We have taken membership from Mr. Mayank in sept. This was my first stay, for this membership and it was very amazing. The resort was good and rooms were also great. Had the opportunity to stay at Rangers Reserve, Corbett. I have just become a. Member of Star Inn and suites. The package they have given me included three complimentary stays. I just utilised the first one at Leela Ambience Gurgaon. Me, Wife and my son were very happy with the stay. more than that was the prompt response and support of the TEAM Star Inn who were always available to ensure ur comfortable stay. The properties provided in their package are out of the world. Looking forward to the next stay. We have always been wanting to take holidays but somehow it did not work out..... Read below and learn from my experience.Overview :-RATING:- Please go by your gut feeling and dont get swayed by companys rating, there is no free lunch; i learnt the harder way. After my bitter experience i can tell you with surety that their rating is manipulated; how and why i have proved down in this review.SERVICES :- I was refused hotel of my choise, even when i requested 15 days in advance during super off season (corona period). Their cleaver business model is to force down your throat an alternative option which is a trash/cheaper option, 30 km outside city, no meals/ breakfast, vacant space that no one wants to take. It will leave you with pain, a feeling of being cheated FOR NEXT 10 Years. Thats long enough to avoid them. Your wanderlust deserves a better partner -Anyday !!!Problem/ Reality:-Firstly, the company is not as grand as sales person claims, probably you are hearing their name for the first time. It has no property of itself, hence zero liability and zero risk for them; but for you its extremely risky to put your hard earned money.They work on partnership model, so you may be denied rooms on dates of your choice, as I was denied. They will force you to take an alternative option- it may be just a 2 star hotel (with 4-5 star services- as they conned me) .. 30 km outside the city & normally available at 1-2K ....... LOL. Their RCI option will cost you 2k more ( total 6K) with no meals/ breakfast. After all this, there is no guarantee of your booking on your dates.Their biggest selling point is authentic referrals. So, there may be people who they will refer for recommendation, but thats again a ploy. Remember these people are getting some incentive for that. Infact the moment you sing up, they would want you to be part of their referral nexus; without even availing their service... LOL... . They promise out of the way services to influencial persons who give them business through referrals- as i was also told.REMEMBER, there is no exit permitted under any circumstances. So, the person known to you is a trapped person and is recommending based on some patty gains; as he was recommend and fooled by trapped contacts earlier. After all he also needs to get his value, for which he paid for... eye opener right... But its true. Their business model adversity effects the integrity of some of the finest. They would say i never had a problem but it transpires to - i dont want to have any problem in future so i am giving business to company through you. But the fun will start when they will point blank refuse to meet your requirement when you need the most... Its true and i had first hand experience when i refused to be part of such a immoral thing.Sales team will make you enter the contract on false verbal promises, which has no legal standing and there is no exit option thereafter. If you are lucky to exit in first week on a technical reason, it will still cost you 25k and additional EMI foreclosure bank charges etc. So total damages will be close to 30 to 35K. FOR ME, EVEN AFTER A POLICE COMPLAINT AND CLOSURE OF MY CONTRACT... IT TURNED OUT TO BE A FREE DINNER THAT COSTED 35K OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH WHICH I COULD HAVE BOUGHT SO MUCHHAPPINESS FOR MY CHILDREN BUT WAS CHEATED AND THEY TOOK IT AWAY.All this while, you travelled by yourself and had an amazing time. Taking upfront tours is a better option than this. Dont get carried away in emotions, CHOOSE PEACE OF MIND OVER BEING CHEATED FOR NEXT 10 YEARS. REMEMBER, WHAT YOU WILL LOOSE IS MUCH MORE THAN WHAT YOU WILL NEVER GAIN. WHY DO YOU TRAVEL? JUST IMAGINE A HOLIDAY WHERE YOU ARE ALWAYS IRRITATED AND FIGHTING WITH THEM TO GIVE YOU YOUR DUE?? Me and my family visited this place over the weekend. It was an overnight stay as we needed a break for a day. The place is beautiful and staff is very courteous! The architecture is a traditional Rajasthani style with lots of greens, true to its name - Heritage. The food is also very good (which is a big part of a holiday for me!). They also have rooms for diabled people and ramps to access (most of) the property. This is a really big requirement for disabled people and this resort fulfils it!We all really enjoyed our stay there and strongly recomment it to all others!! It is something we will go back to!

I have been to three trips with StarInn..Rangers reserve resort in Jim corbett, Best Western in Manesar and Sterling Manali, all three were beautiful resorts with best in class services, I feel extremely happy to be associated with StarInn holidays. A big shout to Shehbaz who has been taking utmost care of our request.

