Radisson Blu is located near Dwarka Sec 13. The hotel ambience is quite attractive and large. Service of this hotel towards customer is quite good. But they need to improve their check-in service by using IR thermometer during this covid situation.

The hotel is at very prime location. The staff is so good . We are stay in this hotel for 2 days.. For corporate meeting. its awesome room is properly cleaned. Everything thing is perfect. Morning breakfest buffet have sufficient choice of food. its been a great experience in this hotel. And also banquet arrangements so good and very cooperative staff .

Really nice ambience. Fine rooms with all the standard amenities in a 5 Star hotel but hair dryer was missing and wasnt available in any room. They upgraded my booked rooms to suites. I got the rooms at unbelievable low price that you pay for any 3 star hotel. Would highly recommend. I was asked to provide IDs for all the 5 guests better carry IDs for everyone in the group.

Very unsatisfactory experience.. staff is very unprofessional & casual.. Surprisingly even the business class rooms lack basic Hygeine and amenities.. Rooms r not prepared properly before allotting it to guests. TV not running, some lights not functional, wooden flooring cracked, room service not picking up calls etc etc.. i was shocked to find mosquitoes in my room & equally avg was the food quality. Would certainly avoid planning my stay again until there is no other choice.

Didnt feel like a 5star hotel. Bathroom wasnt cleaned properly, room wallpaper was coming off due to damp.Clearly visible that covid has hit the business.Though a bit understaffed, the service was still good.

No doubt the room looked amazing, the ambience of the space was amazing.But the service of the staff was not upto the mark, it usually was a chaos everyday at the breakfast table.Using the lift here felt like a task, usually had to wait 15-20 mins to be able to access the lift properly which got really frustrating, they should have a different lift system for the people who are there for seminars and workshop while a different one for the people staying there.

I was solo traveling so my safety was major concern for me and availablity of female staff made me feel comfortable in the environment and also there was safety lock on the room door. It was very good stay for me.

We had reservation for 25sept 2021, we informed the duty manager over call in advance to keep room ready for 11.30 PM instead of 3.00 PM. Even at the time of arrival the room was not ready and we were asked to wait 10 minutes and the waiting continuous. So bad service and hospitality even though we came many hours later the room was not ready. I really doubt how the Radisson blu provide bad services to customer #worst service

Me and my family had a lovely stay here. The hotel staff and management was very well maintained. The rooms were very neat 👌 and also the food was absolutely yum. My kids really loved the stay.

Following are my experience for rating poor a) not very friendly staff - my friend came to meet me after 8pm . The hotel staff behaved rudely stating guest are not allowed in room after 8pm . Then i have to come down to talk with duty manager . She was nice and allowed my guest . But this is not the right policy of hotel because people come to meet friends from different cities b) house keeping standard not very good ( lot to tell if write , basic things not provided in bathroom and room, we have to call for everything c) no centre table for having lunch or dinner ( when called they brought from other room) d) AC temp we cannot control , its too hot - i dont know the technical reason but temp dont come down below 24 e) overall experience is very very low

When searching for a good hotel during pandemic, I found Radisson Blu at Dwarka, New Delhi. As I wanted to ensure for a sanitized and clean stay, I decided to go for a reputed chain.Pros: Spacious rooms. Clean and hygiene was top-notch. Location is the best part of this hotel. Walkable distance to Delhi metro station. One can take metro to reach airport without worrying about traffic or reach the happening places of New Delhi via Rajiv Chowk.Cons: When you walk in to a brand like Radisson, you expect good breakfast buffet and even better dinner buffet. Although, hotel provided breakfast buffet but chef at Eggs Live counter dont have skills of preparing omelets etc. No cold cuts. For dinner, only one Dal, only Nan in Indian breads, one veg dish and one non-veg dish daily. That too, it was just an Egg curry the other day. In desert too, only Gulab Jamun. Can understand that due to pandemic, buffets are not encouraged but then why breakfast buffet was allowed. Also, when booking, we had Tea/Coffee with Indian savories in inclusions. On checking with reception, first they denied. When I showed them the itinerary from then they agreed that same is served at their coffee shop between 4 PM to 5 PM. But instead of Indian savories they are serving cookies. Not expected this from a brand like Radisson. Either dont write it in inclusions or give proper information.

