Check-inn took some time, even though there were only 2guys. Other then that, the stay was really good and comfortable. Rooms are spacious enough and had all the amenities. But they refused to help when I asked if I could charge my phone somehow as I forgot mine. Not the most helpful staffz but the hotel itself is pretty good.Rooms

Be it Ahmedabad, Jaipur or Delhi or even Lucknow.Rest assured.You would get the same hospitality experience in every location. The rooms are clean and the requirements of every customer arriving after a hectic flight gets taken care of very professionally.I remember checking in at midnight hours with utmost convenience and zero waiting time.Yes, checkout was a pain, due to the crowd and the timing.This site is within 2 kms radius of the airport covered in the Aerocity district..... If you have business over here, it makes sense to choose this one place of luxury. During my stay, I had to travel twice to the city centre, and, believe it or not, I spent almost 4 hours in the cab, to and fro!The buffet was sumptuous with all-you-need variety. The rooms were a bit small, probably because of the pricey location, near the airport.One catchy stuff was the tent card on display at every table which reminded you of the water wastage. Hats off the team designing it. The staff serves only half a glass of water... which sends the message across in a subtle manner.Worth a visit, worth a stay, everytime.Date of Experience # May 2019

I went there for a mini trip with friends. Lemon tree hotel is beautiful. The rooms are good and clean . Reception services, room service, & house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained , polite and responsive staff. The restaurant is also good, we ate at the buffet at Citrus. Excellent service overall â ¤ .

This is NOT the Property Lemon Tree Premier Aerocity, I thought, when I reached the Lobby / Reception at around 11.30 am, as usual, the Front Office Executives were busy in attending Walk-in Customers than to us who had booked. Finally, after number of requests, Was allotted a Room ( a Standard Room) at 1.10 noon. ( We understand, its pandemic situation, rooms may be getting readied, and our check-out was supposed to be at 2.00 pm ) Yet, the Executives can be polite and convince the guests to wait if the case is genuine. They dont look at the Guests who are booked. 2. Dinner Buffet, was just horrible with limited options on the Counter. Whatever was available it was cold. Rotis / Naan arrive at their own time after the Curries get cold. There was hardly anything on the Desert menu. Yet the Buffet Dinner Price was fixed at INR 999.3. When, I asked for dental Kit- The Front office guy curtly replied - It is chargeable. I asked since When, The answer was For the past 2 months 4. Breakfast - the less I write the better for my fingers! Again - The Idlis were rock-hard. There was hardly anything worth trying on the Buffet spread. I should settle for Cornflakes and Milk. 5. This is no more the same Lemon Tree Premier, I used to Enjoy my stays at!.

I would suggest you to choose another hotel for your stay as the experience provided is comparatively poor and it is literally waste of money and time.The management treats its staff very badly. They all seems to be overworked and exhausted.Their was one person was not able walk properly but still he was doing the work. He was wearing the badge of industrial trainee.Poor people, they must be treated like slaves.The room size is small and the amenities provided are not up to the mark.The only good thing about the hotel is its staff.But I would suggest you to choose another hotel for your stay as the experience provided is comparatively poor and it is literally waste of money and time.

We booked 2 rooms for 5 people from Goibibo, but due to last moment flight delay, 4 people couldnt check in the hotel and only I arrived at the hotel. I narrated the incident at reception and he agreed to upgrade 1 room with complimentary dinner, even though the hotel was booked online without meal plan. The staff at hotel and restaurant were very polite and gentle. Food quality in the buffet dinner was also good. Rooms was also well maintained. Overall for me the Goibibo deal was worth money

Most disgusting hotel ever. Worse than 2 star hotels. I have just checked in here, no lift from the parking. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for just check-in formalities, then carry the luggage on our own. The facilities that were initially shown as included during booking are all chargeable now. Wifi is not working, even after complaining no assistance whatsoever. I wonder what more problems to face during our stay here. And above all, the front desk doesnt even pick the call. Need to try 4-5 times before they finally gets the time to talk to you.Do not ever waste your money here.

