I pay for 60mbps and most of the time the net speed is sub par at best. I get a speed of 1-2 mdps. expect them to have technical issues atleast 6-7 times a month on working days. Their service is sub par at max. Go for airtel or jio. Both are good.

DEN staff is not responsive ..They can only response till money collection after that they are very rude.Installation work is very poor they hanging up old modem instead of new modem on very poor condition. We did complaints for same but not response by DEN staff.I am strongly denied to all customer please don,t be take DEN connections.Very poor experience with DEN.

This is the old station so naturally most of the function and facilities are old but government is putting all efforts to renovate it well. But I will say its only 30 percent is done. Very difficult to cruise when crowd load is there. Auto Escalators are mostly off and also no provision of lifts or specially abled persons approach to the foot over bridge. Still much cleanliness required and public cooperation is much needed as well. Platforms are not having enough benches and good fans and always bad odours are there. Waiting room cleanliness is very poor. Water dispensing machines never worked. Not enough provision of ticket vending machines. Last but not least an international health standard food canteen is need of hour.

Good internet connection with good speed but customer care number changes in every 2 or 3 months so you have to search on google every time whenever you try to contact customer care. whenever i tried to contact customer care all executives were busy on other lines. it takes around 10-15 minute to contact customer care. and those 10-15 minutes call is chargeable.

For last 6 months every day there is a downtime of 5 to 6 hrs, sometimes more than 12 hrs. Customer care agent from Den would say with their standard reply that they are trying to fix the issue & would take 5 hrs to rectify where as I have called after 6 hrs to check the status. Wrote mail & asked for email Id of senior Management but agents say they dont have nor they have shared my concerns with them. This being prepaid service money already paid & then you beg with them to provide service. Area Engineers try their best to resolve the issues but 99% time the issues are with the Rajouri Garden Hub.Den Management are least bothered to loose their customers.

Im visiting my parents in Som Vihar, New Delhi. This is a small community of seniors. Since this morning our Den cable is not working. It seems that some residents have not paid their bills, so the cable operator has DISCONNECTED EVERYONE!!My parents have paid but the cable operator is too busy to reactivate their cable. Pros: as long as conditions are good (read weather, no TRAI diktat) they are decent.Cons: unresponsive customer care, lacks digital payment methods, doesnt give updates on proceedings that might impact a channel or service. You can only call them on a given phone number that doesnt connect half of the times you try, and never after 7 pm.Den Cable hasnt implemented TRAIs new regulations or provided any next steps to the customers. They are in blatant violation of supreme court and TRAI regulations by openly blacking out FTA channels. Interestingly, DD Sports is available all the time but blacks out while Indias cricket march is in progress.

1. Their server gets down at least once in a week for the whole day. That means you wont be able to access internet for at least once a week.2. When we opted for their services they promised us that they provide services in whole Delhi. We took 3 months package from them. After one month of taking their package, we shifted our home on another location in the same area and asked them to shift the internet connection. They took 10 days in letting us know that they can not shift the connection because their hub is too far from the new location and they promise that they will refund our remaining 2 months money withing 3 business days but now 15 days have been passed we didnt get a single penny from them.Really disappointed.

Although I am not a customer of Den Boomband I am getting regular calls from their customer care department for some other registered customer Megha. I have asked them not to call me and to remove my phone number as I am not the right person but this is not happening.I am fed up of their sms and calls which I receive 4 to 5 times daily and everytime I have to tell them to remove my number from the database.I am now going to take legal action against them for harassment.