The stay was far from enjoyable. The service quality was the worst I have ever experienced. Despite booking the hotel rooms a day prior, the hotel stated that they were no left. They asked us to check in right now with whatever is available, and we can shift later to the originally booked room. Well, that later never came. We had to settle for a downgraded room, while paying for superior. The kettle was broken in the room, no assistance provided, despite complaining. The TV had a very pathetic speaker system. The room had a broken lock, the staff removed the lock entirely to solve the problem. Very surprising approach that they compromised on the safety of the guests but did not switch our rooms. This experience has ruined the Brand Name of Radisson for me.

Stayed for 6 nights from Sep 18-24, was a family trip was traveling with my 2.5 yr old toddler and dad. Had booked Superior Room (twin beds). Right from the check in - which took about an hour and given a room with a master bed after being assured that - had to then shift to a room with 2 twin beds. The intercom is literally non-functioning no one picks up the phone in the reception, in-room dining, housekeeping or duty manager line if you call from your room. If by mistake they happen to pick up - even then nothing happens. They say they are sending someone in 10 mins...but no one actually turns up. And couple of times post 10 PM at night someone rang the bell (they got the room wrong!) The breakfast buffet is chaotic, staff running here and there, talking to each other and ignoring guests. Atrium view is better but service is far worse than Spring. From a service perspective, except for 2 people (Jyotishka- from Spring during breakfast buffet and Manoj from housekeeping)the rest of the staff think they are doing you a favor by even listening to you. Please consider another place if you want some feel of hospitality.

I liked the room size its ok as compared to what we get at other places. I was given buisness class.Though the room isnt very dead clean . Needs improvement. I can easily see Stains , dust , mosquito, marks in bathroom.Hotelmake is nice on the inside. , Gives u Singapore feel best if they put waterlion here :)My mini bar was totally empty, nothing at all. .Food I m yet to taste wil review a bit later.

Hotel location is not the best. On the west side of the airport , which is 11 miles to circle around the airport to go to the terminals , which takes 40 minutes , compared to the hotels on the east entrance of the airport hotels ( Aerocity ) which are 2 miles away and takes 10 minutes to the airport , and nothing to do in this residential area , it’s like a ghost town. The hotel it’s self , not have hot water , it’s luke warm , AC barely works , as the hotel has set it at a fixed 24.5 degrees, no matter what temperature you set it in the room , to save on bills , so you keep sweating through out. Called the maintenance, but they could not do anything about it. Door locks get stuck , do not open in the first attempt , infact it could take you 20 attempts sometimes for the door key to work. I was stuck outside the room for 35 minutes , as the staff at the reception said , the lock might need new batteries. The hotel owner is trying to save where ever possible, to save on expenses and have a lot of unsatisfied guests. The breakfast is good and WiFi works great and the beds are good. The staff is also ok. I don’t think I would ever stay here again , or would recommend this hotel to anyone , even though the price is cheap.

Hotel is a beauty. Peaceful check-in process. Room is amazing, with chilled AC. Complimentary water bottles, tea maker, comfy bed and a chair table workstation. Nice view from room. Cozy feeling for anyone. Rooms and washrooms were tidy clean. Opted for complimentary breakfast- comes with a lot of options buffet. Free wifi, hot water was an issue as they had maintenance issue. But still bucket water was provided when requested. So peaceful stay no regrets

Attended marriage of my relative, it was very poor service, food quality low, snacks very less variety. AC was not working, instead used table fans and even water was not available in room toilets. Tea served was just pathetic. I would not suggest anyone to pay huge amount on this flop hotel. Dont know who gave it 5 star rating. Even when rain started, water was dripping at main center hall. Owners if reading, pls take it seriously.To be unbiased, Let me add few pros also- Ambience and look was good. Parking was available.
