I am extremely happy with the kind of quality and finish of the product I received from insaraf. I ordered a bed, though the delivery was delayed by significant time, but they did not compromise on quality, later I understood the reason for the delay, as natural wood has to be treated and seasoned before creating the desired furniture out of it. Rainy seasons are not favorable for seasoning, I would suggest people avoid monsoon season if they wish quicker delivery.Thank you Saraf for such an amazing product, I thoroughly love it and I am your customer for life :)

They are the biggest frauds. They sell products claiming sheesham wood with lifetime warranty. The pictures of my bar which I purchased are attached. I have been speaking and mailing them daily since 25 Sep. Every time I am told that within 48-72 hrs product will be replaced. Then I am told tecnician will visit. INSARaf I hope your senior technician is coming from within our country only. I Hope he is not coming from Africa. What shameless and fraud company insaraf is? You and your technicians havent been able to contact me since 25 September. Please dont buy any stuff from them. Dont waste your hard earned money.

The tracking ID wasnt working and i have to chat with customer care to know about the status of the shipment, post that delivery guy called and after few calls with him he call me on Tuesday that he will bring my shipment on wed but havent informed me about the time slot. Next morning around 6:15 in the morning he call and said he will be at my place in 15 mins, i have to tell him that its not appropriate time to come and then its was schedule for afternoon.The bed i got was of different color and fit and finish is not up to the mark, it such lovely wood and they have ruined it and is seems cheap labor built it instead of craftsmen or skilled worker. Joining the choir of individuals who have been consistently misled by Saraf on delivery timing (cant speak for the product yet). The system at Saraf is designed to essentially string along consumers dishonestly. They have no intent of making delivery on the date announced at the time they are trying to take your money. As soon as the order is in, your priority as a customer is reduced to nil. Every time you contact them, you will be in touch with a new person and a new date generated by their magic store date generator. To boot, their prices are actually higher than the market. Im new to India and my plan from here on out is to simply take the products I like and give it to a good carpenter. At least then I will be able to contact the person and hold them accountable. You should do the same. UPDATE: as you see below, Saraf actually responded to this review AFTER FOUR MONTHS, with a generic and inauthentic response. This is a great example of the timing and diligence you can expect from Saraf in my experience. In the end, I moved to escalate this and received a full refund for my order many months ago.

This is worst store ever! Customer service is at all time low.I ordered a table and a chair in June which was delivered on the 7th of July. The table was broken and I immediately sent them an email with the photos for a replacement (as instructed by people who came to drop and assemble the table).Its been a month today and they have still not out the table in production. In the month of July they gave me atleast 4 different answers (about the replacement product). I had to mail them continuosly. All contact ever made was from my side. They dont call, they dont reply unless and until you send multiple emails.At first the table was supposed to be here to in 10 days then it became end of the month, then it bec 8th August then it became 20th August. And I contacted them in the last week of July where they told me it will be shipped by 8th (via phone) and in the email they told me it will be shipped in 3-4 weeks.And today, the latest update is that it will be shipped from Rajasthan on 20th of August.The customer service is pathetic. They give different answers everytime. I told them to give me a refund as the product was not in production (as I was told) and then the same person told me that they cant refund after the product is dispatched. Ive had bad experiences like this with them. I filed a complaint online and found out that there were several like me.Please BEWARE. Do not order from here. They only have one number. They dont reply to emails. And even when they do, they reply, we are pleased to inform you that we have received your email.. this was the reply after more than 15 emails exchanges.When I told them that I had filed a complaint they told me you shouldnt have done that.Im asking for a refund and by their behaviour I know Im not getting one and I also know that the table will not reach me any time soon.They also told me that theyll forward my query to senior management but that was obviously false too.I dont know how this store is still in business. Delivery not on time due to which I faced immense difficulties . The bed did not come as promised and guests slept without one for a day.When you buy a new bed you expect it to look new. There were wood pieces sliced out on the rods. The hydraulic had rust on it and the ply had chipped in one or two places .The web site and the shop said there is a guarantee if replacement of bed or hydraulic if it malfunctions. INSF403932133 - center table - Its been 12+ weeks ...still havent recieved.INSF406232133 - Broken bed sent ( pics attached ) .....no one came to fix it despite 100s of calls and emails.Absolutely disgusted with the service and product from in saraf! Ordered a Sheesham wood bed from in saraf and was expecting the delivery after 8 weeks but to our surprise we received a call within four days for the delivery. The product delivered was way below expectation (looks like it was a returned product which they very cleverly passed on to us) - the bed boxes were made of mdf board and the bottom one is even thinner, with no hinges no support or handle to open n top of it they both were broken. It is nowhere mentioned on their website that the bedboxes are made of mdf not plywood. Told the delivery guy that we cannot accept it but they refused to take it back. Wrote a note on the delivery challan/receipt that broken product has been delivered but havent heard from them. Since that day i am chasing insaraf regarding my complaint - emails, online chat and phone calls but no solution has been provided yet. It is almost 3 month from the expected date of delivery still we have not received the furniture. It’s very pathetic experience with company. We had a very good experience from our past purchases from company .. but this time is not up to the mark.

