I wanted to talk about applying for undergraduate program and the gks program. And they asked me to wait and they just hung up on me. They didnt even guide me or answered my questions properly

I mailed them asking about the scholarship and there’s no response at all . I was told to ask the korean embassy in India about it by the international students service of korea and look these people can’t even respond to a mail !Please please respond

Not too helpful if you want some advice because mostly you dont even get to meet the counselor

The visa application process was pretty smooth. I got my visa on time without hassle. One star less because they dont have card or online payment for the Visa fees. I had to go to nearby atm to withdraw cash. Apart from this, the staff was friendly. I would recommend people to apply themselves without taking help of any agent. You can call on their number online ask for requirements and can go to submit your visa application yourself. It took me 20 min to complete the process.

This Embassy in the Chanakyapuri region of New Delhi is the best embassy I have ever visited. The officials here are very responsive and helpful and they listen to your queries with utmost care. They offer various services to Indian nationals and immigrant Koreans staying in India. I am sharing this piece of information because I have myself visited this place and was fortunate enough to have experienced the joy of talking with the generous senior officials of the Embassy. If ever given chance, I would like to visit the place again.

The word is rude - people in the embassys visa dept bang the phones without giving an ear to your problem. And their agency VFS does not bother picking up the phone.

I dont understand if they have yo send the applicants to VFS then on what gounds they have mentioned in their esteemed website that they entertained visa applications?????? At VFS SUPERB POOR SERVICE AND VERY ITRITATING!!

Pathetic service. no response from VFS regarding the visa status and the helpline no. provided in the website does not get connected at all. express visa fees a mere waste as they take the normal 5 days for issuance of visa.

South Korea Embassy in VFS Global is very nice and staff are very friendly it took me only 15 minutes to apply for my visa

The civil service room is clean, and all the staff are friendly and follow the Corona quarantine rules well. One inconvenience is that there is no parking lot.

Every time I visit, I always feel good.

Its not far from the airport, but you can think of it as taking about 40 minutes by car due to traffic jams. When visiting, you must turn to the right side of the building, not the vehicle access road, to get to the place where you can handle complaints. When entering, simply write down your name, purpose of visit, etc., receive a visit card, and go through the search counter to enter. All of the staff were friendly and handled complaints well. When inquiring by phone the day before, he kindly explained and was relieved in many areas. I had to add a passport visa, but when inquiring over the phone, I didnt say that the cost should be in local currency, so I didnt have any money when I came, but he kindly processed it in USD for calculating the exchange rate. It was comfortable to read, and there are models with good air conditioners and air purifiers. I had one or two visitors, and the complaint handling was easy, but fast.

I am always satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and the quick work done.
