Im sure that somewhere out in the multiverse there exists a cellular and data provider with more reliability problems and even worse customer service, but in all my travels across the globe Ive yet to find one quite as bad as Airtel in New Delhi.Nobody in their service organization can give a straight answer regarding their repeated and frequent service blackouts, and thats when you can actually get a hold of a living, breathing human being.Ive had to fall back in my US sim (connectivity through Jio) multiple times during my year in India in order to continue my work, which costs me ₹1500 every time I have to resort to those measures (this has happened in excess of fifty times since January).Ive tried multiple avenues of contacting Airtel (phone, app web, Twitter, etc) and all I ever get is a canned cut-and-paste reply about how theyre so very proud of themselves for expanding their Network...Ive paid more to keep alternative access via a foreign sim than Ive paid year-to-date for Airtel service, and Ive even suffered financial loss from being unable to work, but never once has Airtel offered to help make that right. Never once have they even gone out of their way to recognize that Im a paying customer with a very real issue in need of a solution.I dont know if Airtel treats all their customers this way, but I have yet to encounter the elsewhere the extreme indifference Airtel has toward their customers.

Pathetic service from Airtel now a days, they could not fix a issue from past 10 days. When I switched from Rs. 999/- to Rs. 899/- plan. I suppose to surrender 2 Sim, since I had 4 Sims on my previous plan, but through thanks App I could not do it.Since i couldnt remove 2 SIM through Thanks app, so I called up to their call center. Initially their agent guided me process to remove but all in vain, then they mentioned once u pay difference of the surrendering SIM balance amount you will be able to do so, but after paying I tried removing it through app but still it was the same. Then again 2nd time when I called up call center agent told with in 48 hrs it will get fixed n next guy took 24 hrs n at last I called up their call center n when I was firm n argued that with out talking to their floor supervisor i will not disconnect, agent couldnt connect the call. Then he committed his floor supervisor will be calling me back with in 4 hours. But all in vain, no one turned up to fix my issue. All add they show us in TV is just to sell their products n eye wash only.I will be getting a huge bill for a idiotic decision taken up by me.Pl connect me if someone read this on my mail id [email protected]

It has been a routine with Airtel that nothing is settled seamlessly on 8/10/20 I recharged my phone with Rs 598 and Rs 40 was to be credited as cash back in my wallet Which is not credited till date.Though you ask to refer to wecare@airtelbank them but they are a bunch of INCOMPETENT persons who to my knowledge have not sorted any problem reported to them till date!I had to do the recharge through my debit card by paying Rs 598 as two transactions of Rs 558 for credit of my wallet were embezzled by you for recovery of which I had to file a police complaint.Hence I have suffered a lot of problems because of embezzlement attempt at yours so Rs 40 cashback should be credited Immediately

Now this the Best you can get in Indian / Delhi - International Experience - World Class - High Class- Abundant Choice - Very Organized - For all segments and Classes of people. In plain simple words you can spend a half a day at this place and still be wanting to come back again here.

Airtel advertising of fastest network is just farce. Any official can come and counter. Files below 1 mb too needs circles for long. Best is network is shown as full strength while the call drops.

Worst service.

They are not able to provide good. Network in Rohini sector 8. They keep dragging that the network issue will be resolved in 30days. This is Delhi not some village in Tibet, that you cannot provide good service. There is zero network at home

Bad service airtel internet connection very slow 2kbps speed my phone last 6 month and last month i am change my phone but do not improved internet speed . i am complain airtel customer care .but do not solving my problem .

I purchase data booster 3gb 4g data n o got 3g data, i make a call to the customer care they said thay will fixed it in 3days n they give me a mobole number, n they didnt n i call again they said again 3days still didnt fixed it n now they r picking up ly call. Airtel company is not a reliable network company, being a such big network its shame on your company.

Pathetic service quality of Airtel. Complained to various channels about the issue and the answer was upgrade your phone model where in I use iPhone 6S. Agin they said they will replace the SIM about a month ago but till today no answer from them. Airtel has lost its reputation of being the best service provider. No signal coverage, Internet speed slowest and voice quality- you cant even hear what the other party is saying

Despite six complaints over the last two weeks on airtel website / toll free number there has been no redressal from airtel. The voice quality in my area is so bad that I am unable to make / take calls.SO MUCH FOR ALL THE TALK OF OPEN NETWORK ETC

More than four months I tried getting my WiFi router replaced which was under warranty. Bharti Airtel acknowledged router needs to be replaced under warranty but never replaced it. Instead they slapped me with the bill of six thousand rupees for four months of services which I never used because of their faulty router. And on top of that I have started getting calls from Airtel Collection Department, which is full of goons, most manner less people threatening and warning me to pay the money. Even repeated emails to Mr Sunil Bharti and Mr. Gopal Vittal was of no help. They dont deserve even one star!

Really very bad experience,complained many times for bad network but no one even paid a visit to check it and make it technically ok. No one is even picking up the call at customer service.If there were some negative points Ill surely rated it. Pay attention to your customers AIRTEL they are most valuable.