Complain against payment Refund,One day (31 May 2016) (DEN BOOMBAND sales executive came on my home and he took 2932 Rupees and he told me your connection will be connected next day but not connected, after that line man has visited on my address he told me that, here is no connection and then I called to that sale boy same time and he told me I will try to connect your internet connection then I had called him many times but he dint picked my call then immediately I called to customer care and registered my complain (Complaint No. CAS-463903-S5V0) that executive assured me that you will get your payment via cheque till 16 June 2016 but I received a Message after 4 days that your complain has been resolved but I havent received my payment which I gave for internet connection, immediately I called to the customer care again and again that executive assured me your problem will be resolved on given that executive also provide another Request No. (CAS-476236-P4L4) this time refunding date was increased but today is 18 June 2016 and I havent received my payment which I gave them by cash.I am just requesting to the DEN Co. kindly return my money otherwise I will drag you in consumer court.

I am using their services in Gurgaon and I must say it is Third class. Their services will be down for at least 2 times in a week and they are so shameless that even after frequent calls they will not fix their recurring issues. Problem is that they are providing service using co-axial cables used for TV cables and buy bandwidth from Wipro. Most of the time their cables will break and then connectivity will be down for indefinite number of hours. Secondly once every week they will have so called Authentication issues with Wipro and they will again take their own sweet time to fix it. For everything else they have coined a term Technical issue and you will hear this a lot every week. Most painful is their customer care and talking to them is like listening a recorded message. Guys.. save your time and energy and stay away from them. their 20 MBPS offering is just a mirage.. what;s the use of it if the network itself is not there. STAY AWAY FROM DEN BOOMBAND

I am a Den Internet user from Dec 2015. On 20 Apr 2016 I have paid a Cheque for Rs.2405/- as advance payment upto 20 July. The cheque was collected by a Den Rep from my residence. On 11th May they hae disconnected my internet in the plea that my cheque have been bounced. On enquiry from my Bank it is understood that the cheque has not been presented till date. Number of calls to customer care, emails to the company etc could not bring any result. My internet is still disconnected.

I never write many reviews but after seeing so many negative comments i was forced to write one. I am a user of den boomband since last 3 months and they always deliver the promised speed (10mbps in my case). Now to talk about the customer care experience I will say its amazing. I once had a problem and the internet was not working. It was 1 am and i called the customer care. They registered my complaint and i told them that i will be available only before 11 am so please make sure that your technician shows up before that time and Next day the techinician was there at 9:45 am and the issue was resolved in 15 mins(The wire had became loose from the box due to heavy rain that night). So those who doubt there customer care please be ensure that they value their customer. I dont know why so many people are criticising them.

I read a lot of bad stuff about the quality of internet and poor customer service on the internet before getting DEN BOOMBAND, but i let me tell you my personal experience.I stay in dwarka sector 10. I had TATA docomo fup broadband connection that gave me 8mbps speed+ 50GB data monthly @ Rs1350 (including taxes). Beyond this limit the speed went down to an unbearable 512 kbps. I have 3 users at home so my data used to get consumed by the end of first 15 days every month.I then took a leap of faith by getting DEN BOOMBAND (100GB data+20mbps speed@ Rs 1775/month(inc tax). They use optical fiber but that ends at the box in my society from there they used a cable wire to connect it to my router. It has been 20 days since i got my connection live, the browsing speed was always between 18-22 mbps( never went below that). Download speed has always been between 2-2.5mbps and also a whooping 6 mbps at times and everything went fine until last night when i lost connectivity. I called the customer care number but it said it does not exist. the next morning i checked for the another number on the website and called. The guy communicated well, gave me a complaint number assured me for tech support withing 24 hours. Now all those bad reviews started coming to my mind about bad customer support. i thought they wont even show up for the next couple of days. But to my surprise i recieved a call just withing 1 hour asking about my log in id and issue and he said that the tech guy will come to my place within an hour or 2. and here i am writing this review. My problem got sorted within 3 hours of registering the complaint. The issue was not on their part. The wire got broken in the den box in the neighboring society because of some construction workers. which the den guys repaired immediately.I dont know about other places in Delhi, but in Dwarka DEN BOOMBAND is really doing a great job and it is exactly like what ive been told by other users here. The BEST! AWESOME!Ill give it 5 STARS if it continues to be the same.