Horrible Stay, even the staff was not courteous. Not up to the mark at all. Valet Parking was not available, customers had to bring their own bags. It’s no where written as well so that customers can look for some other place.Requested for breakfast in room ,due to some issues, was denied immediately. Very rude and unhelpful staff. I stayed in Lemon Tree for 2 nights. This place is very close to Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. It is located in Aerocity Hospitality district. We took taxi from the airport and reached the hotel within 7-10 minutes. The best part about this hotel is the location. Right next to the hotel, there is a mall and lot of wonderful eateries to choose from. It is very safe to take a walk in the nearby area and it is very clean too.We had a Deluxe room with the airport view. The room was pretty decent and had all the essentials provided like bath towel, dental kit, shower cap, water bottles etc. They did not provide bath robes or slippers though. The room service was good. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.Inside the hotel, they have a pool however it was closed because of Covid. Having said that you can definitely walk around the pool or sit by the pool (swim is not allowed currently). They have a nice restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner. They offer a variety of food from continental to typical Indian food.They have made an effort to decorate the hotel nicely. One can just walk inside the hotel alley and take a look at the artifacts and the paintings inside the hotel. The Reception area also looks decently inviting. Overall I enjoyed staying in this hotel and would definitely recommend.

Not that expected as it shown in images and I have paid for. Pride plaza has beautiful interior available rooms for guests and good buffets in a friendly hall. And you will guys see 1k rupees difference between lemon tree(just name and fame) and pride plaza(you will get more, less pay)

Very small room and washroom..service is very slow..nearly missed the flight due to delay in breakfast. At last had to cancel the order and run for my flight. Had booked for 3 people but everything provided was for 2. Neat and clean. Like the idea of recruiting differentially abled staff🙂. But services and service speed improvement are a long road..(On an additional note they dont even wish or congratulate on the bday which is expected in such good chain hotels yes i went to stay there on my b-day..)

The service of hotel poor & pathetic. When you enter hotel for registration it appears as if we are getting our registration at a railway counter. Its very cumbersome & receptionist was busy on his mobile phone. Room is small & average. Buffet is pathetic. Never ever i have seen suji ka halwa that too ordinary preparation in a buffet. However only plus point is that they have employed deaf & dumb in their staff & in addition security staff is good. Would not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Its pathetic.first of all it took almost more than 1 hour to get room keys after check in at hotel as staff were occupied in gossiping with each other. Services are really pathetic. I cant compare them with any other B or C grade town hotels even they are much better than this hotel. You have to remind them after every 15 minutes as they are over occupied and cant serve all customers at a time.

I cannot believe how the standards have dropped drastically especially when it comes to their buffet options, it just feels incomplete. The check-in process as usual takes forever pre and post pandemic same situation. Although the 2 stars Im giving is absolutely for their staff available at our service during breakfast/Lunch/dinner buffets they are absolutely warm and ever smiling individuals, especially I would like to appreciate Mr.Mandeep I believe that was his name who was present to take care of us during breakfast buffet. Again I would like to point out these 2stars are only for that staff and security staff present at the gate to frisk us. They are filled with warmth and kindness. They should really make the check-in process easy & less time consuming because your guests and the reception staff both are struggling as I noticed.

The reception desk has very small staff , when crowded you have to wait for more than 30 mins for just check in yeah thats right half an hour for check in . Rooms are small like very small when comparing to different properties i advice you to spend just a couple of bucks more and have a roomier room . Beds were small and way to soft for a person to sleep. One thing i found really admirable they have staff who are dumb , really appreciate that giving employment to handicapped people yes kudos to that. In room dining menu is good but dont expect much , taste was good quantity was sufficient for two person(single main course dish) . over-all a good experience but they require a revamp in the process of checking in as its darn slow.

I stayed in the hotel during this strict lock down period, and I must say, even during such a crisis situation, the hotel is providing really good hospitality if not the best. These days when it is becoming increasingly difficult to travel, and for the people who cannot avoid travel completely, this hotel is a really good option. I did not have to worry a lot about my personal safety being in the premises of the hotel. The room was clean and sanitized and so were the common areas like lobby and corridors. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was also good and hygienic.

Have been there only once because of the poor service provided by front desk staff. I wonder are they even trained for wht they have been sitting there. Before reaching we already called them and asked about early check in procedures and the extra charges I will need to pay however even after agreeing for extra charges of early check in they made us wait for around 1 hour saying the room is not ready yet. Also we requested them to complete the check in process so that once the room will be ready we will be able to move in bt they denied for same also. The worst part was the lobby ACs were not working and we were exhausted to the peak. Worst service in respect of hospitality.

The rooms are very small. No variety in food. For vegetarians one has to survive on one vegetable and dal only. No variety in buffet dinner. Resturant services were poor.As compared to other lemon tree hotels overall experience was very bad. In the room on opening the almirah it was stinking badly. On reporting they jus sprayed the room freshner and that was all. The hotel is only gud for its location. Otherwise not at all recommended.for long stays.

