This dispensary is recently built so its infrastructure is good for now. Maintenance is being done nicely. I recommend to take prior online appointment before visiting here in order to save your time by not in queue.There is separate parking area for staff and visitors. Wheelchair accessible entrance is available. Lifts are also available. Surveillance by CCTV. Enough benches are there in front of every OPD. Separate counters for medicine distribution for Senior Citizen, Retired and In-Service Beneficiaries. Outside locality around the dispensary is awesome, it is clean, quiet and far away from crowding because its a residential area.One thing which is very torturing is that the CGHS Server goes offline so often and many times you may have to wait for 1-2 extra hours for the Server to resume.

Covid vaccination is going on here. No arrangements or guidance to facilitate your vaccination. No number/ tokens are being given, on top of it staff comes after 0900 h, by that time rush increases and today vaccination procedure started at 0930 h, finally!!! all started running and gathering and fighting to get vaccinated. All Covid protocol & appropriate behaviour went for a high jump. A simple token / number given to people as they come would sort out all the problem. On top of it staff facilities backdoor entry for the known and/ or VIPs. Cant blame the staff also, public dealing & accommodating VIPs, lots of pressure on them. Seems pandemic fatigue is setting in.....

The procedures are very cumbersome and complicated especially for senior citizens and people with physical disabilities.

In emergency you will not be attended a if you have not registered in advance. One cant get their medicines indented as no appintments before three days. Very bad experience. We the senior citizens are the most sufferers.

Both the lifts are not working since long causing major problems to the senior citizens who have to climb up the stairs. It needs immediate attention. If this is the condition of the places where mostly patients go, what can we expect from other places. Pathetic services!!!

While appointments are given for covid vaccines from the app for today, The place is closed even at 9.45am today. The Guard says that the orders not received by the hospital head as of today

New dispensary building for Government employees with nice sitting arrangement. It is very neat and clean. Super senior citizens over 80 yrs get preference for medicine on priority basis.

Nice dispensary, but too many patients come here, so you have to come very early in morning about 7:00 am.

Expertise in diagnostic of patients. They take time but the medicine and all is superb. This dispensary is only for Central Government officials.Reach on time to avoid last minute rush.

As expected its a government organisation so there are long ques.Most of them visiting are patients and they have to wait a long time.As per the process we need to have a registration that I did at 10:30 AM and I got my number at 01:45 PM so if you can increase the number of doctors then that could be a better things for old age people.

Lot of rush. Doctors doing job of a computer operators. No satisfying service to patient. Server always slow. No alternative if electricity goes down. Even Delhi Govt Hospitals have faster service and better treatment.

The guard posted outside the room of CMO was very rude and impolite. He not only shouted at me but also insulted me saying I am retired and old man and should remain silent. I had pointed out that he should maintain the line and no unauthorised person should be allowed to break the queque. I have brought this position to the CMO incharge. Other beneficiaries had also objected the way he misbehaved with me. Hope authorities will take suitable action against him. He has no authority to undermine my dignity.

Its nice but still lot more things needs improvement as for medicines you need to wait for longer queues. Doctors are good just the medicines part needs to be changed

Be prepared to spend 2 to 3 hrs, navigating the ques, see the doctor, and then collect the medicines prescribed, if available. But the doctors deserve credit for trying to ensure that basic services are available.

Its shifted to Dwarka now from Mahavir enclave. Infront of RD Rajpal School. Nice building, AC lobby, lifts and sufficient seating arrangements on each floor. Though the main issue of crowd has still remained.

A poorly maintained wellness centre. Doctors are made to sit in dirt filled rooms. Fans meant for beneficiaries are removed at their will. CMO I/C is unable to cope up with the smooth functioning of wellness centre. No efforts from higher authorities also to improve the worsening condition of the wellness centre.

This building has two elevators but none of them were working. Painful inconvenience for a facility which is frequented mainly by old and/or unwell people. Not to mention doctors long tea breaks and overall inefficiency of the staff.

Very poor service. For 30 seconds job u are made to waste 3 hrs. Unauthorised number parchi system in practice. Patients are made to run around with no clear cut guidance from the staff. CMO himself not co-operative. Patients keep waiting for hrs while all the doctors huddle up in a room for tea break. I spent 3.30 hrs on March 22, 2019 . Reported there at 0725 am.and left at 11.00 just to get the medicine. It was indented after a long painful wait for more than 3hrs . Was told to collect the medicine once I get an sms. Its March 27,2019 still waiting for that elusive sms to collect the medicine. 😤😨 This happened at Dwarka sec 9 CGHS dispensary.

