Decent location. Neat and clean. Staff behaviour must improve. While checking in the card was not worked.when I approached the reception they are too busy with other works.

They say superior rooms but it is as good as oyo room or may worst than that, no management of anything. rooms are disaster smelly, and in the name of amenities they have given water bottles only. rest you have to ask even towels were not there they no sir we dont keep towels. it is worst ever experience I have that to in place like aerocity. and they charge for that 3000 and more. who said it is family friendly there is nothing like one can take their family there. and last but not the least they always try to fool. simple

My second stay in less than a month. location is great just next to the malls. Rooms and washroom is clean and spacious for a solo traveler. minimum toiletry supplies provided,( hand wash and shower gel). Others are purchasable if needed. The Cafe is minimalistic in its offering. Breakfast menu is sparse but adequate for the job, the lunch if pre booked is a fixed menu is dal, subzi and egg curry or paneer. Dinner buffet is slightly better. wifi is decent and connects two devices. Speeds are not super fast but for emails, web browsing the speed is adequate. Room service tends to be slow but one can just walk across to the food court across the red. The hotel is geared to serve transit passengers given its location close to the airport or the business traveler and seen from that perspective everything is good and a great deal.wifi, quiet ambiance. All essential elements in place.

Red fox Delhi , Great Hotel , very courteous front desk , they were so cooperative & helpful during whole my stay was really overwhelming. Guest comfort was their only priority .I am definitely be staying again there for sure.Food was good with fair pricing , Restaurant is open till 11 pm but inroom dining was available 24 hours , with prompt service. Strategically Located near T3 Delhi opposite Hotel Roseate House has Airport just in your neighborhood and Aerocity Metro Station at a walking distance.Worldmark Towers are just round the corners fulfilling all your food cravings , lounging . I had booked this place a few weeks ago and it was a good experience overall. The staff were polite, professional and available. The rooms seem to be well maintained, and adequate for solo personal/business trips. A small annoyance was that basic toiletries were missing even though the rest of the room was prepped. By and large most staff were great and sensitive to customer needs. Hope that doesnt change. Good job!!

AvoidableThis place is unlike the high end hotels of the Lemontree/Red fox chain. Front desk staff is rude and highly unprofessional. Check in takes forever. Staff is on equal footing and is highly inefficient. Rooms are passable in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Housekeeping staff does not attend to requests made by guests. All in all, this place is highly avoidable unless you’re stuck here for some reason. Much better options are available in same area for similar pricing. I won’t recommend this place at all; stay away.

The place needs better tending to. The stink in the rear and the basement parking is unbearable. The path around the block needs maintenance. The feedback from a guest also indicated an overall lack of involvement towards cleanliness/ maintenance.

Booked the room as an single occupant and room too was accordingly provided. Its fine quality wise, clean alongwith fair window size. No mini bar. Food menu was limited, and normal with quality. Its in same building, where Lemon tree premiere is.

Spent one night with friends.Just like any other normal hotel. No extra service no extra features. They charge for cutlery and extra bathroom accessories too.For triple sharing they will give you a folding bed that is heavy, full of sound and music even if you change your side everyone in the room will get up 😀. Uncomfortable. Main bed is good though. Redfox is by LemonTree and it was in aerocity, Delhi.

This is to bring to you notice that the Sales Executive of Redfox Hotel, Delhi, Mr. Girija is highly unprofessional. We had sent an query and he reverted with the pricing. But on booking confirmation, he neither replied via mail, nor did he responded to calls and messages. He called back after few hours and told that he can only provide the confirmation number after 3 hours, and very rudely responded that if you want the booking then say yes and he will proceed with the same or told us to look elsewhere. Despite assurance of immediate payment, he took 5 hours to release the booking voucher. Our clients check-in was the very next day at 9.00 AM and despite raising the urgency of this booking he deliberately delay the process hampering the relationship with our clients.Please do not deal with this person any further.The previous sales person, Mr. Ashwini was agile enough, and took less than an hour to complete the entire process and provide the booking number upon confirmation.

Hotel is located at good place. This is next to the airport and there are lot of other hotels as well. This is very near to the Worldmark mall and food court.

Hotel took care of covid situation very properly and staff is very attentive.perfect location near Airport. great service and attentive staff. Good food quality and surrounding vicinity is also really great for spending some leisure time . So I think its right place to stay Inn giving real value for money. I am looking forward to visit the property again and would definitely recommend.

The room and stay were good. However, the front desk services were the worst I have seen. They dont have any value for time. Even after informing front desk 1hr in advance that i need a drop at airport at a particular time the hotel cab arrived after 20 mins. Bill was also not prepared even after prior intimation. I stayed in this property for about a month in Nov 20. Well this property is co-located with lemon tree hotel in Aerocity.Check-in was smooth, Crisp linen and clean washroom.Rooms are a bit small but have all basic amenities lyk LED , Electric kettle , hair dryer etc. DTH is equipped with all channels unlyk few chosen channels in many hotels.I had all complimentary meals with my booking. Food was fine. Breakfast is good. Lunch and dinner is just average with limited menu but since I had a long stay I didnt require a lavish menu for weight management.Overall this property is recommended for business travellers. For families esp with children I will recommend to book 2 rooms as the rooms are a bit small.

