Its a nice place to stay.. Location is very good.. I along with my better half stayed here for around 20 days.. during a official visit in Delhi.. Hospitality is awesome... My experience was very good...

Quite frankly one of the best hotel stay with reasonable price tag.The staff were so welcoming and I specifically loved the room interior. The lighting was perfect as well. Had a nice bathtub to chill in. Also had the buffet breakfast included in my stay and it was quite good.The only problem I had was that the rooms are not soundproof so I was able to hear the tv in other room.

Had b/f with my family which was beyond my imagination. Even street food is much better than what they served . All fruits were unripe and sour. South Indian stuff was all rubbish .It would be better if dont talk of other items specially tea. The lady in charge was.quite discourteous.

I stayed in Taj Vivanta(In COVID times).Rahul kumar from Front office welcome me with folds hands and Warm Smile .We liked the ambience and property was very good and well maintained .I like the hospitality of the staff members and special thanks to Rahul kumar for taking care of us.The cleanliness and the main thing We liked the best is the entire staffs way of treating clients was very good and having personal touch.

Big spacious rooms, well furnished, good food at multiple restaurants. Rooms are very priced in affordable range, but food is priced very high. Gym, sauna, swimming pool, spa etc. Housed in first floor. Courteous staff made the stay comfortable.

Its a Taj hotel group venture and gives quality service. This hotel is located in Dwarka near the highway. Look wise it doesnt impress much but inside it is fabulous. Beautiful decor and good ambience. Staff is friendly and helpful. It has a very good coffee shop by the name of Caramel where you can get one of the best muffins.at reasonable prices.

I stayed here during my stay in Delhi. I liked the room which was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous. I chose this place as its nearby to IGI T3 and airport express line. Special kudos to chef for such a delicious breakfast buffet with a huge variety to choose from. There is one suggestion, the hotel should include some food combo in Indian Section for solo traveler in the In-Room Dining Menu which I felt was missing.

Nice experience! They have spacious rooms and nice washrooms. Toiletries and everything were of best quality. The ambiance was soothing and calm. The interior is also beautifully attractive.Just they dont allow outside food and guests... rest everything is good.

Dinner is excellent. You should try the buffet along with the drinks that are standard. Everything is cooked to perfection and hygiene is of the highest standards.

I have stayed there twice recently this year it was nice stay there. location of hotel is nearby the airport and far away from crowded city of delhi. Had stayed with them for 4 nights and had requested for Late check-in and late check-out but the front desk was extremely disappointing, while check-in I had told them about the late check out time which they agreed and later on the check-out date they said it cannot be extend which was requested for 5pm. Though after so much discussion they agreed for 4pm while i started packing bags, the house keeping made calls to my room and asked to vacate the room soon as they have set up the room. I was so annoyed and checked out before 4 pm and waited at airport for 4 hours till my flight arrived. Person staying at your hotel for 4 nights and you cannot extend few hours. I stayed at Jaipur after this and the staff there was so understanding infact they themselves offered me late check-out after looking at my boarding time for next flight.

Due to Covid, all common areas, pool, lobby were closed which is a good precautionary measure.All good, just that despite informing that we had our anniversary, no arrangement of any sort was made(be it a cake or anything), and the fact that the menu did not have cake in it.Apart from that, the food was tasty, view was nice and service was prompt. Nice experience.

Stay was good. But the buffet breakfast was a disaster. We had to wait for almost an hour to get a seat and that too the breakfast was below quality. It ruined our whole staycation experience. Vivanta, not living up to the standards. Really a 5 star hotel? Me and the other 50 guests dont think so!!

Very nice hotel with beautiful view of airport side. Staff was humble and cooperative. especially Rahul had helped us every where to solve our queries. I will definitely stay back once I will be in Delhi Comfort living in peaceful atmosphere.

It is truly exciting experience at Vivanta and quite a good ambience. The outside area is so captivating and just superb. There is a Pacific Mall nearby that can make one occupied in the evening for a mediocre shopping if at all one wants to spend their time. The hotel is quite noise and pollution free. Any way it is a Taj Experience. The food spread is quite alright. The staff are friendly. Overall it is a value for money. And certainly would like to come again. Only disadvantage is to approach the City as it is quite far from the City. But, there is Metro and quite close to the Airport.

This was my first visit to Vivanta by Taj Hotel. The greet and hospitality starts from the entry at the gate itself. Humble staff to respond to the queries. House keeping department was quiet good. Special thanks to dining area staff who took special care our baby and baby’s food. Deeraj, Nishant, Mohit and Shivam were very caring and humble. Dining reception area Lawlina and kajal were superb, they took special care for each and everything. We were too comfortable with Kajal because of her polite gesture, ultra caring behaviour and sparkling smile. I really liked dining area environment and sweet staff.

I visited at taj few days back on first week of this month, I was with my female girlfriend at the time of checkin abhishek sharma asked for her ID , as she was not havinng . Initially he refused to give us the room but then he got agreed after payingcertain amount to him for which he didnt even gave us the receipt. If taj being so much popular brand following up this type of policy then sorry soon you will become oyo.

