Cinema hall is great, staff was nice, went there to watch a movie recently, washroom tidy, have access to drinking water. This is located in Janakpuri district centre. Covid precautions were taken care of. Sound quality and seat quality were also great. It appears moviegoers still fear Covid so there was 5 percent attendance. There was seat service being provided for snacks. No issues with hall as such, the only reason I deducted a star as the the staff didnt guide me to my seat. Though, overall there is no complaining about the rest of movie watching experience

Some seats were VERY uncomfortable some were fine. Wont suggest to sit at the bottom row else your neck will be sore.And they didnt turned on the subwoofer for the Qismat 2 movie, didnt turned on despite complaining.

The cinema hall is nice and clean. Proper covid guidelines are being followed by the staff. The only thing that bothered me was the chairs. They are a bit uncomfortable.

Comfortable seats are the first thing I loved about the mall in affordable prices.You dont have to compromise with popcorns and basic stuff. They have outlets like Nirulas, Belgium fries as well. So heres my opinion on it..... The theatre is actually a pretty famous as its one of the oldest and popular among couples as its surrounded by lot of shops and some good restaurants and overall its a quiet nice place to hangout and spend time.But as mentioned earlier its a pretty old theatre, even though theyve maintained it very well its still not competing with new level PVRs.The seats are not as comfy and you cannot recline it much and I guess thats the biggest problem of all.Otherwise its a great place to be when wanting to spent some time outside the theatre too.Food options are quite similar to any other cinema and staff is helpful. You can also order from your seat and get it delivered to you too.Outside theatre there are resturants of all major brands as well as some good local ones. If you are with your family and kids theres lot more things to do. All kinds of swings, cars and other kind of kids thing is available too nearby.Youll probably see someone selling balloons, cotton candy etc nearby.So if you are looking for an overall experience its better to get here because of all the other fun you get before and after watching a movieAnd if you are a open space lover this place is actually for you. 👍🏻

MINUS 100 STARS ....No ac throughout MULK movie in Audi 4.Second floor.Immediately after the MOVIE and Immediately again after Interval, for the Next Part (one and a half hour) they Turned off the A/C..On several requests to Ushers and People Serving from Canteen NO ACTION was taken.After the Movie, a Few People wanted to visit the Office to write the same in the COMPLAINT BOOK but their Entry was banned and they were asked to Climb 4 Storeys Down and Then ENTER from the main gate.On ENTRY (It was 1-35 AM by then) The SECURITY had already been warned by Cinema Staff NOT TO ALLOW THEM by saying that Their Tickets had Expired...They DESERVE MINUS 100 STARS for this INHUMAN TREATMENT of NO AC for 2 HOURS in the Humid and HOT WEATHER

A decent and well maintained multiplex movie house located in Janakpuri district centre. It is walkable distance from Janakpuri metro station. It was quite good experience watching movie at INOX Janak Place. Seats are very comfortable but not the best. Sound and video quality is also amazing. Food and snacks are very expensive inside the movie hall. Crowd is also good. Restrooms are well maintained and clean. I stays nearby and I have watched lots of movie from here.Out side the movie hall, in district centre you can enjoy shopping and lots of food joints and restaurant are available. Recommended place to watch movies.

A decent multiplex with almost all the amenities like service at seat, elevator, online booking facility, and restrooms. However, the seats arent as comfortable as one would like them to be in terms of leg space and arm rest.

I watched the movie during covid time. The sanitation facility is good, people were there to watch the movie. Enjoyed watching movie there. The ticket were also cheap. Without any fear, one can watch the movie. 5 out of 5, on all parameter.

Great acoustics and aesthetics. In the post Covid scenario, tickets are also affordable. Food menu however is a concern. Even a cup of tea/coffee will cost at least Rs. 130/-. While tickets are priced at Rs. 100/- each.

I Booked my ticket for Avengers: Infinity War here for the first day, first show and Glad I did that as it wasnt that crowdy and outside and had ampt seating available in and around the premises. Adjacent to it, it had Macdonalds, Pizza Hut and many more eateries and other shops as well. It is Wheelchair accessible also. The experience of watching the Avengers in 3D is at par and is really recommended for future. Getting here is also easy, as you have to get down at Janakpuri West Metro Station if you are commuting through public transport and from there it is hardly 5 to 10 minute walking distance. Watching movie worth every penny here. Highly recommended. Kudos.

Theatre is lost hi charm while it was satyam cineplex... Now days theatre service is below average, sound quality is good but visuals are not up to mark specially 3D, while parking charges are also high, for 2 wheelers they are charging 10 Per hour. My experience was a bit disappointed.

This cineplex is good but not the best it has average display , and average facilites which they given to us. I visit one 2 times in this cineplex which is a bad experience with me . It has average ac and sound quality. there sitting arrangement it not so good but it give cheap price of tickets in over area which is good part of this cineplex it also has good food items which I aten in between the movie .i think this cineplex have to develope there sound quality and display and ac system in there so it will good for us and also there profit.

I really love watching movies here because it has a good price of his movie shows which is worth the experience and also very good seats and food facility while enjoying the movie and you can really go there to watch a movie , I personally advice all . Just the problem is that the ticket counter and executive should improve their service . Entertaining atmosphere it gives to its customer . Good service is provider by the theatre people to their customers .

The hall has regular amenities like popcorns Pepsi and other stuff like burger and nachos seating is comfortable sound system is also ok. Beside the hall there is awesome shopping complex as well as nice restaurants and fast food chains like KFC and McDonalds. Their is ample parking space but safty is of little concern

The place was not crowdy at allYou can only spot 2_4 people around in movie theatre there were only 11 people theatre seats were not that comfortable as they were making noise 3/5 for the seats ..But the service was good snacks were not that much expensive and the ticket price was fair enough Ill give 4/5 to ambiance of environment place was also clean and they were taking care of the covid guidelines
