Good experience, as I went for the formalities after booking. All high range ford is available here. Dont know about the new visitors experience. Its on main road but still you have to keep a keen eye to find it.

Due to some reasons, i had to purchase a car by 31st March, it was already 24th March that day. I called up Dwarka Ford and was further connected with Mr. Pushpa Raj. He was an amazing person, was honest about the fact that he would have to check if there was a car at first and didnt make fake promises which is something i really appreciate about Dwarka Ford. I put my trust in his words and sent him the booking amount as he told me that i need to do the same in order to block that car forme. As it was urgent for me, he suggested that i should do the same and it turned out to be true. Then i was further connected to Ms. Mahek and she dealt with the paperwork of the vehicle. Mahek is very professional and has amazing knowledge on what all is needed. She really helped me out with all the paperwork, i had asked her to give me the invoice by 31st, she gave the invoice on the same day itself. The car was in transit and on March 30th i went for a pre delivery inspection, and the car was hardly driven for 5 kms which makes sense. Yesterday, i.e. 31st March 2021, the car was delivered. The icing on the cake is the HSRP was delivered on the same day which is next to impossible for a common man. Mr. Satinder helped me out in getting accessories installed on my car. He is well aware of the accessories and is also really nice when it comes to offering discounts. The accessories installed are perfectly fitted and the quality is excellent. While delivery, the whole staff comes together to celebrate you getting your car, which is a very small yet big gesture from Ford. I have been to Maruti before and they dont even care about their customers. Ford has a priority of customer satisfaction and it really feels like joining a family. Cynthia takes care of the delivery and she even asked as to what coloured ribbons i wanted. These small things make a huge impact when it comes to customer service. In the end, i would like to thank Mr. Pushpa Raj, Ms. Mahek, Mr satinder, Ms. Cynthia and all the staff at Dwarka Ford for making this day a memorable one for us. Also, in the end i would like to mention that please do visit Dwarka Ford for purchasing a car and not the other branches as the other branches give you fake promises, long delivery dates and no clarity on the processes involved.

Dont know about there after sales services but there showroom staff is keen to make new customers. Mr Jaiswal gave a good deal and made a instant delivery for aspire 2020. His team gave a proper demo of the car features and a proper delivery of car which makes a customer special on his day.There showroom was spacious, neat and clean even they can provide car deliveries to multiple customer at same point of time at different floors but main problem is road in front of showroom, there is a service lane which is to narrow that showroom staff assist you to bring your car on main road .Overall experience was good and will suggest to take a quote for ford car before buying from another showroom in delhi.

Specially service manager/ executive Rishabh who think blaming other is way to addressing a annoyed customer.I complete information, no Reverts, multiple follow up but no fruitful solution/ Response. And super late delivery.Paid services are worst at their centre - no information on service, no proof of sanitization and highly unprofessional staff. And cherry on top- return of dirty car after service.

Sitting in front of our car with all plans crushed.Got servicing done before a long trip at Dwarka ford ,a well running car failed to start immediately after service at service station only God knows what they did in the name of servicing.Car failed to start immediately after servicing also the problem is persisting.Highly disappointed and frustrated because of Ill service.

No one responding from last three days on test drive, every time a girl is picking phone and she is not able to understand the requirement from customer even not able to hear. Every time when call them they book the slot and said sales representative will call and bring car for test drive but failed to deliver commitment.This is how the ford is on backfoot in India and not able to run business because of these kind of services.

Very bad service experience with Dwarka Ford Service centre located in Sakrawati, Nagli. They are only doing experimentation with your car and not resolving the concern efficiently. I will never recommend anyone to go at this centre. There SA Harish is only overcome the mistakes by telling you the issue as default. This service centre is full of idiots and fools.

