The buffet at coffee shop is good but the spread is not as wide. Though the desserts are ample and sumptuous. The cheese cake at the bakery is delicious never found so anywhere earlier so l give 5/5 to the cheese cake

I stayed here for over a month. Had to change 3 rooms during this period due to various issues. The rooms are tiny & odd shaped that makes one feel clastrophobic. The corridors are too narrow and dimly lit. But, I enjoyed the breakout out area where food is served.

Have stayed at couple of hotels at Delhi and i must say, Hyatt is one of the best I have ever stayed at.The rooms were clean, sanitized, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The service was very quick and the staff was very helpful. Stayed at a road facing room and the view was pretty good. The property is beautifully done up and the night view of the park and passages looked lovely. The breakfast is good with multiple options. Currently due to covid, they serve everything on table instead of having a buffet spread of self serve. The location is nice with multiple places to hang out and dine out, including clubs and lounges.

Very unprofessional behaviour by the hotel. I am a long time member of Club the Hyatt and recently got it renewed in Aug 2021. Not only has the hotel not sent my card but their customer relations don’t even acknowledge my emails nor repeated call requests to send it to me. I had been staying with hyatt for past 2 years around India. I have been flabbergasted by the hospitality in all chennai hyatt. With the same expectation i have booked hyatt regency, delhi on my trip. But i was really disappointed by the hospitality in your hotel and even the room service was not picking up the call to get me some water to the room. I was really frustrated and disappointed with your hyatt. From the receptionist tool room service i cant see the hyatt people with pleasant and pleasing behaviour to the customers. Midnight room service was very bad. And it has been my worst experience with hyatt which i never expected.

Really good place to stay in Delhi. Walking distance from Bhikaji Cama metro station. Ample parking space available. The staff is courteous. Overall the place has really good ambience. Highly recommended.

Came for a Sunday brunch here, on a long stopover flight at Delhi, since I had to exit T2 and reenter T3, thought might aswell drop by my favorite place instead of getting bored at a lounge inside the airport. Impeccable food, alcoholic beverages and the quad shot espresso, didnt opt for the alcoholic beverages since Im travelling. Highly recommended.

Again the VIP obligation treatment I have seen in your restaurant cafe.9. At 2 pm my daughter asked me to bring chilli panner dry. I have confirmed the same with your room dining number. But they said straight forward NO. I think you are having 5 kitchens in your hotel and you are able to make chilli paneer dry. This is unforgetable moment for me.10. Which I have seen in my administration career that over crowded staff in any organization makes hustle bustle most of the time. Rest is up to you. Its your hotel.

Overcharged/Cheated at the reception:I was cheated at the reception. I was charged far too much extra for food and drinks. They charged me for the days when I did not even had a food there. I was in rush during checkout as I had my doctors appointment and was getting late. When I checked my bill by mistake I saw I was charged when I was not even there. I though it might be a mistake. I called the hotel directly more than 20 times over 2 days. I didn’t not get a proper response. I was told the 1st day that manager will call me back. No one called. Second day no one spoke to me and only managers email was given to me. I emailed the manager and no response was received as they have no explanation.My advise is please check your bills before you pay as they are thrives.It was so unprofessional of such a big chain.

Excellent service accompanied with very humble staff. We had 3 day event and the entire experience was smooth while following all basic covid protocols.Overall experience was superb.Only thing that caught my attention was that they have chargeable valet service (200 INR) which is generally a complimentary service in most of the other premium hotels.

In the rooms, 1. the corner table with oval glass top is close to the bed corner and the space between them is less and many times our leg, particularly the shin hits the bed corner, it is painful. 2 the tempered glass between the bed and bathroom be provided with a rolling curtain on the bed side so people can use the bathroom without being self conscious that they are watched.

World of hyatt members should avoid this property at all costs . This property is setup exclusively for local politicians. Unless you can speak Hindi and don’t mind being totally ignored by the front office staff , please avoid this hotel at costs. Being a Hyatt loyalist I was totally let down by the staff here at Hyatt regency Delhi. The front office staff omitted info regarding their Buffett, the staff were unable to follow simple instructions and due to the inefficient front desk staff I missed my train. Being in a customer service function their number one job is to care but they didn’t seem to do that.

One of the best old school 5 star hotels in delhi. Great food and restaurants.

Didnt enjoy the service at all! The hotel was over occupied but short staffed. Check in was decent and got a room upgrade. Apart from that, not a place spending money on. Small rooms with utilities not in place. Non responsive IRD/HK team. My food took an hour to come on the table for breakfast. Wouldnt think of staying here again TBH

Staying in the Hyatt , we have booked a 3 night stay, it’s our last night and the experience has been upsetting!! Hyatt is known for its world class experience , instead gave us a very low class experience . Hyatt hotels have not only disappointed us once ,but twice ! Check -in was late (understanding the situation of the hotel being busy because of group check in’s .. let it go ) , breakfast service is very slow .. in the two days that we went for breakfast had to wait 15 mins every time to get a table and as soon as the server approached before even taking the order informed us about the last order (which I feel is not right ) I , myself have worked for a reputed brand and I was shocked to see such a poor hospitality from Hyatt , yesterday the person took almost 30 mins for my eggs Benedict, today he didn’t serve the coffee inspire ordering it on time , ran the last minute and I had to leave disappointed. Today I am not keeping well , we have called the IRD 4 times in these past 30 mins , there was no response , asked the front desk .. they told us would arrange a call back , again calling the front desk informing about the situation, no response. HIGHLY , HIGHLY disappointed!!!! Probably a 2 star hotel would have a better device ! Never coming back . Not recommended at all .

Hotel is Good and food is also ok but staff in the restaurant is not able to manage guests. It was like I was sitting in a road side dhaba and asking waiters to give water and clear the table, as I went to take some food some one cleared by table and gave my table to some other guests to sit.

Stayed at room no 145, the window is very small. The above floor was quite noise, otherwise a good place to stay. Good Gym and pool side it excellent.