1. Check-in took time and the lobby is HOT😠 with no AC or even fan2. Room was too HOT (30+DEGREE CELCIUS), which was attended after 2 hours. Then also it was 24-25 at AC outlet. But room was too HOT,,, 😠3. Fan also doesnt give proper coverage on the bed.4. We had to use damp towel without which it is not possible to stay or sleep5. Hotel experience:Extremely horrible experience. We booked a room for 1 day whereby we reached hotel at 5 pm due to flight delay. To our surprise it was mentioned by very helpful hotel reception that we have booked a room thats day room and we have check out by 6 pm. Even after informing them that we will check out by 11.30 pm ( flying international), no help from their side.Finally we had to pay additional amount that made that room almost as expensive as in marriot.Room experience:The room was at the far end of corridor, with dine in cutleries outside several rooms. The outer cover of key card reader was broken, entered room in 2nd attempt.The room was a budget room with a deluxe price.Not the best experience.

Its a very old establishment. You can see how the years have taken a toll on the building and fixtures within the room. It took over an hour for checking in. Even though we had booked our room 3 days ago in advanced, our room wasnt ready when we arrived. The food was exorbitantly priced. Although they did allow food from outside, you have go and collect it yourself at the entrance.

This seems to me like a old property converted in to a new look. Hotel rooms are small. Not clean. In such crucial times of COVID they were not even maintaing cleanliness. I could find dust every corner of the room. Towel were old and bed sheet was also not washed properly. I wouldn’t recommend this particular hotel for a stay in aero city Delhi. I forgot to click the picture as I was upset that the blow drier wasn’t working and my complaint was avoided. 👎 I gave two stars only for lemon tree brand which I earlier experienced in various other cities.

We were refused adjacent rooms on base of multiple excuses which seemed untrue as once we approached senior management we did get the same adjacent room which 1. Had water leakage issue 2. Was already checked in into by other customer.Room service was good but rooms didn’t have basic things available at checkin like toiletries, towels and basic glassware. We had to call housekeeping for everything.None of the in room dining bills were billed to room bill for one shot payment. Each item we ordered had to be paid at the time of receiving which was a big hassle and inconvenient.Breakfast buffet didn’t have much to offer despite being charged for full buffet there were no raw fruit varieties and juices to choose from. It was mostly south indian idli dosa and a live counter for omelette.

I stay in lemon tree premier delhi aerocity for 2 days 12 to 14 This is the ridiculous stay in this hotel this is 5-star property this hotel is poor in service seriously i check in at 2 pm and they give my room keys at 4 pm they take 2 hours for room check-in.In the lobby ac is not working in the rooms Ac is not working, Rooms are suffocated that they give to me.Even the room service that i call and order something at room dining the didnt pick calls and food and beverage comes in 1 to 2 hours after ordering Seriously pathetic experience i feel from lemon tree. i never book any room in this again . I had just stayed with lemon tree. Stay was very convenient . I enjoyed my stay for 3 days . Good hygienic adaptations . Good to see Travelers after a long . Decent environment in hotel. Front desk was so helpful in terms of personal requests. A guy with decent hairstyle on Desk was very delicate in terms of helping us . I am unable to recall his name. He was a person with very jolly nature. Level of service under a budget stay is really appreciated. Highly recommended 👍

The receptionist was too rude. We had booked our rooms and we had already informed the authority that we will be reaching late night nd asked them to give us the room in non smoking zone, but when we reached and asked for the room keys they told had we are full nd no non smoking room is left. U have to only adjust.Guys, when you all are Booking please keep in mind that you dont face the same issue.

Great location to the Airport. It is recommended to take Ola or Uber to and from the Airport as it is cheaper than the hotel provided paid taxi service.Neat and clean rooms with required amenities. I felt service is a little slow to check-in. It took me 40 minutes and the receptionists are multi tasking. Checkout was quick and smooth as i had no pending bills.I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed at lemon tree international, Mumbai on 15th and 16th July. We forgot a spectacle in the hotel room. The hotel staff has been very irresponsible and careless when we called them to enquire about the same.It is a black-colored rectangular specs. This is close to the Airport and in a very posh area of the aero city. The lobby is pretty huge and there is a wait for checking in usually and for the room to be free. The staff is pretty helpful. The room is clean but not as much as Big for two people. The views from one side are pretty good with the airport. Certain amenities in the room were not replaced in the room like dental kit and soaps. They also extended my check out by 2 hours and overall ambience of this hotel is really good.