Both the resorts locations are good but Resort RANGER is little far off but excellent.Room are good, cosy and comfortable.Food was very good particularly breakfast.All meal should not be compulsory. Then guests are stuck in the resort and cannot explore other venues.Staffs behavior was good and they were very polite and helpful.

After taking membership this was our first time we availed their services. the resort sterling manali offered was very nice and comfortable.we had a great time there.thanks Pooja and naina from the starinn for making this vacation good.

The Nainital holiday was excellent. The view from the resort was breathtaking especially the night view. Since the property was at a height, we could view the mountains as well as the lake.Manral resort at Jim Corbett is an outstanding place. Beautiful and serene. Excellent food and hospitality. Ample space and clean swimming pool. Billiard and table tennis was a hit with the kids

We were a group of 10 and had a great time at Rangers resort, Star Inn suites at Jim Corbett. The highlights of our two day holiday were campfire dinners , great serenity and view, tennis ball cricket. The resort has a charming African look and puts you in touch with nature. Staff is courteous. A must visit. Will go again.

We went to Jaipur and we stayed at Lords Plaza Hotel. The experience was good . .The hotel staff were co-operative. A special thanks to Star Inn (specially Mr Krishna) as we had by mistake mentioned 1 day less in our stay but the problem was sorted out . So thank you Star Inn suites for your help. Eastbourne property of Shimla of Star Inn is very good. The view from hotel was amazing. The staff was very polite and humble.Recommendable firm.

It was really a wonderful stay in Eastbourne-Shimla. Rooms were neat and clean and spacious too. Good services and staff was very courteous. Food was delicious and we also got 30% discount on food. Due to Covid 19 guidelines gym, spa and pool was not operated. But the view from the property was awesome. Really looking forward for next visit.

What a wonderful experience !We visited Rangers Reserve on 9th of March through Starinn (recommended by Mr Arun Mishra)It is one of the most beautiful resorts and is constructed in such a way that it will leave you mesmerized.The resort is situated deep inside the jungle and one will feel very close to the nature and will enjoy the picturesque view.The rooms were clean, staff was cooperative and food was great.There are lots of creatively constructed places to hang around and get yourself clicked.The last 1km stretch is an off roading stuff.We had the most remarkable holiday. Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that the entire hotel staff(especially Mr Singh) truly cared about us, and did their best to make this stay a memorable one.I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Will appreciate you with details of cheque/dd numbers and date. IF YOU REALLY MEAN WHAT YOU COMMIT TO CUSTOMER AND YOU ARE NOT DOING INTENTIONAL FRAUDS.Last post-A rosy offer may attract you for a while but reality is ZERO. Dream of many 5 stars but reality no where. They never have any option for you for desired date.Make a note that while offered they confirm you can get refund but while asked for they will show you the agreement which they will get executed very tactfully without giving you time to read and think about.There is no SERVICE and NO Refund. Payment made will be GONE forever with nothing for you.Its a pure cheating and payment for no service as promised, no refund AT ANY TIME (as committed).Beware of being Victim. At a very short notice and during the peak period from 23rd to 26Jan 2021,the Star Inn made arrangement at resort, East Bourne Shimla.A good experience to stay inspite of Covid-19 limitations.Rooms were very spacious,neat n clean,courtious staff,fast room service,quality of food good, and accommodative nature of managerial staff.we could not avail hot water pool services and Gym/Spa services due to covid.Resort requires more attention towards maintenance,which they told that the resort had recently re-popend after covid and they were on the way.Resort surrounded by nature and peaceful stay.love to stay again.

Guys .... i stayed in east bourne shimla... it was wonderful experience..i stayed there for 02 nights (21 jan 2021 onwards)...Prompt services and food was very delicious .. it was mouthwatering.....seriously..24 x07 hot water supply ,,underground swimming pool and terrace view was captivating...I would recommed to all to stay there and make your tour memorable...Very thankful to shahid khan and taniya..for booking my stay in just 15 mins...

The food here is delicious...we have stayed in a couple of times so the hotel ambience and hygiene are the best.Staff was friendly to us... and Star inn team responded well.

Never go to attend the meeting - They called us to come and attend an event in return for a free stay and vibes service coupon .They are totally fake -As after denying to there proposal -they handed over the expired Coupon to us.There main purpose is to fool people and try to convince them to buy there 10 year pack of 187000.The person trying to convince us was soo unprofessional that if you reject there Proposal they behave in very ridiculous way.

