Были там в ночь с субботы на воскресение. Сначала весь вечер под окнами играли то ли в крикет, то ли в другую какую игру, и стоял жуткий ор болельщиков, а после игр началась дискотека до середины ночи. То есть за свои немалые деньги отель не может, да и не хочет обеспечить спокойный сон постояльцев. Также мне не хватило света в номере.

Шикарный отель. Цены за еду высокие, СПА уже по космосу. 7 минут до аэропорта. Это отель экстра класса

Fantastic luxurious stay at Pullman, everything was amazing, from Cozy stay to breakfast. Breakfast is a must try. The one thing I didn’t like was room service. It was genuinely pathetic, not at all acceptable from a 5 star property. A 3 star property gives better service than this. Every time, I called at least 4-5 times to get something. Really need to improve this. Also after check out, I had to wait for half n hour for my car. Taking one star away for such services. I would have love to come back again, but need to think because of room service. Hope it gets improve.

Had a great stay. Nice rooms. Ideally located.. i had booked a room with king bed but was alloted a twin room with the receptionist telling me he will allot me a king bed room by 7 pm. I didn’t get any word for him after that. The 2 nd day i had to remind the person in the reception again and get my room changed. And secondly the checkin was a tad slow. They took around 30-40 mins to check us in. But after that the stay was great

My room had amazing views of the picturesque pool.Room Service and everything else I requested was arranged for really quickly.During breakfast everything was really well managed and had ample amount of food options. One person I would like to point out was ‘Yash’, he was very courteous and made sure the guest were having a good time. He provided me with food on the table and talked to me in my local language which I highly appreciated.Then I would like to point out two people ‘Yesveer’ and ‘Bharat’ from House Keeping. They were excellent in their work and gave me fresh stock of all bathroom essentials and towels. He even made my bed and put everything in place. Kudos to both these. Really happy with their service.All in all, a very pleasant and luxurious stay. I can’t wait to visit again in some time.One thing although I wish to point out is that and which could be improved was that the television in the room was not a smart television so I couldn’t binge watch Netflix and Prime Video. Lovely interior and services. Amazingly trained and polite staff. I like the services and food a lot. Great property to stay with family or friends in every aspect. Room are really spacious and furniture is too comfortable. Apart from that great location surrounded by every possible destination such as club mall even wine shops. Food and beverages rates are really high but they allow outside food and beverages so can be arranged at our own. Staff is really supportive and helping.Being women traveler its safe and privacy concerns are highly taken care of. I would highly recommend this property to solo female travellers as in this property staff is really helpful as well as really nice property to explore and have great time.

Very calm and comfortable stay. Loved the in-room tea and coffee setup, the bathroom and room decor and view from the room. I had a rejuvenating time here.The calm and silence that helped us focus on each other. Avec une grosse fuite deau dans ma chambre (1623) au niveau de la fenêtre et une autre fuite deau devant un des ascenseurs au 6eme.par ailleurs je suggère quau restaurant (Pluck) une salle soit réservée aux familles avec des jeunes enfants pour permettre aux autres clients de pouvoir déjeuner / diner tranquillement.Enfin le niveau sonore de la musique au restaurant Pluck a lheure du petit déjeuner pourrait être plus bas.

No interference from any of the staff members.Giving total privacy to us. And the food is by far the best part and one of the major reasons we keep coming back to Pullman.Rooms and quiet and the pool view is the best at evening to sit near the window and enjoy.

It was good stay. Room and washroom really spacious with a serene view of pool. They had several amenities and nothing was missed in toiletries. We as Indians love that. Dont we😛😊Only thing is food. Expensive and taste not worth. Small instance is pasta which we ordered from round o clock which cost us 1250. But its certain your choice as they allow outside food, swiggy, zomato and guest visitors too. So overall superb stay. We loved the property as got so many picture perfect spots.

Certainly not a 5 star ⭐ hotel. Has poor standards. They dont offer 24 hours checkout. Its useless for business travelers whose flights land around midnight and they want 24 hrs checkout. You will be charged for 2 days (48 hrs) even though you spend just one day (22hrs) in the hotel. Better book an actual five star hotel in Delhi.
