I have been their regular customer and their services, food, Ambience everything is class apart. A must visit hotel. Do enjoy their plunge pool room for best experience and do go for breakfast included menu to enjoy their wide variety of food.

Had dinner at Indian Accent. It is one of the premium dining places in Delhi. The ambience, light music, lighting and service would not disappoint. Some things we tried were great, but some OK. For the high prices they charge one would expect to be delighted, which didnt happen. But still a good dining option. May be if we had tried something else, we may have had a different experience.

The staff was too nice especially Jagdish who was the housekeeping head.He made sure to keep everything neat and clean.On our special occasion, we requested them cake and room decor, they didn’t deny it.

Horrible Horrible service! My vacation has been spoiled completely! I was happy to book a plunge pool room and looking forward to a good time. But it all got spoilt because of the horrible attitude of the staff. They are hurling abuses in the open. They allowed two guests in our room. We are checking out, not even staying for a night!! Very very disappointed.

We chose to stay at The Lodhi to celebrate a special occasion.The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, were extremely courteous, accommodating and attentive. The room and amenities are quite luxurious, architecture and artwork is stunning.Would whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

It is one of my favourite restaurants in Delhi, I visited their 24x7 restaurant by the name Elan. The food menu is full digital which can be accessed by a QR code and they have a very attractive menu which does make you want to order everything on it. The food is fresh and very well cooked with appropriate amount of spices and condiments. The best part is the food temperature at which it is served is just very appropriate.I will suggest you to go and try out their food.

The ambiance is okay-ish. A bit poor, actually, because with people chatting, the place can get properly loud (echoes). So, not an ideal place for a peaceful meal.The starters were average. Ordered two of them, both platters (veg and non-veg). Veg were fine but non-veg were extremely salt heavy.The main course was good. Ordered a variety of things, including a pepperoni pizza, daal makhni and a chef-special mutton.Desserts were too good. Ate a portion of badam halwa, ice cream and rass malaai.Overall, it was an average experience.

Me and my friends stayed there for one night from 25th September check in and 26th check out. We had 4 rooms including one luxury premier plunge pool room. The services are very bad. From the start of the day till the check out we faced so many problems. Basic amenities like water and towel was not provided. We asked for medicine it wasnt provided. After calling them 4-5 times still we didnt receive. We ordered bucket of ice it came after 2 hrs of ordering and that too after calling them atleast 4 times, we ordered for wine glasses that also came after 2 hrs and that too different style of glasses. No symmetry . And the worst was there were 4 pieces of glass in the pool. Thank God no one got hurt though. But this cannot be expected from a 7 star property. The basic amenities at re provided by 1* property also but they could not provide. The worst experience ever. Why did I pay so much for the property,I dont know. Never expected this from such a brand.When we complained to the manager Mr. Faheem he said the operational manager is not there right now so by 26th evening he will get back to you but its 27th morning but I havent received any call yet.

The restaurant is absolutely marvelous.The craft showed on every food is outstanding however there are 2 things that are at great concern.1.Some of the food tastes are normal and doesnt meet up to the large price tag it beholds.2.The service is quite a poor one.The waiters will not come to your table inspire calling several times.The waiters are so far you just cant call them and they dont feel like they are serving at a 5 star luxury hotel.Staff needs training and or replacement.

The place is in shambles! From Hair hanging in the balcony, to fungus at the rear of the washroom seat this place isnt worth the price quotes on various websites. Chipping off paint and broken chairs in the balcony! This place needs a major overhaul and better management.The check in painfully slow, understand the rush hour at 2 pm but shouldnt better provisions be made for the same ?The in room dining food from elan is greasy and overtly spicy ( ordered indian main course) the only saving grace was the breakfast at elan and the servers/ waiting staff specially one Mr. Naval.

Book their plunge pool room if you want an end to end luxury experience. The staff is quite friendly, helpful and listen to your requirements with patience. Our dinner at the Italian restaurant (tried the chef tasting menu) and Breakfast at Elan was the best of the experience. Kudos to our sever Sahil for making it memorable.

I stayed at The Lodhi for three days mainly because they offered a plunge pool in their room. While the plunge pool was the highlight, I was highly impressed with other aspects of the property and staff. The Lodhi had one of the best gyms I have seen in any hotel with well-trained trainers who were available at any given moment. In addition, the food at the hotel was delicious (Breakfast, Room dining & Perbacco).In addition, Kanchan from front desk took special care with keeping a check on any thing I might need during the stay. Would 100% recommend to try it out!

Kind of cafeteria in Basement appears to be in violation of permissible building byelaws. Moreover, in case of fire the cafeteria running in basement can be another UPHAR cinema episode. If Cafeteria is permissible in basement for LODI hotel then why it is not permitted elsewhere. Why this discrimination?

Luxurious, comfy and spacious room with almost every possible amenity. However, the service could have been more warm and welcoming. The reception staff was extremely lethargic. We went for a birthday staycation but not even a little bit of extra effort by the team. If someone is spending 20k for a night, the least one can expect is feeling welcomed at the place but honestly very disappointed!

I have been coming to this property since 10 years and this has been my worst experience till now. The hotel and room are not the way it used to be back in the old days. Housekeeping is poor and most expensive rooms require a lot of maintenance. Images are deceptive and lack of maintenance can be felt. I booked the verandah suite for a better experience but it turned out to be a nightmare.Basic room amenities are not provided and I had to request for the same.There is termite seeping around the rooms, mosquitoes were everywhere, shower panel was broken. Bed linen was dirty. It’s not worth the money

First of all the room is gorgeous. And that’s it. Everything else is horrendous. The service feels like an Oyo. The hotel restaurants are some of the worst I’ve ever had. I am. It talking about Indian accent, that is amazing. The lobby restaurant, the Italian place and the bar. Never again would I stay here. Save your time and money and stay at Oberoi. We checked out and did the same, no regrets. PS the plunge pool is freezing and unusable except for 1-2 hours a day. All for show.