Why people not purchased Ford cars:-a) Worst service facilities and cutomer centric by service centres such as Dwarka Ford and if they mistake and you complaint the Ford India supprt them instead of customers, and customer think they are helping.b) Yes build quality is good but now they compromising it you can check doors body by pressing and feel, moreover after 7 years if anything replaced and problem appear then it impact lot. If ford car face any issue trust me you will start getting other problems time to time and at last only one solution to get rid of fordwhy you should not visit Dwarka Ford for both bodyshop and servicesa) The management is so bad, the old staff either moved or removed. The only staff available who can make customer fooled specially the GM Amit and Sardar jib) They will call you or service till that time the customer is god, no matter you know anyone inside and service you car from 6-7 years. once service done they will never entertain you. the worst experience I have faced that ECM has been changed, electric failures while all mechanical parts are fine and checked still they insist to replace everyting such as alternator, v belts, timing belts, pulleys etcc) if you purchase any part from eminent ford from where they itself purchase part they will not consider because in that case thy not getting margin.d) Be aware if you using anything such as bulbs, shockers, stereo i.e small things but genuine fitted from outside and any non related probem occurs after some years then trust me they will blame that it is because of OEM outside accessories even if there is no role.e) The water hardness is too much, so avoid unnecessary washing as after 6-7 years your car start facing rustingWhat you should do:-a) look for alternate service centre such as harpreet ford, hemkunt ford instead of dwarka and check the services, its not necessary a customer always go with Dwarka ford always check other authorised one.b) if your car crossed the warranty then instead of service centre you can service from outside the cost is lowc) Always take pictures or videos before service of your car, i.e engine area, door areas with glasses, front and back. Always note down the sl. no.s of all necessary parts such as ecm, batteries and keep it with you. Cross check the same after services.d) Above point is important wherever you go for service ford, go mechanic, etc pls do that because everyone want to make money from customers and hide their mistakes happen in service. batteries water overflow, engine oil tank net bolt, any glasses break and replaced by local, couplers not fitted due to that water goes inside and electrical issues.e) one can purchase genuine ford parts from gurgaon or mayapuri eminent ford authorised part dealer, you will get parts in lower cost moreover you can save unnecessary taxes, labour cost if you pick good mechanic outside.f) You can see ang give time to your car while servicing, give 1-2 hours and opt in front of eyes. If anyone says no sir you cant see or in that area, simply deny them ok mughe bhi service nhi krani. apne aap line mei aa jayega. at last its your car and you spend money on it.At last after facing so many issues, false words and attitude of Dwarka ford service and Ford india who protect them, Even I have approached the consumer court but in meantime I sold my car so withdraw the case. Also I suggested to my friends and myself to go for other option Tata, mahindra or Kia now. Some people says indian customer is maruti and cheap centric, but after facing problems in Ford I can realize and say yes ford car such as freestyle is good but 80% log chutiya nahi hai jo baki cars kharid rhe.

Hi Dwarka Ford,Pathetic Service AdvisorI wanted to share my lifes worst review of car purchase from this 3rd grade place. I was asking myself again n again why I came to this place to buy the car. Pathetic service to customer I can say not even bothered to help customer in any way, always asks money for things and in the end you will get nothing.Recently I visited this place to buy my dream car Ford Endeavour, there I met a service Advisor (Deepanshu Sharma), he explained all the things about car and when it comes to test drive they said we have other customers too for the test drive I said if I am purchasing a car which is worth 40 lakh rupees I have to test the car and all it features which the ca have, I took a test drive quickly and was discussing about the on road prices and other details. He told me about the prices and said that it within 24 hours I will get the HSRP number plate fixed and other things done. All the things are being discussed and starting next day I approached my bank for loan approval and within 2-3 days the loan process is done. I took the delivery on 30th September 2020 and the advisor(Deepanshu Sharma) told me the number plate and 3d Sticker will be available tomorrow and it will be installed at my home.Next day I call the same advisor and looks like the tone and behaviour is totally changed, the person whom I am discussing about car from last 5-6 days is completely different person now. Now he says the number will not available today and will be delivered tomorrow and after some time I just remembered that tomorrow is Gandhi Jayanti and it will be a holiday so the number plate problem is not even resolved tomorrow also.Today is 6th October 2020 and so far the service advisor has not even bothered to call me and update me the status of the number, I am calling the advisor on a daily basis asking for status and the advisor is sometimes not picking the calls and sometime the same story I will tell you in 10-15 mins and nothing happens after 15 mins.I am writing this review to tell you guys that there staff and even there owner is not entertaining there customer very well, if I am buying a 40lakh rupees car then I am getting this service then I dont know wha you will get after purchasing 5-10 lakh rupees car.Finally I recommend everyone to dont buy any car from this showroom as the staff is not even 1% helpful, they only care about money and as soon they get the money they will not even care who the hell you are.Thanks

But while taking delivery I found that many asseciories and partswere replaced with local non Ford branded items.They are taking out the original parts from new vehicle and putting local parts to make more profit by selling on higher price.I have complained the same to ford motor and they are telling lie.Pls dont trust on DWARKA Ford little bit they are making fool to customer.This type of activity of showroom staff is danger for our safety and also loss of money.Pls be aware.....ThanksPankaj KumarDelhi
