Staff is very supportive, they replaced my defective sd card immediately as I approached the counter.

Apparently, their lunch time eventhough being from 1:30pm to 2pm extends upto 2:30 pm , and the reply you get is Sir plz wait more even after waiting during whole lunch duration

They are just not professional. they kept us waiting the whole day for the new rtx 3070 sale on 28th may and didnt do any sale and didnt even inform us and we wasted our whole day on the site. Utter disappointment

And I saw that youll find everything here. Just a 2 min. Walking distance from Nehru Place Metro Station, it has Airtel, Vodafone, Samsung, WD, SanDisk, etc. Service Centres here.

I have been to zotac, hp, corsair, gigabyte, rapoo, xiaomi, intel service centers, but this is literally the best (i can say for Kingston only but it also has sandisk and few more) as staff is polite and service is fast.In other service centers you have to convince a lot that product has some fault and they react like we have asked them for their kidneys, its not that case here.I went there during covid situations, they have hand sanitizers and follow few social distancing protocols (there was gap between two seats but people standing in line were definitely closer than 6ft (on avg people in line were 2ft apart)).
My SanDisk memory card replacement took 5 mins , ( just call them , they respond and help ) theyll need some kind of RMA no.1. (which I obtained by calling the customer service no of SanDisk,2.(SanDisk care received my complaint about faulty memory card, and gave me the RMA no. And a mail regarding that complaint.),3. Go to Rashi peripherals, they will replace it within 4-5 mins, !(Its open till 5 pm) , moreover if you are about to be late., Call them to be assured .I reached there by 4:50 pm, and got my query solved !
They changed my SanDisk pendrive within minutes. But before visiting there to change Pendrive first talk to customer care of SanDisk as they will provide you with return request no. after checking your warranty

Today 01/04/2021,They are busy in audit , this is first audit which happing by disturbing whole process and work.Bad experience.
Bad service, they ask for a bill for replacing kingston items and never say to bring the bill when you call them. the waiting hall is small and crowded and there is high chance of getting COVID infected. Staff is not at all helpful and ask you to call company helpline which is in no way connected to the service center. They are not willing to work and are a complete waste of time. best to avoid this place

Customer service is good for sandisk pendrives but be take care of RMA number olways be ready with ur rma number that u can get by calling to customer care of sandisk becoz it wil be very easy to replace the defect product with the nee one.
Service center is very different, from other normal mobile repairing center. I went their for SanDisk product. You cant just attended at counter, first you need to call them ( for me sandisk call center) they understand your problem and verify your product then someone come and attend in person at counter where your product brand name is written on counter. Easiest way for go there is from find the Albake Restaurant on opposite side ask anyone for where is lift for 6th floor.
Its all fine and well until you realise none of the employees wear a mask inside in the cramped place like Nehru Place offices.

Very bad experience, give my toshiba hdd for replace but its more than one week and i am still waiting for the exact status of my HDD. I am unable to use my server due to this from last 1 week. Never go with this type of service.

If you have to get your Kinston or SanDisk, Asus HDD,SSD,Flash, Motherboard etc replaced under warranty, this is the place to go. Usually theyll replace it right there but if incase they dont have a replacement, theyll give you date on which you can collect your stuff on. Pretty decent service, open during COVID times too.

I had a currupt sandisk sd card which they have been replaced... The service is nice!! They change my sd card in no time... Staff is very polite and helpfulI read the review begore going to the replacement centre, so i called the costumer care number also got my complain and RX number 1 day b4 ...They dont have pin to open the phone so bring it with you if you have that currupt memory card in your phone like me!

This is a service centre offering after sales support for a lot of IT peripheral brands and located on 6th floor of the building, so off course up-down in case needed, becomes a hassle. Waiting times stretch a lot often, so they should be having a washroom facility. On both my visits for getting replacement for my pen drive, while my wait time elongated, i had to suffer a lot just because they did not have any restroom facility. the brands that outsource their after sales support should set it as a precondition to provide basic public amenities, like McDonalds does. i will definitely buy a product which offers after sales support through channel partners with better conscience.

You need to get token after getting there, replacement process is quite quick, they will check your product and replace your defective product quickly4. If it is not available then you need to go there another time whenever your replacement is available. Make sure to call them about replacement before going there.

Very bad experience of mine.i was been there to exchange my ath clr 100. They could not exchange it on the spot becoz they were running out of models.they gave 4day time for same colour.now its 19 days and now they are saying to refund money becoz they wont be able to exchange the same coloured product.(though I gave them 1 extra choice ).Btw staff behaviour is very good. Only service was not good for audio technica.Hey review watchers. My experience is concerned with audio technica.i dont know about other products review

I had a pen drive with write protection issue and got a replacement . Very cooperative staffs .I got late about 50 minutes from their closing tym but on request they resolved my problem. Jitender was a guy there who was resolving my issue, very helpful person.
Her you can find service centre of SanDiskRashi phericals. You can get to this address and then can use the lift to reach the floor.The service is very managed also has other service centres in it. The service here is good and results are fast. You can get your items checked and can avail warranty and if possible they provide you replacement an same time if the product is available. You have to carry your bill for replacement and also a copy of rma request if needed in cases.
I am there for my SanDisk cruzer pen drive and they didnt even attend me, security guard told me that you have to call sandisk service centre first they will provide you a rma number, i didnt know that it just waste of time..i called the service number but they also told me that you have to register a complaint on our support email first then after you get the rma number, in this digital world the company sandisk work like an old govt office where we have to do all paperwork first ,very disappointed and unhappy, Pathetic service.

This the official service center for obtaining replacement for memory products from Kingston and SanDisk in Delhi. I went there to get my faulty SanDisk micro SD card replaced and it didnt take long. The service was quick and hassle free. Queue system works really well. Great experience.