If the dispensary is so much dependent on computers then why cant you people have a generator. It is pathetic to make senior citizens keep waiting . Nobody is here to have a cup of coffee. Everyone out here is Ill try they are kept waiting. Please take this issue seriously. Else people would loose faith in government hospitals.

At the counter, they need to keep at least two persons so that the queues are dispensed with. Distribution of medicines needs to be improved.

Is a neat place , but as far as working is concerned the process is quite slow. Also, the dispensary deals mainly with old people but has limited benches to sit for them, which is actually a necessity for most senior citizens.

Poor infrastructure and administration. The Government should be ashamed of making elderly pensioners struggle for small things there. Administratively mess, zero accountability, filthy, dirty and un hygienic. The computers are frequently out of order. Elderly are made to walk up steep stairs and stand in narrow corridors as there is no sitting arrangement. The sitting stools before the doctor are in pathetic condition and patients fall down and get injured. The staff is rude and extremely unhelpful. No enquiry can be made over phone to make life simpler and save time. It is a blot on central government health care system and their respect for pensioners and senior citizens. The medicine dispensing is done through small holes in the window through which no proper communication can happen. No one to explain or clear doubts. Senior people are left confused and do their own guesswork. Senior citizens are asked to get photocopies for indented medicine and there is no photocopier around one Km distance. The process is unnecessary and a harassment for patients. Getting to be seen by a doctor and provided with medicine is a full one day job unless one stands in queue since 5:30 am in the morning which is being harsh with senior citizens. Unique place where you have to take a queue token for standing in a queue that provides token for doctors appointment. Hence you end up in large queues for a small things. It is a punishment rather than shafa.

This is a very well managed dispensary located at main. Road of janakpuri c 4 blockDoctors are learned and attend to patients carefully.

Theres no exit road. Beneficiaries comes there are Sr. Citizens take wrong carriageway to exit from the dispensary which is very dangerous. Rest all are good.

CGHS Dispensary caters to central government employees, both serving and retired. Sector -1, Dwarka dispensary has 7-8 doctors. One can get a token and visit any of these doctors. Prescribed and available medicines are made available same day. Those medicines not available, are indented and can be obtained in next 2 days. Depending on a patients condition, he/She is referred to government/ private hospital, as per his/her entitlement, for specialised treatment.

Difficult to find when coming first time. Dilapidated condition. Server not working for last three days. Only good thing is adequate parking space Avbl

Very nice and responsive doctors as well as the CMO. However , taking into account the number of patients, it is felt that number of doctors should be increased. Dr S R Aggarwal deserves a special mention and sets an example the way a doctor and public servant should discharge his duties. He is very calm and listens to the problems of patients very patiently. Only negative is the old and dillapitated building, which may also change as it is heard for quite some time that the Dispensary is being shifed to a new building in Sector 9, Dwarka.

It is very difficult to collect indented medicine from this wellness center by any sr citizen like me.There is always big que and huge crowd and only one counter to disburse every one has to wait at least 3 hours for his turn computer stopped because of electricity failure and no back up system provided by cghs to keep computers operational at Dwarka cghs wellness center which is running in temporary building at palam.It needs to be shifted to its new building at Dwarka

A medical facility for central Govt Emloyees. It is located in corner although its land is allocated by DDA in sector 11 Dwarka. For the last 15 yrs dispensary building not built so far. Lot of inconvenience to employees and pensioners.

This is the WORST place any one should ever ever visit. No Parking, No Civic amenities. Worst place, Worst people, Worst system. PM Modi should immediately consider RAZING this place to the ground. Better close this place and refund our monthly subscription.

Doctors and other staff in the dispensary are helpful and co-operattve.However the patients face difficulty in getting medicines as most of the medicines are being indented for which there is a long queue. But this is a matter beyond the control of the dispensay.CGHS higher authorities should take urgent steps to remedy the situation.

Only central government wellness centre in entire Dwaraka. Very good doctors and quite efficient medicine distribution system.The problem is that it is located at a place quite inconvenient for the residents of Dwaraka. Though generally well maintained the building is old and access to it from a road falling to one side of the Palam flyover. There is no convenient exit road from the building. Space available seems insufficient for the number of CGHS beneficiaries of the area. Access roads have heavy traffic of mixed nature making it difficult for elderly beneficiaries. The Wellness Centre also requires bigger rooms for doctors and specialists.