Our sir had booked a room and he was given the worst room by the staff Inspite of paying for the best suite. We recommended that the hotel is not ethical and looting the clients. See for other options.

I booked a room through goibibo for the lodhi and let me clear this that in the property rules or even in the confirmation it doesn’t say anywhere that guests will not be allowed in the property. It was a prepaid room and when i reached the hotel the staff said guests will not be allowed. My couple of friends were supposed to visit for couple of drinks and they were supposed to leave by 10 Pm, but they were denied entry into the hotel at 8pm and told that they will not be allowed to enter even for 10 min. The most amazing thing is that big hotel chains like THE LODHI which promises to be a LEADING HOTEL has a staff that doesn’t care if their customer even check out from the property at the expense of 10 min of hospitality. Great Experience, it is a very big property in Delhi NCR, liked the Plunge Pool room, quite spacious unlike most rooms in the top five star hotels of Delhi.

This is a 5 star hotel near Lodhi colony. Completely renovated. Has a good coffee shop with open air seats. But you need to pre book them. Good interiors. Not to go by its looks from outside

The ambience at the hotel is unparalleled, probably the best coffee shop in the Delhi area. However, they can work on beverages, they used to perfect, however, they lack the taste now.

The Lodhi is the only hotel in Delhi with a personal plunge pool. Which is why we choose it for a birthday staycation. Check in was a breeze with Roshmi (front desk). She also helped with setting us up with a cake & got house keeping to get candles setup around the pool. Not to forget a proper introduction to our room & the facilities. The hotel pool was also a treat, with Amit helping us out with everything (glad he was there). The rooms are huge (personal balcony, pool, bathtub, rain shower and a seperate dressing space), that is a lot of real estate!Dinner was at Indian accent (independent entity altogether, not part of the hotel, pre-booked reservation for dinner is required). It was an experience in itself. Experience being the key word.Though we did get freaked out by a lizard late at night (which left a scar on whole experience). In the morning, we also found out that breakfast was ala carte ( covid!!, As I was looking forward to a nicely laid spread).All in all, we would definitely recommend The Lodhi for its USPs. Just get house keeping to do a quick pest control!

Indian Accent is indeed one of the best in Delhi and in the country! But go there only if you have a minimum 2 hours or more to spend over a lunch or dinner.

It was our 1 year anniversary. A very special day for us . The rooms were extremely clean . Linens all fresh . It was everything you except from a 5 star at this price point. Very few hotels have good speakers in the room. This one had them. The best part ofcourse is the plunge pool. Its private in the balcony. Roshmi Konwar on realising our special day made it extra special with some arrangements of her own. We were given vip treatment during check in. It was hassle free. She decorated the plunge pool with candles and sent a cake for us. Truly an amazing experience and hatts of to Roshmi to make it extra special. Dear Lodhi Hotel, you need more staff like her. Humble , sweet and responsive. Highly recommend this hotel .

I reached on hotel at 2:30PM because it mentioned check in time is after 2pm. But when i reach there, they said wait 20mins for room cleaning. And i waited 20mins and 40mins more. Totally i was waiting 1hr and i could enter the room. If they call at 2 or before 2pm, i could go other place to take lunch or do other works. But i wasted time to check in because hotel didnt notice it earlier.

We stayed here for 2 nights with family and my goodness. Let me start by telling you ours was a suite with 2 bedrooms and the balcony and pool area itself is larger than most rooms other 5 stars would offer. The value for money proposition is beyond belief. Highly recommend it. The location is quite good, central, spacious, the view from our 7th floor was exotic at night and day. The rooms were a brilliant luxirous combination of glass, mirror, wood and the artwork throughout the hotel is tastefully done. We had both tubs and shower to add. Theres Japanese, Italian, a great Safari bar and a coffee shop at this place. The service is impeccable and everyone is trained very well. This is a delight and we are DELHIites who decided to live here and yet everything was so good, I wanted to write this review at once. 5 stars easily. Much much better than other hotels in NCR and rather shockingly good.Check in 2pmCheck out 12pm (theyre very agreeable to flexibility and at no point in time did I feel the service was amiss)

Among our favorites, try lobster bisque soup and lamb chops.Gym is well equipped and has an outdoor heated swimming pool. Waiting much for soon reopening.While staying at the hotel do not forget to visit The Lodhi Bakery and try craft made brown bread and amazing tarts for dessert.

To start with -the Manager of the Hotel, he is the rudest, inefficient and undertrained employee of The Lodhi. You are buying the Room for a relaxed weekend and his attitude won’t let you have a peaceful mind.Also, even though everyone who is booking with them have enough capital but unlike any 5 star hotels they ask for quite a lot of security!

So I would have given this hotel 5 stars but I’ll tell you why I’m giving it 4.The hotel is super clean, so beautiful. So luxurious. And it has some plunge pool rooms as well.So I decided to go for a staycation for the plunge pool, but the water in the pool was freezing cold. I thought If the hotel is so expensive and they keep everything to perfection. Why isn’t there temperature control for the plunge pool? So that we can heat the water and enjoy it. So I couldn’t enjoy the plunge pool, it was too cold. So for that reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5.

I had made a booking for 2 days in this hotel. When delhi had a spike of 8k corona cases I had requested this hotel to allow me extension of the time, I also offered them to pay the difference for the new date of booking. The staff was highly rude and non cooperative. They could have been more understanding of the current situation but they just kept my money and cancelled my stay. Please save your money and don’t visit this hotel.