I have been waiting for the sofa, I ordered on 25th Feb 2021.They are most the incompetent, unethical people I have ever dealt with.They dont care about you and the money you have given them.Custom care is of no use, instead of explaining the situation, they are in hurry to just wrap up the chat or call conversation.I wont suggest Insaraf to anyone.Still waiting for the stuff to get delivered

This is worst online furniture company. I ordered one bed and two side tables for gift purpose on my sisters wedding. Ordered on in November,2020 n delivery date was 24 Dec 2020. My sisters wedding is on 30 th January 2021 and till date I have not received my delivery. I have written at least 16 mails. They have never intimated me about status of my order.

Disappointed with the quality of products as well as after sales service. 4 defective side tables delivered to me against my online order. Almost a month, several emails and attempted calls to the helpline later, still awaiting replacement assured by company representatives. Would seriously recommend not to buy anything from them

Ordered a sofa, made the partial payments. And now waiting since last 2months approx. They promised for 4weeks. Initially before the payment they are very good and responsible but as soon we made the payment they never called and when I call they dont pick just send the messages for further vdelay dates. They have the best of furniture. I ordered a bed and a dining set and got delivered really on time. Good quality and reasonable prices.

Please dont trust these losers even one bit, it seems all the delays in delivery are true.. the coffee table I had ordered for my kids birthday was supposed to be delivered within 3 weeks, now it seems Im not gonna see the light of my order..Im having such a terrible time with these people.. save your money and time and dont trust this unprofessional money black hole.

Poor quality product and patatic customer support I ordered a dining table and paid 36k and they delivered me the defective product. Same was acknowledged by their installation team but when I approached to them they are simply delaying with lot of excesues.Now I doubt about the good reviews whxiy I saw on website as its seems to be fake or given by the company its self.Please dont buy any product from them and I recommend you tk buy furniture locally or through Amazon/Flipkart as they have flawless return policies.

I will strongly condemn not to buy anything from saraf furniture...they will take ur payment in advance...will not reply you then back on status or on delivery not on anything...they dnt have any answer or report where is ur ordered item. Took 2 orders from them kuber range of beds, coffee table etcThe first order , a big order, had quality issues but after persistent follow ups they fixed it.Bcos we wanted furniture consistency in our property we placed a smaller 2nd order for the kuber model. they delivered much late than promised. Again quality issues and no one bothers to get back. Many many calls just lands on deaf ears . You dont really know who u talking to. No real urge to keep quality standards or satisfy customers. We installed and fixed the issue ourselves with our carpentersJust the other day, (after our 2nd order) one of the solid wood beds literally snapped into 2 at its support beam! I havent bothered calling them to fix it knowing the disinterest they have to quality and service. We just got it done ourselves again.Stay away from them if u can! Too expensive for the quality the dish out. Unacceptable service levels.

Horrible customer experience. PLEASE NEVER THINK OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM HERE.Had placed order on 24 November 2020 from them, and they havent shipped it yet though they promised to ship it within 2 weeks.Have been daily calling them from past 1 month , everytime they promise to ship it within 2 days and a call back from senior manager.They dont even cancel order and refund my money back.But neither do they ship the product and nor do they call back.

Wish there could be a negative rating as well. First time in my shopping experience gave encountered such a pathetic service. They cant even provide proper dimensions of the product order, what to talk about finish and quality. The customer service is the worst possible with long hold up times and a commitment of reverting in 1-2 days for over 3 months. And then they have audacity to hang up on you. They should be thrown out of e commerce space for unethical practices.

