The metro station of naraina vihar which is pink line is very well managed in terms of cleanliness, architecture, security and ease of service. Though you do have counters for tickets but those are non-operating you can use the token machine for tokens or use your card.

Naraina vihar metro station is on the pink line and its construction has been a great accomplishment. Now people from nearby areas like Inderpuri can easily commute to any part of the city via delhi metro. Pink line has connections with all the other lines and is timely operated on daily basis.

They overcharged me without any reason. Their staff is very rude.specially the incharge of this metro station. The guy with beard is very abusive.I guess he is one who is incharge because when I told him about overcharged , he threaten me. Very poor service . He should be suspended immediately.

Tough to find. Does not have sign boards. But overall its a amazing station. The classic view of station reminds of olden days. Have beautiful paintings all over the places. Nice commuter experience inside the trains. Pink line is quite better in looks than other lines. Debit cards refilling metro card facility not available at the counter. They dont have swipping machines. Also Automatic recharging machine dont accept Rupay Cards. Dissapointed.
