Saket Court Complex started functioning with effect from Saturday, the 28th August, 2010. The Work of Civil and Criminal cases relating to South Civil District and South and South East Police Districts hitherto being taken up at Patiala House Courts Complex shall be taken up with effect from the aforesaid date by the courts of the respective districts at the new court complex at Saket. Similarly, Motor Accident Claim Petitions relating to the area within the jurisdiction of the aforesaid police districts shall be dealt with by the MACTs established at Saket.

Best district court complex in Delhi till date. Ample parking and sufficient seating capacity for litigants. The complete complex is centrally air conditioned with best in class case display system and VC facility.

Ive had people tell me bad experiences with the courts lucky enough I never had a tustle in court ever.. saket court looks beautiful and green soo many trees on the outside and inside makes it look 👌 it also has a working ATM inside which is very nice

This modern court represents modern India and its growing ability to provide justice to its citizens. Centrally air conditioned, neat toilets, facilities for clean drinking water, canteen and all other facilities makes it a very comfortable place. There are various levels of basement parking and also on the ground level inside the court complex. But the parking is only for Judges, Staff and Lawyers- Not for the litigants and general people. Common people have to park their vehicles at some distance away from court which is inconvinient. Towing vehicle immediately impound the vehicle if parked on the road side. Metro is a better choice to reach nearest metro station and to take sharing auto rikshaws as last mile connectivity.

Clean and nice place, main judiciary for south delhi

This is kind of mall at the back side of MGF Metropolitian Mall in Saket. But its not worth going as most of the shops here are closed with couple of food stalls at the ground floor and a car showroom. I went here because one of the iPhone service centre exists here. Otherwise there is no use of going here. Beside it has Select Citywalk mall and some pubs and restrobars. But it has one unique structure made of utensils which I have in my attached pics.

Saket court looks neat and clean. The court room are wooden. The infrasturure is one of the best in Delhi. The Judges are good but pendecy of cases is very very high. The average time a case takes time here is 8 years The Judges should be more.

The guy at the e-counter is very helpful. Met two random lawyers, they helped me to their best. Overall nice experience.very neat and clean with proper canteen,eateries and mother dairy outlet.

If you are coming by your vehicle then please be aware that there in no proper parking available. And if you park in a no parking zone you car will get picked uo by the police jn minutes. Please be aware.

Its a Mall

The place is not crowded unlike other district courts in India. Good Infrastructure and the court compound is well maintained and kept very cleaned. If you can just go directly to the legal consultant office for affidavit/Rent Agreement, notary etc, you could avoid paying extra charges to those people coming to help you at Court premises.

New Court, has only been functioning since August 2010. Neat and tidy, with adequate seating space provided on every floor. All court-rooms are air-conditioned. Lacks maps/signboards, especially considering it is a large complex. Polite and cooperative staff.

Facilities wise probably the best District Court Complex in the country. Fully climate controlled facility, neatly laid out floorplan with adequate amenities. P.S. - For visitors parking might be a hassle given only advocates and staff are permitted to use underground parking facilities.

One of the best well maintained court I have seen till now. Well mentained, clean and well managed.Just wish our judicial system should be much faster to utilize it completely.

Free aid lawyers do not want help people. I visited three times, every time I found a new face and all of them gave me totally different answers. And finally asked to me go to Child Welfare Committee.Free aid sucks.

To be very honest Here process is very slow last week I visited there for pay my Delhi traffic challan and till date my process has been not done dont know how many it will take. Saket court is located near by malviya nagar metro station after get down form metro take Sharing auto rickshaw they will charge only 10 rupees . This is my personal opinion if you are going first time there dont know to any lawyer stay away from them you dont have any knowledge even if you will address or about judge chamber they will said that give me my fees 400 -500 depends on them so be careful.

We are talking about the best district court of India. Infrastructure, AmbianceCentralized air conditioned ample space etc.Only catch is... here your mobile misses the network... afterall moon too have spots...

Best court complex

District Court of India are the court of state government. You can find various Advocate, Charges depends upon the room no. I dont know why but personally I dont like the way some Advocate treats their client. They have their own charges. Its so common in India.

Amazing infrastructure. All courts are air-conditioned. The lifts are a bit crowded and should have been better.

One of the best District court built wise in Delhi. Court building is fully Air conditioned. Have lots of parking inside. It consist of mediation centre to resolve disputes and also a family court. In its premises. Lawyers have chamber block where lawyers have their offices.

Beware of the people wearing black uniform. They will try to mislead you.

Excellent infrastructure and spacious campus. Although food served inside the canteen is pathetic and not worth giving a try until and unless an acute hunger overpowers you. Staff inside the courts is mostly cooperative.

The court complex is quite good but there is absolutely no parking. And the approach road are perpetually jammed so keep 15-20 minutes extra in your travel time before you go there.

Best place for find justice, but once you go these place to see lawers moving around you like they all are sitting in SABJI MANDI ... and you have to go and by something. All lawers are same they dont need you are gulity or innocent they talk like, sir aap paise doo bas case me jitwa dunga aapko.... jese judge pagal betha hai court me... totally atmosphere are polluted in court.

I saw a video in whats App .in this video the police do not treat with manners. And the womens crying at the act and bad activity of the court they blamed at the judges and police that all the system work on donations .If it is true i hate the systems and also court and judges and also their capability and their crypt education.

It is a District Court for South & South East Delhi. Location wise its not on immediate proximity with metro, there are huge snarl of traffic on routine basis. The premises doesnt hold upto mark facility for litigants or lawyers for drinking water and food

New building is good. The road outside is much congested. Parking, litigants, advocates, very busy. Lawyers chambers okay, but the toilets there are dirty and stinking. Mostly one has to take the stairs as the elevators are always full. Malviya Nagar metro station within walking distance. Max hospital and city walk mall also nearby.

Good building but poor maitenance. Government should do something to maintain it.

Out of the 6 District courts in the city, this one is the most aesthetic, systematic, well maintained, parking convenient, centrally cooled and hygienic place of all.
