Terrible upload speeds for the cost. Terrible customer service as well. Take up Excitel instead. For Rs. 600 per month I am getting 100 Mbps download and upload speeds with Excitel.Hathway cannot even match this - for Rs. 900 for 50 Mbps download and 5 mbps upload.

Its been 14 days today with no wifi in my area. With no calls or information about who will rectify this situation. Its completely irresponsible and ignorant from your side. When connected to the local hathway dealer he said he went for sister marriage and is not responsible for anything.Do u people only contact at the time of renewal only? So poor service and immature behaviour. I sent a mail before too but no reply. Highly unprofessional behaviour. if still not answered then will complain in the consumer forum. I have the bills. screenshots and complaint receipt too.

I have been trying to get in touch with Hathway employees for ages as my broad band is not working. Every employee picks up the phone and drops it down. They say contact Mr Rahan Gupta to have your service request handled. We dont know Rajan Gupta. Very poor provider. I think everyone should migrate to Airtel.

Trying Hathway no to record for non working of net but nt getting since morning

Not at all reliable, if you have have paid for 3months (2whole months would be utter waste because most of the time they have TECHNICAL ISSUES Without internet or the Slowest internet possible. If it rains for 1hour your internet would be stopped for atleast 6-8 hrs, My friend in the same area has another internet provider and i have to visit his place to use the WiFi inspite of paying these worthless people.All the positive 5 star comments are from their own executives. So please ignore them and DO NOT USE HATHWAY.

They took money from me in the name of connection and after taking 6 days delay they arrived at my place in Delhi and harassed me for a thing that was not done by me, since I am new to a place. Guys Don’t take their connection I had lost my entire amount since they are not picking my call even, when I demanded refund. Now I am planning to move to consumer court for which these people even don’t care. I personally feel this sort of company should be deregistered asap.

Would give 0 star if possible. Very disappointing service.1- internet connection disrupts very frequently and it takes them 1-2 days to fix after a lot of begging on the customer care and the local technician.2- Seldom got the promised speed. A 5mbps connection would not even give 150 kbps download. And if more than 2 devices are connected then it gets worse.3- NEVER give them your permanent mobile number as they will harass you to no end. I had deposited the modem, requested the customer care executive to delete my subscription and my contact info 8 months ago. I still get calls and sms on daily basis.
