Very helpful Visa officers and good with quick responses as well. I have managed to obtain 2 Type D visa with no hassle and the visa team was very informative with documentation and processing as well. However, i believe the visa processing takes much longer than required and expected.

I made the submission to the Embassy on March 22 .03 .2021. In the middle of April, I did not get any replay. Later, the Covid-19 epidemic broke out in India. Since Covid-19, the embassy will be on vacation, but will there be officers without looking at the official mails? I do not know. I have not received a single email in the last two months. Please understand that there will be a lot of people like me waiting for this for more than two months. You are addressing a country called Serbia, so the embassy staff is asking you to wake up and work.

Overall good, the way to the embassy is by shanthi path or by niti marg. Nearest metro station moti bagh .

Worst calling service. Never connect

Very poor talking, not help fully staff of Serbia embassy . Very bad experience. Please improve your attitude and skills how to talk people.I call embassy and talk over the phone local lady visa officer is talking very rude thanks.

I hope Serbia is a really nice and beautiful country. However, I called to their embassy at New Delhi in India and managed to speak someone, by the tone the person seemed to be a local female. But she was so helpless, arrogant and rude as lacking the basic etiquettes required over the phone.Very disappointing ................
