got malfunction within a year and one refrigerator (compressor burned) after two years of purchase, Unfortunately we lost a bill in which all the items were quoted, service center rejected to repair without bill, we seek help from the dealer to provide a copy which use to be available in software with dealer and is work of 15 min only. M/S sirohi Electronics make us fool for 15 days by saying that its summer its very crowded, give me one hour ill watsapp you , bill etc etc.. he left me standing for hours in shop for bill seems they dont know to run telly, and in the last he said may be he have deleted the data and dont have the bill.i have to repair it by my own..Dont recommend the Seller
