Its fraud company. Please dont take hotel packages from them. When you are interesting in taking in package then will show their fake concern and all but at the end they fool you and collect the 10 thounsand money for every booking after even submission of 1 lakh.

FAKE COMMITMENT:Fake commitment of rooms upto 21k + payment confirmed as emi with 0% interest but in actual interest was charged (team mentioned that it will be refunded but nothing received in actual till date).I had taken the membership in Nov 2019 with the false promises of providing rooms upto 21k per day in written. In Jan 2020, when i had requested for booking, team was not ready to give rooms of cost more than 6k per day inspite of me having a document to support it. So its a fake commitment made by the team. Also the team response time is very slow.

The company is going nowhere. They have discontinued their telephonic support. The mail support is also delayed. Moreover on top of it, they are blantly saying no to the services you paid for.For potential customers thinking to join it.. Simply a no no.Its a 10 yr engagement think twice before joining it.I believe it was my biggest mistake in the 2nd yr itself.

There is no rating from sideI have been called and invited by members/volunteer of Club Resorto for 50th anniversary with free night dinner and said they want to extend their public domain in hospitality.I went with my wife, there was nothing in the hotel only six seven people was sitting and interrogating with the customer for some deals, i dont know what was actually.But now my turn with warm welcome and 2 staff allotted me for deals(Deal=Selling of hotel staying package at national and international location with multiple benefits as they said for 5 and 10 years.). With the rate of package i was not able to buy same and they enforced me to buy this package with exclusive deal finally with 50,000/- via credit card and said me to convert the same amount in EMI and they will also pay me interest back in every 3 month.But till now i am following for same and continue writing mail to them but there is no response from there site.Now i wrote final mail to revert my all money back to me and i am not able to continue with your package with worst response from your side.if you would not reply me and i am going to file police complaint against these frauds.1. All properties which we have visited were excellent. Nice location, superb rooms and nice services. Really enjoyed.Reservation desk people are very co operative.Properties in Barcelona and Paris were very good.Also availed booking at Washington DC. That was also very comfortable.

Our stay is very nice at Mysore. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Buffet breakfast is very good many options to choose from. Food is tasty restaurant staff is very much approachable and friendly. Room service takes time here especially during peak hours.Overall nice experience.

Club Resorto. I had excellent experience with Club Resorto. I purchased membership last year in February I have taken 3Holidays. Dubai, Goa & Shimla with my family. They provided 4star hotels services. I really enjoyed lot with my family. Now in coming November again I have planned my holiday with Resorto after COVID. They booked my holidays in advance for Rajasthan. This is genuine feedback for company. Genuine staff they response by mail & calls both. If you want to book your holidays I will advise pls book it in advance they provide good options they plan all activity side scene air tickets on genuine rates. So I would suggest Club resorto good company in holiday industry.

We stayed here 2 nights. A perfect location to enjoy Barcelona! Walking distance to everything. Your Hotel Team is quite possibly the most attentive, polite, and knowledgeable staff weve met in a hotel so far. We loved our room and the balcony. We had an amazing dinner sitting at the bar at Informal. We soaked up the sun and wine on The Rooftop. Breakfast each morning was exactly what we needed. Everything was perfect! Club Resorto is one of the fastest growing companies. Only Thats why, I booked my ticket from them. My experience with Club Resorto was absolutely amazing. We had booked a tour of Malacca with them. Everything was planned well right from the travel to the hotels and the meals. The tour was quite informative and hassle free which would not have been the case if we had travelled on my own. It saved me the planning and managing stress. They made the holiday tour fun and enjoyable. I’m glad I had booked my tour through them and would like to thank them for such a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our holiday with Club Resorto. The view from resort in Auli was serene. Rooms were cozy and clean. All required facilities were available at the resort. The only thing i disappoint about they had less options in breakfast.

It is a totally fraud company. They will promise you five star properties and then gave you Oyo Rooms of cheaper quality.When you will ask for refund, they will not do and make all excuses for that. I am struggling from last one year to get my refund from these cheaters. Be aware. Dont ever trust this company.

So you can see the city in daylight as well as evening lights. I have taken a Membership with Club Resorto for 5 years. Even though this call this as valuable association , they are really Pathetic even in your experience of booking. I am trying to get the details since last 2 months for a simple booking for my visit in Goa and dealing with Mr. Santosh but i am really frustrated with the fake promises to call me back with answers within 2 hours but no return for 4 days. No response on mails many times for many days. Latest call from me to Santosh on their booking contact no. was on 23rd with a promise to return on query on same day within hours but i am still waiting for answers or even a return on my mails. This is going on since 2 months.If the booking is so difficult , how can you expect a service in actual stay organized by them.

Nihara resort &spa Kochi is a beautiful place to stay for family, Santosh has booked this place for us we stayed for 3 days. The location and ambiance are nice. The staff was very well behaved and helpful. Overall it was a good trip.

Overall our the experience with the club Resorto membership has been great.. The hotels were good quality and service has been excellent within and outside country. All properties which we have visited were wonderful and were located in good areas and off course the rooms were super clean. The only precaution that we took everytime was booking our hotels in a month advance so that we get maximum options. We have been on 2 international and 3 local holidays with our 1.5 year of membership and had some great time specially on the long weekends holidays when the price surge becomes unreasonable in hotels but not for us with this deal. Also, one of the things that we loved in this package was inclusion of breakfast specially for international trips, it helped us with a great start of the day. Anyone who aspires for a good quality break and doesnt like to compromise on stay this is a winning deal. Few things they can do better are : their booking experience can be better and smooth. Also the hotels chain in few places are limited that can go better. Barring the two the experience is great !

Top of Eiffel tower, cruising in river Seine, and a must visit to Disneyland Paris. For shopping, Paris is the best country in France.. It is famous for its perfumes. One must buy perfume from there.