The rooms are not very big. There are separate charges for basic amenities such as dental kit, bathroom slippers etc. Considering the charges for the room, these provisions should be provided. The breakfast was decent. Consider staying only in case of solo travel and overnight stay.

Stay was decent but the check-in process was slow. Form filling is an important formality I know but the staff at the reception should brief and understand the form first rather than asking everyone to fill the arriving from column. Since I am from New Delhi only I wrote NA but he got upset and asked me to write Delhi(Shoutingly). I completely understand they are busy and hardworking but the should know how to handle guests properly!

I personally find this Hotel very nice, and staffs services were so quick and impressive. Everything was perfect and they have all the amenties which were mentioned on the site. Breakfast was very tasty and well served by hotel staff. They also helped me for pre-checking with nominal charges. Rooms and washrooms were so clean with all the toiletries. I must recommend this hotel who wants to visit Amritsar and also Ill prefer to visit again in furure as well.

My Husband use to work here so I booked the hotel on his insistence and it was very good, check in and luggage delivery was very good. Food was brilliant. Room was small but that is fine for a single lady. Only issue was AC and TV was not working, Since, I was tired I did not complain. In all good stay, will definetly come back.

The red fox hotel has wonderful security provisions. I think that’s why makes it so great, the security men here are the sweetest and most helpful! They’ll help you get cabs and make sure you’re comfortable in every manner. They have the sweetest dog as well, she’s an angel!

Food was pathetic. We booked room with all three meals but lunch buffet wasnt provided. We were served fixed menu food in lunch. We were given egg curry in the name of non-vegetarian food. Dinner was even worse with lauki ki sabzi and moong ki dal in main course. Chilli-chicken served in dinner buffet was the only saviour. Only breakfast buffet was good and lavish. When complained we were given an excuse that due to low occupancy in the hotel the buffet is being compromised. The hotel rooms are small and bathrooms dont even have basic amenities like dental kit , soap and comb etc. We called up house-keeping for an extra glass in the room and to our utter surprise we werw told that sending an empty glass in the room would be chargeable @75+ taxes . Hotel staff is polite and friendly. Hotel property is well maintained. Food served is a major issue they should address as soon as possibleWe were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary .... we requested for a complimentary room upgrade but we were denied any inspite of low occupancy at the hotel.

Time of check in, greating was absolutely missing, in my whole stay only one person wished me which was gate security guard when I went out to collect my delivery item.5.only one counter opened when see check in line is getting long another staff opened and at the same time closed.Left me in mid of check in.6. Gud staff... found it better than the Park hotel. The door man was exceptionally friendly. The staff at the restaurant is also courteous... simple affordable rooms.

Rooms was small but nice and clean. Polite staff as well as room service. The only thing was there were not dental kits and nice fluffy towels also the key was not working several times but overall it was a nice experience.

May be it COVID is the reason for not been able to provide their best service. But people who are spending money expect to be provided with the greater value in return.COVID guidelines is the reason they mention when we request to turn the AC low. They cannot do it less than 22I wouldn’t say not to choose it but I would recommend not to choose it during COVID situations.

The stay was comfortable. Checkin was smooth, the staff is polite and well mannered. The only challenge is the food part. I ordered breakfast in the room, and it was pathetic, all the items were smelly, cold, and it quality was all over the place.

Stayed in the hotel on 29th May. Booked a day room and checked in at around 11:30AM.Stay was poor and below par. Hotel room was okay. But the biggest issue was them not running the AC up until 4pm. I called them and comlained about 6 times. I was sitting in a room with no AC from 1130 am - 4pm. Bunch of their guys even came to the room and the temp inside the room was 29 degrees on his meter. This happened three times. But nothing was fixed.They didn’t do anything to fix it and said AC will be on at 4pm. NEVER staying in this hotel ever again

Very nice, n very cheap accommodation compared to other hotel.

Rooms are smaller than expectations. Bathroom space is also very very very congested (approx 2x2) where you can only stand and bath. other facilities are good. Hotel Staffs are very good and responsive. Night Bulbs can be provided in rooms. Overall Good. Better than Average.

Feels like 5 star hotel even though it is 4 star. Privacy & security at its best. Food is also good. Smoking rooms and non smoking rooms are separated. If u smoke in a non smoking room they will charge u fine of Rs.5000 towards room sanitization.

I stayed in Red Fox hotel in quarantine after flying in from London. My stay was good. For reasonable tariff the room was clean, comfortable, with a separate shower room. The food was reasonable. They always rang after meal to make sure we had received it. I am used to eating dinner early and n request they served me early. All in all it was a good stay for me. Would recommend it for future travellers in the Vande Bharat flights.

Not value for money . I have book room through agoda site and the pictures shown in site and real room are different. They does have hygiene also.