First of all got the room after waiting for 30 minutes at the front desk and during the stay ac was not working and instead of checking why the ac is not working they says that government restrict to run ac more than 26.degree temperature , the ac didn’t worked properly. The check in experience was horrible.. we had a long flight and we were tired and it took us almost 1 hour to check in .. room service is horrible.. took them almost 15-20 mins to just get us plates in the room.. the elevators need the room keycards to operate.. I mean come on... If I want to go down for 10 mins, ive to take my keycard with me which will turn off the room power and the other person will have to sit in the room without power . Like seriously.. who does that.? The room size is very small... Not at par with other 4 stars..

I booked this hotel ,trusting the brand name, but the rooms turned out to be shabby, washroom was growing green algae, towels looked clean but smelled bad, and worst of all, there was no complimentary breakfast with such a hefty tariff. Extremely pathetic experience! Absolutely horrible services. I absolutely understand the toll this pandemic has taken on the hospitality segment, however, Lemon Tree as a brand used to hold a certain reputation. They have certainly adapted the quantity over quality approach. With prices slashed 80%, the service has gone lower than a local boutique hotel. The list is endless:- The check in alone took more than 40 mins- The guests were waiting in the hotel lobby where air conditioning wasnt working (it was 38 degrees)- The room wasnt cleaned property- There were issue with hot water - Front desk was unresponsive- The in room dining service wasnt working properlyAnd most importantly, the essence of hospitality segment, the skill of handling people was absolutely missing. The entire hotel stuff was unfriendly.No point doing this again

They are being treated like animals by both management and the few rude guests.Dont know why they reduced so much staff when the hotel is so heavily crowded.A.c. thermostat doesnt work. Very bad experiences in multiple aspects. First they took 35 mins for checkin, lobby has no AC. Even small hotel give you room in 2 to 3 mins, here i have paid 5000 rupees. Second comes to food, obviously it is supposed to be costly but having plastic stick in it was horrible. See photo. Room was nice but i could clearly hear TV from another room at midnight. Even after multiple call, hotel staff could not get volume reduced and i was awake at 1:30 am waiting other person to sleep. Totally waste of money.Hotel security gaurd was only nice person i met. He was polite, helping and having smile on face and what else you want in a good welcome.This hotel needs to improve its customer service a lot.

Not systematic at all . Very unorganised! We are very much disappointed with the hotel and hotel authorities. Very small rooms . Our check-in time was at 2 pm n we got our room at 4.30 pm and it’s too small with a queen sized bed in which a family of two adult and a 3 years old kid can’t sleep at all . After requesting them we got a room they called it suite room which was avg too in the smoking zone at 6.45 pm AC was not working too . We called for refund but the team came to check the AC is our room and said in aero city we have to follow 24 degree Celsius temperatures that’s y. Buffet at night was average no variety of non veg items only curry chicken in the main course . No variety of beers too only they have one brand in it Overall it’s a bad experience

On 16th April 2021 i have booked room from Lemon Tree Premier Aerocity. Before reaching hotel i asked hotel receptionist to kindly confirm if i can travel back to my home during lockdown on Sunday ( 17th April 2021), the hotel manager told me that i can show hotel bill to police and go, thats why i went to hotel when i checked out police official caught me and we went into long dispute i showed them bill but then also they deducting Rs 4000 for challan, i called hotel manager someone picked call name Lokesh Rajput from Lemon Tree Premier Aerocity and first request police to leave us when police official didnt leave us he told that we are not liable we have told them that on Sunday is lockdown. What type of Liars you people have kept in Hotel, first you told me you can move then when we were caught you people changed your word. who is responsible for my reputation harm? and the trouble we faced and time we wasted in argument. i am highly disappointed by your service i will give your hotel rating 0.

Honestly, if I look at it in an absolute manner, I would give it 3.5 stars maybe. But, when you go to a five star hotel like lemon tree , you have expectations and their services didnt match those expectations at all. Everything could have been smoother or better. One good thing though, I ate the best mini pancakes ever at lemon tree!

Convenient and Comfortable stay for our layover period in Delhi airport. Cheaper than lounges.However, food is very expensive, although cheaper and good options are available nearby.Shall definitely stay again in case of long layover.

Very bad experience, I reached around 2:30 for check in and there was chaos in the lobby, there were no rooms available, even after online confirmation and they were asking people to wait. The staff didnt know what they were going, I had meetings starting at 3 and had to sit in the the lobby with no ac/fan or any kind of ventilation in summer heat. Pathetic experience, not even 2 star hotel would have such mismanagement.

Best hotel, moderate priced & perfect location for international flyers, courteous ambience, hygiene and cleanliness well taken care of, rooms are perfect size with all required amenities, food is moderate, but you may enjoy that in exclusive food zone just next door. Room service bit slow and & miser at commitments.
