Apollo Hospitals are simply speaking a for profit corporate and operates as such. Some of the staff - especially nursing and doctors and some of the admin staff are very good, which is why folks keep coming back. Not necessarily for the Apollo brand as such.The operations and management can be much better. The Covid vaccination program is a case in point. Vaccination started as early as end last year and beginning of 2021 as I am told but even today, after 7-8 months, the operations are run in an amateurish and lame manner.Apollo needs to treat its manpower better.

I went for my wife’s second dose of vaccine, the process was smooth. First, you need to stand in the queue for getting the billing done, while waiting in the queue you can simplify the billing process by scanning the QR (find near the counter) and register yourself with all the required data, just dont select the online payment option because it may charge an extra registration cost. When your turn comes go and show the online appointment details and and make the payment.Enter the room by showing your payment receipt to the security person, take your Jab. & then stay under observation for 15min and you are done with your vaccination.The total process took only 30min.

Great experience! Made a same day appointment on Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Doctors were great, gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice!

I came here to bring my daughter get her bone marrow transplant. I feel glad to choose this hospital. The service is awesome, nurses also very competent and caring. I hope she will get successful bone marrow transplant and we can go back to my country soon.

A clean good hospital at the heart of South East Delhi. Its pretty crowded even on weekdays. The hospital has free parking, valet service, a well stocked Pharmacy inside the hospital, good security, ATM , resting lounge for international patients and patient families. There is a seperate vaccination center inside the hospital, the process is very fast and smooth. There is staff to guide you all around. Talking about blood test rates and surgery rates , thats a different story and private hospitals are notorious for charging a hefty price.

I have a appointment with Dr shushil jain he amazing Doctor and very experienced person whom I meet to day , and his behaviour towards the petient is very good. The charges are also very normal

Pathetic experience!!There is scam in the name of parking. Parking is free as per SDMC order but you wont get a spot. Here comes valet parking @ Rs100. Overcrowded in even in Covid times. Pharmacy works on lucky draw system: If you are lucky, you will get your medicines in 10 mins, else you may have to wait for half an hour also. And there is no waiting area infornt of Pharmacy. My parents had to wait there only in hope that we might get lucky any moment. Lets see how is docs prescription.

Wonderful hospitality. Today finally I took second jab and very well maintained. Everything was very systematic and smooth. Both Sputnik dose I took from Apollo itself.

Money minded hospital. Imagine these tent house fans in such a hot weather at such a big hospital just because people here are waiting for something they have to take, that is vaccine, so its peoples need, why take care of them. This hospital is in stock market also and has huge public funds, but no responsibility towards comfort of visitors and patients.

@Madhu she has been very helpful in guiding me throughout the process. She is very sweet and friendly. My entire Family got vaccinated from here and they are perfectly fine now.

Parking conditions are horrible. I spent more than an hour to just park my car. The valet parking was full and when I tried for free parking, it was full too and I had to try for Valet parking again. It was full too and then had to spend another 20-25 mins to go thru the free parking where I had to bribe a parking attendant to allot me a space. I missed my appointment.

Pathetic experience I have submitted the admission form about 9am and its about 4pm still they are saying no bad while I have informed them 6 days ago.They dont value the patient only money is their first choice.Dont come your patience and patient both became worst..Only the thing good is their Doctors and hospital cleanliness.

Pros:1. Cooperative and experienced doctors. (Dr dipanjan panda(cancer specialist), Dr deepak govil (surgeon-stomach) and Dr. havind tendon (bones and ligaments) and special mention (Dr supreet- extremely polite and well mannerd doctor, he is a junior doctor but very very down to earth, may god bless him and he becomes one of the leading doctors of our nation)2. good staff3. Admission process is smooth. (Mr. Kiran helped me a lot. Kudos to him)4. Food is good.5. Nurses were alert and cooperative (except a few who get irritated sometimes)6. Very good pharmacy7. Ample parking spaceCons:1. Security is more than required, It pisses off sometimes.2. Very costly, you can guess it by comparing the pet ct charge. Apollo pet ct is 27000 whereas HOD has of 10,0003. Tests were expensive for that go to House of Diagnostic in faridabad, Karkardooma etc. I had my mothers MRI and pet ct done from there.update:Ps: I went there for my mother as she was diagnosed with stomach cancer 3rd stage. She is doing fine now .

It was an okay experience overall. The service of the nurse and the security guards was good. I had booked for Covaxin today. It was available yet I couldnt get it since 10 people were not gathered. Not satisfied with this part. Had to go for another vaccine. Besides, the man at the billing counter wasnt polite.

A very good hospital, High experienced doctors and other staff members are available for 24×7, One day in a every week (Wednesday) is free for ration card holders with 80% flat discount in other lab service. Best in location near metro station, A very big space available for people in and out side the hospital, highly hygiene, No rush in any registration.

Today I was here. The nice Lady from the information send me to gate 2, second floor. The friendly Lady there send me to the blue box. There was a friendly gentleman, who asked for passport. I am from Germany, I work, pay taxes and live many years here in India. Of course I have not the passport by me. I show my aadhaar card, they take a xerox and an other gentleman explains me, that they cant treat me because of the missing passport. So I wish them a nice day and left. Never I have to show in a hospital my passport, always the aadhaar card. So I will look for another hospital/doctor.

Visiting Apollo for covid vaccine was a really great experience as everything was organized in such a manner that there was no rush and most importantly every covid guideline was being followed.
