Its situated in beautiful location. People often visit for their visa process. Interview is very easy. They ask very few Basic questions. It all depends on your fortune whether you are granted visa or not . Mostly every applicant has complete documents and clear intention for traveling to Poland.

Apart from being an embassy, they are doing a good business there. They sell visa appointments and work visas and etc. And there are no words to explain the attitude of the staff there.

I had a pleasant experience with my study visa process. I had applied through VFS.They called me for interview a week after submitting the application. Be sure to answer their questions briefly and accurately.They granted the visa in half a week.Tips for other applicants -You dont need an agent.Apply as early as possible so that your admission letters and accommodation documents arrive in time.Keep financial documents and attestation signatures in order.Get a credit card with 2-3 lakhs limit (at least).They probably wont accept computer generated limit certificate which comes with the welcome kit. Ask the branch manager or banks credit card hq to issue a stamped/signed/sealed credit limit certificate. Dont write the full 16 digits of the card on the certificate. Just the first and last 4 digits.Dont download application form from vfs website. It is outdated. Use the embassys website to get the updated form.Dont worry if you have doubts re. filling the application form. The vfs official will guide you.

Got the employment visa without any agent.There are some minor problems which earlier people mention here . But keep the patience and go ahead.

Worst service. Nobody responds to the phone calls. Neither do they reply back to the emails. I am fed up mailing them. Without any notice they stopped accepting the applications.

I stayed more than 2 months in India to get my student visa. 1st attempt I got the refusal under no 09 after 38 days of my interview. I was soo stressed about the decision.However I re appealed again.Fortunately they granted me the visa considering my appeal.If you’re a genuine applicant and there is no doubt about your interview then you can have a hope. The system appears to have been highjacked by (Belarusian?) Hackers, rendering it practically impossible to get a Visa appointment. Extremely frustrating, especially that the embassy staff seems to be in the know about the issue.

Super quick with the process of accepting the application.Water is available inside.No objects including the phone or smartwatch is allowed to be carried in.You can only carry the documents and wallet in the premise.

You have to pay to get an appointment then its takes about 3 months. After finally getting a Visa appointment it takes about 2 months to get your visa. The most corrupt embassy I have ever dealt with .

They issued me my Students National type D Visa. The visa officer, who interviewed me was very nice, and she tried to understand what I meant to explain, with ease. However, crowd management is an issue here, and its terrible, bearing the boiling sun of Delhi, standing in a queue for almost 2.5 hours!Overall, I am satisfied with this embassy!Love you, Poland ⚘

Very Bad on Countrys part. Should have made better arrangements for providing visa appointments. If there are more number of cases you could just increase your staff and provide appointment slots to people who really need it.

Do not apply. They will issue you reason no 9, even your docs is complete and have a strong reason. how much you convince them, even you appeal for reconsideration of decision they have a poor sense of judgement, or they might dont want to listen you. Apply to others countries where have good scope.Or May be they have restricted entry of foreigners in Poland

FINALLY GOT MY VISA!!!!!! Was so tensed about rejection. Though a lot of applications are getting rejected, it feels so special to get accepted. For those who are going to apply, I have a suggestion for them.. be thorough about your purpose of visit in Poland you should be serious about your purpose to visit Poland. Do carry valid letter of acceptance(HARD COPY.NO PRINT OUT OR PDF). Wheather its for study or work. For tourists its a bit tricky. But hey..tourists can apply through other European countries.. 😜😜😜😜 Staffs are so helpful. BEST OF LUCK TO THOSE WHO ARE GOING TO APPLY.

I have applied here for national/student visa,waited 1 year for appointment.And at last they refused my visa and gave reason that you havent justified the purpose and condition of intented stay.My university documents were all original and even after I appealed for recondsider they gave me same reason.PLEASE Dont waste your time.They are refusing more visa fhan anyother country.

Tbh, if you go there with the process it is really very hard to get the appointment. I tried it. Failed. Then I tried another method and it helped me a lot. I had a talk with the consular head and he helped me a lot. So if you can get him to have a talk with you then everything becomes super easy. Had an amazing experience, nice people, easy procedure. Make sure your docs are prepared and everything will go fluently

I submitted every document there even some additional documents i got rejected with reason 9.I was applying for student visa.I also saw there some applicants who were applying again and again and still got rejected. MF embassy.

I think, they should to modify there appointment system. Peoples are wasting and wasting their important time for appointment date. And i have seen this problem from two years ago. Unfortunately, they cant take any action.

This is 21st century......and their interview appointment booking system is like 1st century service. Very very poor management. I think the manager of the embassy is uneducated. People are not able to book interview appointment by themselves and paying lot of money to agents. And these agents take money and go away. I think the staffs from the embassy also involved in this corruption.I would give 0 star if possible. They didnt deserve one star also.

Very fast. They issued me a visa next day from the date of appointment. If your all documents are in place then u wont faced any difficulties.

First of all, got the appointment after 3 months but to my luck reply came from embassy email preponing the appointment. And the interview lasted hardly 3 minutes.If you have all geniune papers and proofs the process is as smooth as anything. Polish consuls are really awesome and friendly. Minus 1 star for the hassles involve in appointment, otherwise perfect 5 stars.

Provid excellent support for visa. Sometime you struggle for visa appointment but rest is fine. It is easy to get temporary permit to work in Poland.

A pathetic experience, a visa application is suppose to be responded within 15 days but well after 25 days as well there is no response.A super slow, really stupid and absolute no process what so ever for the application and collection process.My suggestion to anyone travelling to Poland, would be to prefer applying through some other countries so one does not have to go through the harassment of coming and standing outside a gate where the guard opens and shuts the door on ur face and is extremely rude; and of course do not forget trouble that youll have to face coming here each and every day and begging for a visa for which you are paying.I am regretting planning my holiday to Poland.

Visa interview process is a chaos. Security staff asked all 9~11 interviewees to stand in a queue at 10 a.m. This lead to shoving,jostling and arguments. Security guards sit behind the closed door with no intention to maintain the queue. Appointment slips were collected in three phases which lead to more trouble. People could have died of stampade ( not a joke ).The first of the 9~11 interviewees was called well after 11. Adding to that corrogated tin shade at the sitting area makes life more painful in the scorching heat of delhi.

This one star because of appointment system its impossible to book appointment for work visa I am trying from last 3 months email, calls and registering system no luck so far. This review is last option to reach consular hopefully they read and work on this. So far experience one of the worse visa appointment system !!

I think The worst Embassy in the world is Embassy of Poland in New Delhi.Because this Embassy Playing with us . For what reason they refused the visa.Polish government office issue Work permit after checking all with the company. but this embassy refused visa.

The place lacks a bit on professionalism but their friendliness will overcome upon most of their flaws. The work procedure takes more time than usual but also promises a healthy relationship between the nation and yourself.

Worst Embassy ever, worst staff worst decisions. Each and everything is corrupted in this embassy from booking appointments to visa decision.

Embassys staffs are very polite and cooperative. Unluckily appointment dates becomes unavailable during august and December document submission. So people have to count financial and time loss for this issue. Last session Visa success ratio was tremendously bad. So rethinking.

The whole getting an Appointment for interview is very difficult, time-consuming and annoying, but the management was really cooperative and helping. If all your documents are in place, they approve national D type visa on the same day.