Totally non courteous hotel and staff.. totally money minded...for 1 pm to 6 pm...they charge one day and 8 pm to 12 am ...they charge for another day....totally unprofessional ...there motto is....money should flow...at any logic....food is exceptionally costly..u cant even have tea...they have learnt to say...sorry sir, this is not possible...beware before booking and be vigilant. They will find ur mistakes and will charge u with money..parhetic

Service was not good might be due to COVID. Reception was not answering calls, reservation was disconnecting the calls in between, and staff was not professional. Taj is generally excellent but here staff was not upto mark might be due to lower rates in pandemic.

Its a nice quiet place and is in 5 Star Deluxe category. Good coffee shop, but the best is the bar. Nice ambience, where you get a lot of peace while you enjoy your drink. No need to talk about the service and the rooms, which speak for themselves.

.I went there booked a SUITE and invited my female friendName of the duty manager was Abhishek SharmaAlong with him Bhupender (security manager ) came to our room in the middle of the night.The duty manager asked her to leave in the middle of the night stating we cannot have guests over .He even forcefully checked the room. How can someone ask a girl to leave in the middle of the night. I insisted and requested him honestly begged him for my friend to stay. He was extremely impolite and rude. he said I would call the cops if your friend doesn’t leave the room . EVEN WHEN WE WERE READY TO PAY THE WHOLE AMOUNTwhich he said was 4500 plus taxes. We asked him to give this to us in written. But he did not. IASKING A GIRL TO LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!! RIDICULOUS2. The way Diksha(front office) talked to us was not professional at all . Impolite and she was rolling her eyes and talking in an extremely rude way.This was the 2nd time I stayed in Taj and had the worst experience.3. The phone was not working properly in the room.Room was dirty. Sink was blocked.Customer service was not at all on point.Not of taj standardsNo one apologised for the inconvenience we all were really disheartened by this behaviorBeing in the same industry I know how things are taken care of.How things have be dealt.BUT DID NOT EXPECT THIS FROM TAJNO RESPECTNO APOLOGY.this was TERRIBLE.I assure you taj if I ever happen to have a family member/relative/friend/ colleague who has to come to Delhi I would never ever recommend this place.

The food at dinner was extremely bad. No taste at all. Also on complaining the answer received was most people order during dinner and do not purchase buffet for dinner. What kind of explanation is this? If the buffet for dinner is not cooked then why is it even available for booking. Very bad experience in food.

As always love the Taj Experience. The hotel rooms looks way too amazing - seemed recently renovated. Probably one of the best Vivanta hotels i have stayed at.Food was great except the sea food I tried in the India restaurant for dinner. Would definitely recommend it for a stay in Delhi.

Having experienced other Dwarka hotels such as ITC and Radisson, we decided to splurge this time for the Taj experience. This is just day 1 of the seven days we booked but had we not paid for our whole stay upfront, we would have left by now.To begin with, their listing on booking.com mentioned an extra large double bed and in the details it mentioned a choice between twin and king-sized bed . What we got was (at best) a queen sized bed. As we are traveling with our small child and need the space, we called to complain and they said this is all we can get. This is gross mis-selling of rooms followed by a terrible, callous attitude. And the promised cot for our child never turned up.It got worse. The bathroom has slippery marble floors and is extremely poorly drained. There are no bath mats on the floor or even a bath curtain to reduce spill over from the bathtub. Even the bath tub has just a door mat sized friction mat. My wife slipped, fell and hurt her foot, which bled. Not even in the bathtub, but close to the wash basin. We called for friction mats. They brought towels to lay on the floor, saying they have a fixed number of friction mats and cant spare one. Subsequently my child also had a fall. At this point I lost it and screamed. This resulted in one measly extra friction mat.Several other things wrong- when you check into a place like this, you expect some things to just be there in the room; you shouldnt have to call for everything. But thats how it is here, be it bath robes or anything else. And yes, the food is terrible.Despite previous good experiences in Chennai, Goa and one of their other properties in Delhi, I dont think well stay with the Taj group ever again. Poor service, life-endangering design and pure arrogance.Started stay on 22nd August 2021, staying in room 248.

I absolutely love Taj because of their hospitality and warm staff. Anyone can build an impressive building but Taj just has that uniqueness which reflects in the way they work. Staff is very polite, extremely helpful to an extent that you feel royalty and get embarrassed at the same time (in a good way of course). I would recommend Taj to everyone especially customers from western countries to experience the luxury of Taj hospitality which would be a shocking positive surprise as compared to what they would have experienced at their home country and this is coming from a person who is well travelled and now lives in London.

I got to visit this Hotel because of some booking arrangements that are due for a family event. The phenomenonal experience that I had for whatsoever little amount of time I spent here is as follows.The entry checks and parking area are appropriate for the place at which its located. The Guards are formal in their behaviour and polite at the same time. The entrance to the hotel was security proof with temperature check and baggage scanner in just under a minute.The Banquet halls, Dining space, waiting area around reception and the ambience from Lift to the room was surreal. There were stickers at all the places of 2 metres distance that people need to maintain while waiting. The reception staff and others were well behaved, dressed and laden with knowledge about their roles.Great place to stay, have a bite. Try it out if youve got bucks in your pocket (yes exceptional service and enjoyment doesnt come cheap). Hope this review helps in letting you make a well informed decision.