This was my first experience with Star Inn. They had planned my stay with my friends at Corbett National which was well planned and as per my requirements and preferences. A special mention of Star Inn Executive Shahbaaz who went all out to help and support whenever required and constantly followed my move. He has been very positive and constructive in his suggestions and assistance.Now a word about the venue Tusker trail in Cobett which a well laid out and nicely made resort with most of the basic facilities available. Food was hygienic and cooked nicely just like home made. However some suggestions for improvement:* Lack of adequate heating arrangements in the rooms.* A single quilt with a old blower when the temperature outside is 3°C is very uncomfortable.* Though the staff there was helpful but the place needs effective heating system specially for rooms.Overall a good experience and looking forward for better and comfortable places to stay in future. The response by Star Inn was outstanding. I had called Mr Sanjeev of Starinn on the way to Jaipur seeking an accommodation mid way on the Ajmer Jaipur Highway. Promptly ,I got a call from Mr Krishna,an executive from Starinn who did the needful . I feel that investment in Starinn Properties is worth its value and is a wonderful investment because of the Culture of the Company, their prompt response, flexibility and leadership by the Top Management of the Organisation.

They booked Ranger Reserve Corbett. When I found their food costs are too high, they convinced me saying, 25% discount on all food items. There was no other option for food only in Resort. The second option looked interesting and economical. Most of us dont eat much. Overall very nice hospitality & services from Starinn Suites and Retreat. Wonderful location of resort but not very good for old aged guests......

It was nice and being first trip through starinn was very good experience...I stayed at Sterling resort, Sariska for 2 nights.Resort was very good, spacious rooms, food was excellent, staff was very cooperative there.All this arrangement done by Arun Kumar Mishra, from starinn in a quick time. He is really very cooperative and inform all things in detail upto your satisfaction.

When we reached there at the moment we saw a silent location as we actually looking and the resort was amazing and room was also very good resort staff was also very supportive and food quality was very good means that kind of food you never get at outstation lovely food just like home made. Seriously this trip was one of the memorable trip I had.Thank you starinn for this wonderful trip.

Good reservations experience good resort

It was an amazing experience at Star Inn Suites & Retreat.The price was reasonable but the services given were fabulous n the staff was extremely soft spoken.Overall it was a delightful stay n we really enjoyed it.

I have visited to Sariska Tiger Heaven Resort and my resort was organised by Star Inn Suites and Retreat. This place is a must go if you are looking for peace, serenity and a quiet place away from the hectic schedule of city. The resort has good food, nice staff and its location is its USP, it is right next to the jungle. You will get to see beautiful birds and peacocks right inside the Resort. It is worth going and you can take the advice of Star Inn team.

I was assured to get 5 star hotels but I never got any 5 star property. Their properties are 3 star properties and these are available at about 2 to 3k online including breakfast. I am at loss. They take about 1 week to book a property and customer service, staff and officers are rude and unprofessional. They do not respond on time. They do not have much options to offer you at the preferred location and time. Do not waste your money with them.

Everything was just fantastic in “The Zion” Shimla.Great location, really pleasant, clean and comfortable rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Everybody was very nice.Great breakfast, dinner and other food stuff too.I’m so pleased to enjoyed the stay. Superb. We enjoyed. Environment out their was very soothing. Just loved the greenery of the campus. It has forest, mountains, river, everything in and around it. And also the food at restaurant was awesome.

What an epic trip it was as this time I had decided to go to Manali and stayed in star inn resort .The staff behaviour was tremendous and polite. Food, serene environment,lush greenery made up everything perfect.The quality of services provided by resort fellow staff were outstanding although we had to face a bit of traffic while travelling, but the perfect warm welcome and obviously extreme beautiful view from the balcony of my room and delicious food was the biggest reward one can get after a hectic travel.Thank you star inn and team for the quality of hospitality provided by you guys.

Our stay at Kabeela Resort was very good. My Family enjoyed the location and activities. Its very nice place with natural beauty and without any disturbance. The location is very relaxing. They called us to come attend an event in return for a free stay. After a lot of persistence we agreed. They have given us a voucher in which stay is free. But you have to pay Rs2600 for food per day. The price of most of the properties in the list is around Rs1000. And most of them are 1 star 2star properties.

It was a very nice place with lush green gardens and a beautiful swimming pool. The food served was excellent at night, it was beautifully lot and we really enjoyed the Safari ride arranged by Rangers Reserve. The staff was extremely hospitable to us. We would like to visit this place again!
