Very poor service, from the very beginning, when I went to registration counter, one receptionist (one Sardar ji) was there, I was told to wait. After waiting 15 minutes, when I again met him, he told me to another receptionist. Upon reaching the room, toilet flush was not working. I faced this problem every time. When I reported it to guest service, no response time and again. This type of service is not expected from so called 5 star hotel. I am pretty staying in room no.707, today 2.10.2021. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

From housekeeping, to special meals - our every request was accomdated and with a fantastic attitude. I am grateful for the grace and thoughtfulness extended towards my parents as they navigated cancer treatment all by themselves in the middle of the pandemic while staying here. The hotel staff truly created a home away from home. Can not recognize this property highly enough.

I had visited Mosaic restaurant for lunch on 05 Oct 2021.The lunch was excellent and the food was very tasty. I had lovely snacks and the main course was superb. The taste was very authentic and the food preparation was par excellence.The chef Devender visited the table and ensured that the dishes were made as per our requirements.The service was excellent and Rajesh ensured that all our requirements were met.Hats off to the Amit Rana, the GM of the hotel and his excellent team.I will recommend this hotel to all friends and family.Must place visit in New Delhi for authentic Indian Food and other tasty cuisines from around the world.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Delhi. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

The hotel is comfortable and provides luxurious stay and it has helped me meet my goals for the day. The staff is brilliant and the crowne diners membership is a sweet gift of advice for catering to accomodations as i availed for. The day was rainy and it already accrued wonders to my experience. The fine dining experience and the tasteful connosieur is also appreciable.

I have been staying in crowne plaza rohini property for a really long time. Based on my liking of the place I also tried to stay some other properties of crowne plaza however I was not impressed by their services that much..I will always opt for crowne plaza rohini property in case I am visiting this part of the city and recommend it too.Thank you for the great services.

Good within the premises and the inside. But approach roads, courtsey government controls, is all dug up and a pain. Hope its done before anyone of you ventures there!

Its a good hotel situated near rithala metro station and its in rohini. Japanese park and waterpark is also near by. If you want to stay in rohini and north Delhi then its a good place to stay.

I had booked this room through Central reversation and the commitment done by them was totally different when I reached hotel. First they said that lounge is accessible which was not. Secondly they had offered me to upgrade the room which I opted which hotel refuse because of less price I am unable to understand why there is a gap.After reaching hotel they said that since its our mistake we will give a higher category room then what you had booked and later I came to know that it was the same room which I booked.Expect that everything was good. With the price they charge I was expecting more. We took interconnected rooms to stay and apparently the rooms AC vent was leaking, when we asked to give us another rooms they advice to have separate rooms on different floors. My mood was spoiled as it was a family outing , with the water all over the floor me and mom who’s 70 got almost slipped on the water that was on the floor. Since my mom slept early I couldn’t t have asked her to move to a different floor, then I finally agreed to be in the room till they fix the issue , even after fixing the issue the ac vent started to leak again later that night.. what a five start experience I must say. Pay that much price to stay somewhere else there are better hotels with reasonable pricing.

Crown plaza has always been a bliss and the most comfortable place to stay.The staff is very friendly and co operative.All the covid measurements were also taken place.The restaurant serves excellent mouth watering food.During my stay, the receptionist Gurpreet and Tanya made it very easy and quick for all the procedures required for check in.In the morning buffet breakfast Miss Shikha greeted with a good gesture and would take care of the meals.Hotel manager Naved is very good and always available if you have a query.Restaurant staff and service is very quick and humble.Mr. Satendra took utmost care of my eatery.Overall I would like to say that Crown Plaza is a must stay hotel l and which never disappoints also.Will surely visit soon...

I ended up carrying my kids and luggage and have to make quite a few trips from room to lobby, while most of hotel staff just busy watching me, and wishing namaste and good mornings. My first travel since Feb 2020. All my arrangements, Airport pickup/drop, within city trip arranged via the hotel. Special mention to the ultra clean vehicle provided with the super polite and professional Ajay Singh who was there to make sure I was at ease always during my travel. All necessary precautions taken at the hotel and inspite of that making the stay super comfortable is what the property has achieved. Kudos to the entire team at the hotel. I enjoy every stay at crown plaza rohini, the staff is very friendly and take care of our needs, mosaic resturant provides all cusines which we desire! very helpful and friendly staff, customization of each dish as per our preference is always met! really happy ; snacks at deli need to be introduced like they used to be pre covid!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at Crowne Plaza Rohini. I stayed for two weeks while a friend was undergoing cancer treatment at the Rajiv Ghandi Cancer Hospital (just a block away), and although it was a very difficult time, the kindness and care of the hotel staff made it easier. Mr. Ashok, the concierge, saw to everything I needed such as arranging transportation and a wheelchair. Each day when I returned from the hospital the security and greeters at the front door made me feel I was coming home to friends who genuinely cared about me. In-room dining service was wonderful, I highly recommend the Indian breakfast! When the patient was discharged from the hospital the staff decorated his room with kind messages. The rooms are beautiful, with lovely views, but by far the best thing about the hotel is the quality of the staff and the way they care for their guests. I would come back in a heartbeat!
