Surya Grand is one of the best hotels in West Delhi. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The restaurants at the hotel offer great food. The service and the staff are good and well mannered. The banquets in the hotel are well furnished with a good capacity for gatherings which can be booked for any kind of celebrations like birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, get-togethers, family functions, and weddings. The parking is spacious and the valley staff is very responsible. I honestly recommend the stay at this hotel.

Stayed here for a wedding. The hotel rooms were clean, comfy and well maintained. The banquet hall looked amazing and the food was top quality. Had a blast, would recommend to anyone.

Our stay at this hotel, on 18th Sep21, was fairly good. It was my sons birthday party on the 1st floor banquet-hall of this hotel, we had decided to stay at the hotel post-party.The room was generally fine, matching the tariff. Cooling was excellent in the room, and it was quite neat and clean.But it was the overall food & service quality at our party, which was outstandingly good. Every snack and food item was delicious, and each of the staff (waiters, bartenders, manager) were very warm and responsive. I would love to have my next party at this hotel.The manager Ms.Rashi was personally a very professional and responsive lady.- Paresh

My mother and I were sitting at the lounge area at the reception waiting for a client. Their banquet sales staff named Mr. Naveen came and told me and my mother to vacate the place immediately for him and his guests in a very rude and unapologetic manner.He was unprofessional and lacked manners towards guests. How can he tell guests to vacate the place when they are already seated? My mother and I felt severely insulted.I am not going to recommend this place to anyone as the staff lacks basic hospitality manners. Avoid this place if you do not want to get insulted.Also, their banquet staff would literally push you for tips and would bother you again and again by their salutes. Either they are not paid the salary or they also lack professionalism.

We booked a bday party on 12 sept 2021,our experience with surya grand was up to the mark,food was delicious,nice ambience, cooperative staff ...Always recomended...

Rooms were ok, old bed sheets, no pest control done there were plenty of pest/ants in our room. We had a couple stay for 9 days. There was no warm water facility in the washroom and on regular complaint and request they told us that our boiler is spoilt and we have no intention of getting it fixed before winters. Not recommended for any kind of stay. Total waste of money.