Poor quality product ,misleading information on the website and no revert from the customer care team .They delivered a bed made of poor quality material and that too broken, product which was then assembled and the team hid the defects(broken support). Once I caught the defect the delivery person tells me that they just deliver and assemble and are third party team. I need to contact the customer care...no surprise that there is no response. Now I am stuck with a bed which is not too the specification mentioned on the website.Defects are as mentioned below along with imagesTo start with, on the website the product says the bed is made of SHEESHAM WOOD and nowhere MDF or ply has been mentioned. The bed received has the base and top made in very poor quality thin MDF which is highly unreliable to take any load.The structure on which the top ply rests is broken (Picture 1). And it is highly unprofessional, that the people who came for installation rather than acknowledging the defect covered it up with the top ply so that we don’t see it.The dovetail joint of the main frame don’t match with the grooves. (Picture 2)The Top ply is not cut to the size of the bed and do not have straight edges. At places, it doesn’t fit or leaves gap in between. (Picture 3 & 4)The base of the box uses such a thin ply that it will definitely break as soon as we start storing anything unless SARAF is expecting us to always keep it empty and not use it. (Picture 5)The image on the website shows hinges and a handle to open the bed storage area and the piece that we have received neither have hinges not handles to lift instead has a circular hole. (Picture 6)

Order a dining table on 18 January and paid Rs 36000 .The order is yet to be delivered.They only make false promises. Save your money and precious time .

Very bad experience bought a bed. They gave a defective bed. Their after sales services are very poor. The consumer care bangs the phone in between. Worst after sales ever... mails and calls are not replied to. I placed an order for a bed on 9th feb and recieved just one mail for in production status and the cust care does not respond even if they pick up the call... i think this is a fake site please order from reputed apps only this saraf furniture is a scam. I placed an order 3 months ago and like several other people all I ve experienced everytime I call the company is an assurance that the product will be shipped after a week.I have been calling since the last 2 months and each time I m given a date after a few days. Any time that I ask to speak to someone senior I m informed that the customer care employees do not have the authority to connect me to any one senior or in charge.I would give this company a negative rating of it was possible on this forum.I m.no longer interested in getting their product, just want a refund of the price I paid so that I can buy the table from somewhere instead of hanging onto the hope that maybe someday these people will deliver the product.Absolutely pathetic service. My order was placed on 15th December and was told by customer executive that it will be delivered in 24 days ...now they are telling me to wait till 15th Feb so that product will be ready and they will ship it after that.Very bad experience of buying from Saraf FurnitureUpdate- defective product was delivered with 6 weeks delay from expected date of delivery...called & mailed them multiple times for the same.It took 25 days to correct it from local carpenter. Not satisfied with the product as mdf board used are very thin and can break up with some storage. Better not to buy from Saraf furniture for mental peace and also to save money.

I have ordered a bar on 27 Nov 2020. Its been more than two months and the product has not been dispatched till date. I have called up their customer care number multiple times and everytime a new date is being assigned for dispatching the product( latest being 09 feb 21).Its the worst experience i have ever had with any ecommerce site.its a fradulent company and i would not recommend anyone to buy anything from there.

ORDER #INSF270842133, placed on 7 July 2020, its been almost 2 months now and there is absolutely no update as to when my correct order will reach me. Prepaid order of INR 33,000 and I have no information as to when my order will reach me. Had previously ordered my bed and other stuff from here which was also delayed about 5 years back, and 5 years later things have only become worse. Please beware of this company and DO not take a chance if you value your time. I would really appreciate if someone can either initiate a refund or inform me regarding the where abouts of my order. Very poor service! Its been 6 weeks since the order was placed for Solid Wood Bar Tully (Honey finish) vide Order Number INSF352632133.I have been repeatedly trying to make communication through their chat, whatsapp and also contact number provided with the order, however I have not been getting any satisfactory reply. They keep postponing the date of delivery. On chat, one guy Vihaan keeps giving vague replies about the order getting ready, giving a random expected date of delivery.A mail was sent to me on 25/01/21 from their end to make balance of payment without confirming that my furniture is ready for dispatch. After reading all the genuine reviews about all customers getting cheated the same way, Im sure that the company is a big fraud and is just taking advance payment for furniture, with no intention of delivering the products. I think, all of us must approach the consumer forum against this.
